The worst zaxbys ever. Not sure if it's a management issue or what. I've tried to love this place & have gotten it many times for every time to be disappointed. The standard is non existent here. ordered fried pickles all of them were stuck together so doughy in the middle. Got a chicken sandwich and the bottom bun was hard as a rock, and my husbands boneless wings were so drinched in bbq sauce they were inedible and he loves sauce. Please close this store. The food is terrible. The service is NON-EXISTENT. Just got an order to go. Got home. Completely wrong. For the 10th time this year. I love their salads, but the misery of getting to go food exceeds anything they have to eat. And forget trying to tell them about it. Oh no. That's not possible either. To prove my point, I just called the store 10 times, over a 7 minute period of time. Back to back calls. They never answered the phone. I will attach a photo. The past two times I've came here. They have given me the wrong order after I've waited for over 20 minutes in line. Tonight the young lady asked me my order when I was at the window and she says oh good. I'm glad I asked you because I gave you the wrong order. Then I get home and I have the wrong order. I go back in and tell the girls and they laugh about it and think it's funny. Oh that's what happened to that order is what they said. So unprofessional and I'm over going to thislocation. I've been to this Zaxby's occasionally for over a year, and it's always pretty good! I ordered the chicken fingers plate, tossed in the sweet and spicy sauce. Since it was taken home, food obviously always loses a little bit of quality as compared to when it was fresh... but it was still very good at home, and I'd bet that when it was fresh it was pretty much perfect! read more

Worst Zaxby's I've ever been . Usually order the wings and things and for one reason food taste slight different form other locations

Food was not good. The food was very bland. I ordered a nibblers meal. The bread was hard as a rock. The chicken "strip" was more like a nugget. The fries had little to no seasoning. There was no sauce for the fries. Very dissatisfied. The only plus was the service. Decent service. read more

One of the newest restaurants to open here in town. Brand new building, new staff, same menu. The cashier did a good job. The order took a few minutes longer than expected but the food tasted fresh. It was seasoned well and there were no mistakes. They have one of the new multi-drink machines which is nice but slow when the lunch crowd is here. read more

I get that it's hard to find good help these days, but come on. I can deal with this place being understaffed and slow. What I cannot abide is the incredibly RUDE behavior by the cashier. Had an older woman today who opened late, messed up my order and told me she was going to quit while walking away from me not once, not twice, but FOUR times. The person in drive thru drove off without paying because they got tired of waiting. I had already paid so I was forced to endure her rude, unprofessional behavior until the cook came out and bagged and handed me my order. read more

After a long day at the Jack Daniel's Distillery, we came here for a quick meal before heading back to Nashville. Being in an area that I didn't know too well, decided it was best to go to a quick/casual restaurant that I knew. The customer service was great and they were super patient with us, when we were trying to decide what to order. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered a plate of chicken fingers and sides for all of us to share. It's not the highest quality food, but the best thing was none of us got sick! We've had a bit of bad luck with places casual, on-the-go places during this trip. Our family doesn't really eat fast food, but this was the best out of any of the other options. It was a Sunday night and plenty of places were closed or had closed early in the Lynchburg area. The restaurant was clean and not super busy at all. It's just off the highway, so it is easy access. I've always liked Zaxby's and others I have been to were good experiences. I'm glad that this one did not fail us regardless of the reviews. Do yourself a favor though, if you can, don't use the drive-thru, especially when there is no line inside. You'll get your food a lot sooner. read more

I go to zaxby's 2 or 3 times a week and every time I go there's a minimum wait time of 10 to 15 minutes and I only order one side as every time I go so there's no reason I should be waiting this long. it does not matter who is in front or behind at me in the white line it always takes at least 10 to 15 minutes. I once waited 25 minutes for a order of white cheddar bites and today I waited 3 minutes for them to hand me a season cup and I could see all the employees standing there doing nothing and chatting about whatever while I was waiting every time I go the employees are always rude and disinterested. The food is always good the only problem I have with the store is how slow and disrespectful the workers are. read more

This location does not meet the high standard of all other Zaxby's restaurants! I just went for the LAST time!!! We orders at the drive through. We sat in line behind ONE car for TWENTY minutes! We finally pulled up to the window, where the lady informed us that they were out of fries! What??? How did they not know that they were running short when we ordered? How is Zaxby's out of fries? Last week I stopped by the drive through window to pick up to grilled chicken salads. I took them home. Changed out of my work clothes and sat down to eat out grilled chicken salad. Whoops. There was no chicken. Guess I should have tested the food prior to driving off. I went back this week to give them a second chance. Ordered a grilled chicken salad. This location just opened recently, and has done a booming business! As always, Zaxby's menu never fails to please! For the sissies to those of us to prefer the Tongue Torch variety of hotness, the chicken is KICKIN'...along with all the yummy sides and other menu offerings. It's a busy place, so don't get frustrated if the wait is a tad longer than expected. It's worth it! read more

Poor service. Completely forgot about a catering order that was placed less than 24 hrs prior. Called to double check the order & was told that they would have it ready within an hour. When I got there to pick it up, not only was the order wrong but all the chicken fingers were in bags, I was given no napkins, plates or utensils. They didn't even know which of the 2 gallons of tea was sweet or unsweetened. Don't depend on them to get anything right. read more
