I don't usually write on this app. However, 2 days ago, at around 630pm to 7pm, I was in the drive through. Ordering food for my children and the young man taking out order was polite at first. But he was actually hotmiced. He started to say inappropriate things about his a** and other things. Everytime that I would order something he'd say something nasty. I don't think he realized it. So I drove away. I don't want someone like that making my child's food. Or handle my child's food. I hope a manager sees this do something can be done. I work hard at my job. I'm a very simple man and I try not to eat out all that often, but when I do, there are just a few things I expect. I don't expect Chick-fil-A service at every fast food joint I go to, but I do expect 1. You get my order correct 2. You include my utensils and sauces and 3. If I order a size up or extra you make sure it's a size up or I get extra. Did you get my order correct? Yes one star. Did it taste good? Yes two stars. Did you include my straws and utensils? No. Did you give me five fries when I ordered a large? Yes. To reiterate I don't eat out often, but every time I've been to this establishment it has been something. Had to drop off a package. Stopped at Zaxbys because they don't look like they get much business. I asked for onion rings without looking at the menu and the girl looked at me like I was stupid. She said we don't have them and never did. I said you did have them. She kept on till another service guy said we did have them but it's been awhile. Fair enough. So, this salad is the zenzational, right at ten dollars. You basically get two little chicken tenders chopped up. And right in the middle is is lump of wet goo like Cole slaw. Nasty. A lot of plain lettuce and an egg roll. The eggroll was surprisingly good and the citrus vinaigrette that came with it. I actually poured that over the salad to take some of the saltiness flavor from teriyaki which I hate. Pretty tiring to seek out the chicken. No wonder no one eats here. Won't be back. Oh, and how does your machine mess up a cherry coke, geez. It is clean and atmosphere is ok but the food is not good. We used to eat there a lot but the food got salty and then when chick fil opened across the street looks like they kind of gave up. I come here when I can't go to lunch with my friend. They have great service as they are very fast getting you your meal. Refills are free here as they have coke, lemonade and sweet tea as well as others. My favorite meals to get here are the big zax snack and chicken finger plate. My family and I were craving zaxbys salads so we waited patiently in line and the drive thru went pretty quickly. We ordered 3 of their salads. We pulled up to the window and paid, and we drove off. After getting home and emptying the bag, we realized the two girls working behind the drive thru window didn't give us our salad dressings. It's really frustrating when you go through the drive thru and not get your complete order- especially when it's a salad without dressing. The employees were too busy looking at their phone to even make sure our order was complete. I understand forgetting items but forgetting to give us salad dressing for salads is just ridiculous. Not the usual Zaxby's experience by a long shot. While not a huge fan, I am used to the consistency of product and service of the ones near Atlanta. Passing through area and stopped at this Zaxby's and was surprised at almost empty dine in area which should have been a sign. Placed order around 8pm and stepped to side to find my shoes sticking to the overly sticky floors. Next to the coke vending system for my drink to find it out of ice, which apparently causes the co2 levels to drop, leaving me with a syrupy concoction that had to be replaced behind the counter. Stepped away to look for table to find multiple tables unclean even though almost empty dining area. Waited a few minutes for an average at best Southern TLC Filet sandwich. The Zaxby's sandwich is one I can only describe as well below a bad day at the busy Chick Fil A across the street. Suspicions: Locals likely realize this Zaxby's is a cut below par and don't come here any more. People passing through like myself choose it because they recognize the name and the newer CFA across the street was likely busy. That is a choice I will not make again! I am now going to leave and go across the street to the CFA, apologize for not waiting in line for a quality product, and ask them to forgive which which they will of course accept. FYI: I stayed behind an extra 10 min to see when the tables that were dirty would be cleaned. Finally decided it might not happen until closing even with no customers during that time. read more

I LOVE Zaxby's and this location gave me one of the most comically ridiculous experiences I've ever had at a fast food joint in my entire life. I went through the drive thru at 8:30 pm and I ordered a sandwich with no ranch dressing on it. When I got my food, I pulled off to the side because I thought I could smell ranch. Sure enough, the sandwich was doused in ranch. I pulled back into the drive thru where I waited in line for over 10 minutes. When I finally got back to the window, I explained the issue and they replaced my sandwich. This time I checked before pulling away and I was glad that I did because while the ranch was kept off, so was the regular sauce. Here comes the best part: I asked "does this have ANY sauce on it?" The two drive thru workers literally shrugged. So, I opened it and said "sure doesn't! Can you fix it please?" As I tried to hand it to them, the one kid just said "here" and handed me TWO PACKS OF SAUCE SO I COULD DO IT MYSELF! The food was all right but the wait and the attitude of the crew brought on by the shift managers temper made it a no brainier to not patronize then anymore... Zaxby's is my hometown fav from back in Athens, GA. Every visit is just as memorable as the last. If you're seeking a chicken fix (wing or strip) then look nowhere else. Canes is several levels underneath Zaxby's without any thought. The tenders are crispier. The breading (batter) is fresher and tastier. Zaxby's also features a full menu unlike Canes. Oh yeah! The sweet tea is king at Zaxby's!! Move aside Canes...the pretender. Zaxby's is going to take Texas by storm. Back in Georgia, Zaxby's is more prevalent buy also the top choice among chicken lovers. The Game Day meal that began for The University of Georgia fans is now a Saturday meal for more and more states and colleges every year. For those that were not aware, Guthrie's was the founding Southern chicken strip joint in the quick service realm. When they sold their sauce and chicken recipe to Zaxby's, the torch was passed on. So I just ordered Zaxby's through door dash and I ordered 10 chicken fingers. I received 9 and I guess my 10th finger was substituted for a fried pickle (which I did not order) on my fries I wish I had gave that 10th finger to my dog since they charge $1.39 extra per finger as a side. read more

This is the worst Zaxby's I've EVER been too first of when we went to sit down there was food drinks and sticky stuff all over the ground and table. Then when we ordered are food we didn't get what we asked for we ordered the buffalo blue cheese salad and they gave us roasted chicken. Witch wasn't that big of a deal until we got to the bottom of the salads and saw that there was still roasted chicken in the bottom witch meant that they were picking out the chicken by hand and then I found two pieces of hair in my food.
