Hello my little yeplings!I it's your favorite cross-country Burger King ambassador, coming to you with another review from Burger King, Wildwood Florida! I WAS going to go five stars for this place, but man is this place filthy! I came in the side door and glanced to my left at the drink station, and underneath the napkin dispenser and all along the beverage bar is just atrocious. I didn't even attempt to brave the restroom. Floors don't look like they've been mopped in some time either. BUT! I came in and was greeted by a very nice woman who just finished up with a normal cash paying customer, and told her that I had done a mobile order. Now if you guys know you know, I order a whopper, heavy all with jalapeno, typically low carb. Via the app, did I get what I ordered? You betcha sweet can I did! I took a look in the back, and saw the young kid making my low-carb whopper. I know it was mine because he was building it in an actual platter, not to be thrown in a box. I'm going to tell you right now, this kid needs a raise. This wasn't just my signature whopper, he made it a work of art. He strategically placed all of the ingredients, like the tomatoes, onions, etc and if Burger King ever had a Michelin star looking low carb whopper, this is it! I wish I had cash on me, I would go back in there and throw him a 10 spot. I got back to my truck, just to look to see if what I had witnessed had became fruition, and by my pictures, you can tell it was. One of the best low carb single Whoppers I've had. Definitely top 10, if not top five, if not top three. Food wise, this is a good location. But you guys got to do something about your cleanliness. It's abhorrent but that being said, the next time I come and park next door, I know I'll get exactly what I order off the app! I don't normally review fast food places, because we know what we're getting, food-wise. I like Burger King, and I like the improvements that have been made to the Whopper, which is the best fast food burger, IMO and I'm fat, so you should listen to me. So, the food would get a 4 start review from me, but this location is such a mess that I had to post this. First, we walk in and just about every table is dirty. We had been driving for 11 hours, this was last Tuesday, the 2nd of June, and we just wanted to grab something quick and finish the 3 hours we had left. We walked in the restaurant and noticed every table was dirty, this was around 7 pm and there were maybe two customers in the store. We placed our order with a nice guy, who seemed really distracted. He kept looking over at his co-worker and then asking us to repeat our order. We finally got the order in, cleaned our own table and sat down. Then we watched all four employees we could see split up into twos and head outside to smoke, in pairs. Two of them were outside one door, and two outside the other. They stood there right next to each door for a really long time- one of them was sitting on the railing on the drive through side. Customers started coming in and had to walk through a gauntlet of smoke and none of the employees seemed willing to help anyone until they were done smoking, so there was a line of about 5 people who just had to wait. The cooks in the back were doing a good job because our burgers tasted good, but this location really needs to shake up the front of the house staff because their performance is completely unacceptable. If we had showed up and had to walk through all that smoke, we would have turned around and left. read more

DO NOT stop here if you have any self respect! I knew by the dirty entrance that it wasn't good, but I had to go to the bathroom while on a trip. I have never in my entire life been in such a disgusting bathroom that smelled so badly. Same with the men's room. My husband complained and the lady could not care less. Do not eat here because if the bathrooms are dirty and the front door is dirty, I would not touch the food. read more

Seems like a disorganized team, waited 30 minutes for my order, the cashier and his other friend where just walking around lost, no sense of team work, people were PO... very dirty , employees walking in and out of work, owner get your act together/manager! read more

I just pulled over and they were about to close but the food still came out hot and fresh. I was very pleased that they didn't give me any old food and even the fries were nice and hot and you can tell it wasn't just hot from being under a warmer. read more

Food was subpar from past BK stops and mens rr was less than mediocre imo. They didn't get the same amount of traffic as I normally see at BK either. There was a tv on and political news was the flavor of the day. RR did get cleaned while we ate and was better. read more

The Burger King app showed a different site as being the closest to me and they took my information and I was going to Illinois for Thanksgiving and they kept my information and 10 days later. I'm on my way back and they are giving me the food that I ordered online it showed up 20 miles away from the Burger King that the app told me was closest which was 20 miles north so I come in Tracy and recruit for helping me out read more

What a disaster this location is. They were out of 90% of their menu. I ended up ordering a whopper with cheese meal and was shocked that it was almost 10 bucks and that wasn't the large size. read more

Got a sausage biscuit & frappe. This frappe was a lot better then other BK frappe, noticed some are made with still little pieces of ice in them so the ice gets stuck in the straw & then yu can't get anything through. This BK actually has staff, I counted a least 5 employees, good deal. Sausage & biscuit was good as well, soft biscuit. 3 staff members were at the front when I came in but no hello or how are yu, that's fine. I'm used to it by now. read more

I love Burger King croisantwich s - bacon, egg & cheese. Pulled up to drive thru told the speaker I had a coupon & she asked for coupon code upper right corner & I gave it to her. I proceeded to order & was very bitchely told "I said I needed the coupon code upper right corner".....I said I just gave it to you.....Didn't start out well. Sandwich was good but no caffeine free diet, again response was given to me with the same attitude. The only reason I gave a three star was because sandwiches were good. read more

Food not that good, looked dirty inside and they seem to be underemployed. To me Bk has been on the decline everywhere.

The cooking area was terribly nasty. There was not enough employees working and the ones who were was not interested in getting the food prepared for the customers. It took almost a half hour just to get my order. The experience was just awful. read more
