Came to zaxbys yesterday bc my boyfriend wanted to try the chicken Philly and let me tell you everything that could go wrong with my order went wrong. I order online and get the Philly and a salad for myself I got to pick up my order and I get handed a bag of food after the cashier asked my name then she proceeded to tell me they had no sweet tea which is the 2 large drinks we add on so that was already a bummer to the jump, but then I get all the way home and realize that we was handed the wrong food. So we go all the way back and tell them the mistake and ask for what we ordered, the cashier was nice and apologized for the mix up and let us keep the other food that was given to us for the inconvenience so that was nice. But as we leave and head home my bf realized that we was still missing the items on our order so we go back for the 3rd time and we retrieve our missing items, just for me to get home and realize that they had given us the same food we order over an hour ago at this point the food was not only cold, but my freaking salad literally didn't have a single freaking piece of chicken in it!!! Like come on now, how do you fuck up that bad? I was gonna go back but I've given up on these people, I literally had 4 plates of cold food that went to waste. read more

I went to get zaxby's around 7:45 October 3 we order a grill chicken sandwich and a salad was told that they didn't have any salads by the time I got to the window they got my order wrong 3 times then they told us to pull up to the cone then we saw the hand out three salads while we waited and by the time we got our food they had forgotten my drink. I ordered a zaxbys club and a sweet tea as I usually do and it took well over 45 minutes for me to get through the drive through. Then, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get my order. That would have all been worth it if they would have gotten it right. I requested extra fry salt and barbecue however I received neither. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. After a 13 plus hours shift, I am exhausted, worn out and just want something quick for dinner. Went to this zaxbys because it's the closest to my house. It has been slacking before so when I ordered instead of getting a meal I was hesitant and just ordered one meal for my husband and just a sandwich for myself. Got home. Opened up my meal and just looking at my sandwich i can tell the bread was tough. I picked it up and it was hard as a rock. Went to take one bite and I literally cannot chew through the top bun. The bottom bun was not much better. It tasted super stale. And literally hard as a rock. At 9 pm and my husband thought it was so bad that he drove back out to take my sandwich back. He came home and told me that the 3 workers at the window was very rude about it. They never apologized for giving customers inedible food and questioned him as if he was trying to get a free meal. I went through the drive through with my family and had a pretty large order. 2 kids kiddie finger meals, buffalo boneless wings meal, nibblerz meal and a zensation zalad. The drive through was quick at the window, gave us our drinks and asked us to pull up. They brought the food out pretty quickly too with how large the order was but I still checked the bag to make sure everything was right, no dressing for the zalad. We went back through the line and got the dressing. When we got home I noticed there were no egg rolls on the zalad like there are supposed to be so I called them and asked if that's still apart of the zalad and they said yes I could come back through the drive through and they would completely replace the zalad free. The girl on the phone was very nice but it was a little aggravating paying $8+ for a salad and items are being left off...
