Location North Jacksonville off Old Kings and Dunn…read moreAvenue-near the airport Parking Large open lot Atmosphere Classy/ boutique farm Seating Okay-I didn't take a star off BUT-the seats are too high for the table skirt-I could not get my legs under the table and I am petite. Are people sitting side saddle? My daughter is small but put her legs down. Our friend pushed out away from the table. Otherwise, they have long tables-great for groups, high top tables for 2-inside/outside, rockets, cushy lawn chairs by fire pits. So relaxing. Service So friendly, attentive Menu What I love is the changing seasonal menu. If you had the broccoli corn bread-you will love the maycaw cornbread-C and P farm is the largest producer of maycaws in the world-fun fact! It is sweet, dense, corny taste-yum! Served with sweet fresh butter that is air light! We had the lamb sandwich served with a side. I wondered at first glance at the lamb-kind of a lam loaf-not like a gyro, served with mint and something else on the most AMAZING wheat bun!! The sauce-not typical tziziki but really delish. I chose the squash which was sautéed with dill-not my fav but the squash was cooked perfectly. We also had the shrimp and grits-a Jax fav that consistently pleases. Our friend had the chicken with heat sandwich-toasted bun, house pickles/many, slivers of onion, battered chicken breast, with a douse of hot sauce. If you like the heat-this is your sandwich-served with medium sliced fries. Very tasty. There is a separate dessert menu but we were full-satisfied. Re: drinks-house beers, ciders, iced tea-no lemonade, aske for 2 carafes of water as the glasses are on the small size. Note Walk the farm-see the animals, landscape-great walk after or before a meal. Think about wedding or special occasion spot. Summary This is our fav go to place to est esp when headed to the airport-very chill vibe, outstanding food, great service. Love this place!

My friend was picking up food and was completely discriminated against simply because they failed to give them a receipt. It went to the point of them looking into their personal bank account to check the transaction details. While this experience was not upon me I was on the phone and heard the entire debacle. I feel so terrible that the individual was belittled. Their system is showing 3 days ahead and it's causing them to inconvenience patrons because of their own system setup. The fish was the saving grace. It was fried perfectly and seasoned well.

I went for the Yummy Salad and he went for the Shrimp Salad. He was happy with his salad, but mine definitely fell flat. It just felt like some meat piled on top of lettuce that I could have made at home. While I do appreciate the abundance, I was hoping the salad would have a more equitable amount of salad fixings and meat as I wanted a salad but wasn't in the mood for something so hearty. And that's with ordering it without cheese, too. I'm going to try to give this spot another shot in the future, and hope that it was a one-time thing. If I do a salad again, maybe I'll just need to go with chicken or lean into their wings and other fried foods which look really good.

The Peruvian sub was absolutely brilliant--bold, savory, properly balanced, and packed with flavor. The Jack Del Rio was another winner: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a combination that worked beautifully from the first bite to the last. The wheat rolls were fresh, sturdy, and didn't collapse under pressure--exactly what a proper sandwich demands. Airport food is often rushed, overpriced, and forgettable. This was none of those things. The service was quick, the order was prepared correctly, and the sandwiches tasted as though someone in the kitchen actually cared. No soggy bread. No sad fillings. No culinary crimes--just two cracking good subs worthy of five stars. Angie's Subs, you nailed it. Gordon would shout, "Finally, some good food!"

I chose this spot because it had a steady flow of people while I was sitting nearby so I figured it had to be good. I ordered the turkey club - the staff was friendly and they were splitting jobs between the various team members. It took maybe 5 min to get my nice and toasty sandwich. It didn't look like much, but wow it was good. The lettuce was fresh, nice little bits of bacon and a nice amount of turkey (and cheese). It was surprisingly tasty and I finished it in about 5 min flat. Pricing was a bit high but that's what you expect for an airport. There are a few spots at tables in the restaurant but it's mostly a to go location. Definitely tasty and if I'm in the area again, I'd stop in!

The first time I didn't know in time and had already put dinner in the oven. This time I received an email the day before so I planned accordingly. I ordered the spicy masala chicken in a pita wrap with a salad instead of fries. I had a sneaking suspicion the pita bread was naan. It was light and not as thick as pita which I appreciated since I'm on a mission to eat healthier. The chicken was tasty and I loved all the fresh toppings! Oh and the salad with feta was a great choice;) I ate all the salad and half the pita and I was satisfied. Oh and the baklava was on point! The owner advised they purchase it locally. And for $5 it was a huge piece. So flaky and sweet with lots of layers of goodness. The owner was friendly. He offered to let me taste the gyro meet which was good but since it was a mix of beef and lamb I chose the healthier choice, chicken. I will definitely be looking for Kofta and Spice next time they are in my neighborhood! Please come back and see us soon!

First my order was wrong, I ordeded the falafel wrap with a side salad and got fries instead. However i was pleased with the fries, they were seasoned really well and still crispy. My falafel was cold, i was expecting it to be warm, like fresh out of the fryer, it definitely wasn't. My husband was happy with his gyro wrap and fries. We also tried the samosa, which was tasty and served hot. Lastly we ordered chicken fingers for my son, they were good for frozen tenders (we got three) but for $12, the price point was off.
