We were genuinely stunned to find out he isn't even a manager. His work ethic, professionalism, consistency, and attention to customers are incredibly rare. The kind of dedication he shows is something you almost never see anymore, even from management. What I also admire about this location is how they usually have a dedicated lobby leader making sure everything stays clean, organized, and welcoming.
