Then we watched all four employees we could see split up into twos and head outside to smoke, in pairs. Two of them were outside one door, and two outside the other. They stood there right next to each door for a really long time- one of them was sitting on the railing on the drive through side. Customers started coming in and had to walk through a gauntlet of smoke and none of the employees seemed willing to help anyone until they were done smoking, so there was a line of about 5 people who just had to wait. The cooks in the back were doing a good job because our burgers tasted good, but this location really needs to shake up the front of the house staff because their performance is completely unacceptable. If we had showed up and had to walk through all that smoke, we would have turned around and left.

The first taste was very fishy and there was hardly any tartar sauce on it. I had to ask for more and the lady didn't like my asking. I upgraded to onion rings and as before when I ordered them was waaaaytyyyyy overcooked. So disappointing and I really need to rethink going to Culver's for something other than custard.
