This place needs new management twelve times over. Every time I place an online order, it is never ready and I have to wait forever for it. They shut down the dine in area so that caused a serious backup around the building and out to the street. The workers were talking and texting inside so the line moved extremely slow. I like this Zaxbys because it is in a much less crowded area than the one on Camp Creek. Even still, the line is usually wrapped around the building. Usually I will go inside to order as a result. None of the tables were wiped off so we had to get someone to wipe our table. The floors were a little greasy and the trash was overflowing. I love Zaxby's! But the location off Campbellton-Fairburn Rd is the worst. I try to avoid it and go to the location in Douglasville. Many of the times I have been the staff haven't been the friendliest. I try to order on the app and do curbside pickup to limit staff interaction. Recently you can't do curbside anymore because the number to call on the curbside pick up sign doesn't work half the time. Then when you call back in, you don't get the best customer service. If you're going to have a number to call for curbside pick up, make sure the number is in service, and make sure that if someone does answer, you're greeted with a nice "hello". read more

After doing so, I pulled up to pay and the same car the was at the window when I pulled in the parking lot was still there. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and the same car was still at the window. I then decided the wait was not worth it. Left to go to the nearby liquor store. My toast is crunchy, tenders kiddy, fries are still fresh - The women and young ladies that front the house aren't black magic/black girls rock, they are witch craft & hot mess summer. Frequently forgetting sauces, habitually giving out flat drinks. Once I asked for sprite no ice and got water. Furious. Paranoia so high I have to pinch the crust, sample a fry and sip the drink. - Very short in service and response to inquiry. Standoffish at times pulling through the drive through. I know its taboo to ask a woman her weight or to smile but for 30 seconds could I get a warm/inviting/approachable facial expression. I don't ask that you SERVE me. I ask that you provide a service that is equivalent to the money spent to come drive-by our in house. - Have come late night and even sometimes during the day and it seems like the establishment is just closed. Very long wait after you order you food. A lot of times people would order the same thing in groups of 2 or 3 and their food would come out at VERY different times... Our order took about 25 mins to come out. They informed us after the full wait that they didn't the ingredients to make one of our orders. We cancelled that order as it was gonna take another 15-20 minutes to order something new. We asked for our money back on that order, but they could not provide a receipt showing we had a refund. I can't even rightfully give this restaurant a one star review. The manager at that location by the name of Nia single-handedly gave me the worst customer service experience I've ever had and that is no exaggeration! I waited in their drive thru line for 30 minutes, which was my entire lunch break. They got my order wrong and apparently the vehicle in front of me received a wrong order as well but he refused to move up so anyone else couldn't get their food and Zaxby's didn't have the common sense to make him move because it's their parking lot. So this is my local Zaxby's and although the food is good and they had a score of 91A posted in the drive through window, their service sucks badly. This review is based on several poor customer service experiences. Too many young/teenaged employees playing behind the counter and at the window, they don't greet you, often making errors in the order or forgetting condiments after you request them. I'm over it. When you pay an average of $35 at a FAST FOOD restaurant for a family of four (yes, I realize it's not a fortune) can I at least get a "hello, goodbye or a thank you come again". And how about NOT stuffing my bag so full that it turns over in the car. Damn, use two bags!! Here's the kicker, the last time I visited this location (before my visit today) I got in the drive through line 15 minutes BEFORE closing, waited in line 20 minutes, got to the speaker and said hello - yep, you guessed it...they turned off the lights and shut down in my face. We waited 20 min for service. The cashier ( lady of either African or Jamaican decent with cornrows) at the window not only had an issue with my grandmother asking to split payment, she was also bothered by my grandmother asking her for straws, napkins, and sauce that was suppose to already be inside of the bags. She raised her voice at my grandmother twice and shoved the things we asked for at us.
