Dr. Gary Zeidler has been my dentist for about 48 years. I've been very pleased with the quality of the work he does and the care he shows. The dental hygenists at Zeidler Dental have also been fabulous: with their care and advice I sometimes went decades without needing any dental work beyond cleanings. When he's referred me to dental specialists, those doctors have been top tier as well. I've also brought my wife to Dr. Gary Zeidler for her dental needs. He has been exceptionally understanding of the difficulties she has with multiple sclerosis, for which I am deeply grateful. Over the years, two of the sons in the office family pictures grew up to be dentists themselves, now all together at Zeidler Dental Group. One of the sons, Dr. Brendon Zeidler, was featured in a May 2019 issue of The Atlantic, about a years-long investigation he did into a local dentist who'd been engaging in massive fraudulent activity. Dr. Clayton Zeidler has been my dentist for 20 years. Over these years he has repaired some chips in my front teeth and whitened them for esthetics. He also hasrepaired some teeth due to cavities. The excellent results of his work are still holding up after all these years! The office is super clean, his staff professional, and finances clearly explained. This is more like a business entity than a dental office. Everybody is business-like in treating clients, at least for me. I feel I was upsold with a service of filling when there is no cavities. But the filling fell off after less than 6 months on a weekend. I have to go to another dentist prior to my out-of-town trip. Afterwards, I was hit with a bill after 6 month from this dental office, after I have paid them thousands and was assured that was all I needed to pay after dental insurance payment. Despite I explained my mishap that I had to pay another dentist to fix what was a failure from this office before, they would not budge the bill and blamed me that I did not call the dentist on the weekend. Something to learn - it is a business, not a dental medical facility that you can reason with. read more

Honestly the best dentist I've ever been to. Like everyone else going to the dentist is dreadful and I usually put it off or not go at all. But Dr. Brenden Zeidler always makes me comfortable and reassures me of all my worries. He recently took out my upper wisdom teeth and was done in probably 2 mins. I was like what? They're out? He cheered me on the entire time letting me know I was doing a good job and all around has been more then a pleasure to be around and let him work on my teeth. He's quick, efficient and a true gentleman. I've recommend their practice to all of my coworkers, friends, and whoever mentions teeth around me! I have DUAL insurance to cover the cost. And they told me it's $0 after they confirmed with my insurance company. Went here for my husband who cannot use local anesthetics. Was so good, my daughter started going (7) and she loved it. I eventually switched too. Great dentists and hygienists, excellent staff who are friendly, experienced and explain as needed. Clayton Zeidler and his staff at the Zeidler Dental group are the best in the Dental Business. I recently had a crown put on and it was completed like clockwork. I've always had a problem with getting numb. Dr. Zeidler, I believe taught anesthesiology at dental school, and it was as painless as could be. He talks you through everything before it happens so you are prepared. He even texted me at 8pm that night to see if I was feeling soreness. How thoughtful. I really appreciate not waiting in the waiting room, the text confirmation and reminders of appointments, and the professional friendly way everyone treats you. I know no one in their right mind actually enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr. Clayton Zeidler makes me not mind that 6 month checkup. His office is immaculate. Dr. Zeidler runs an outstanding dental practice. I have been a patient at this office for several decades and he took it over several years ago. I have been extremely pleased with his professionalism, concern for me as a patient, and the general quality of service in his office. He is as good or better than his very able predecessors at his location. Zeidler is energetic and friendly yet wastes no time in providing the kind of professional service one would expect from a DDS. He has replaced crowns and fillings for me and done so with a minimum of pain and inconvenience to me. He has also followed up with phone calls to ensure that I wasn't experiencing any problems. I would be remiss if I did not mention that he has an excellent and very friendly staff. One tends to spend more time with one's hygienist overall and Lisa is a very, very good one. I was recommended by family members who are longtime patients of Dr Z. after my previous dentist was unable to fit me in for an appointment. My first impression of the office and front desk staff was better than any other dentist I have been to before. Charmaine and Ana were very friendly and helpful and enjoy their job. The office was very clean, updated and professional looking. The hygienists are all very professional and skilled but the most important aspect is the Dentist. DR Clayton is very well educated, experienced and is great with people. He did a filing on my teenage son who was nervous and extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth. I came to Dr. Zeidler's office on a GroupOn for exam, x-rays, and teeth whitening. When i came into the office I got started with Kathy, the Patient Coordinator, who is very warm and nice. After experiencing dentists from my last two visits who had absolutely no chair side manners, Dr. Zeidler was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended ;)). He is very thorough and quite personable. He got to know me as a patient and as a person, and let me get to know him as a person. I have sucky Delta Dental DMO through my job and Dr. Zeidler is not in my network and does not accept DMO, but he makes me want to pay the extra money for premium just to continue to see him. He saw me on a short notice, and did my exam and cleaning because the hygienist was not available. He was gentle and explained what he was doing in every step. Kathy did my whitening, and she checked on me periodcially during the session, but I somehow expected for my teeth to come out more white, because they were pretty light in color and not very stained to begin with. However, she sent me home with a whitening pen and trays, which i thought was really cool, so hopefully they will come out as porcelain white as I envisoned after a few uses. Dr. Zeidler has a certain...uhh how do you say...je ne sais quoi, lol, which is refreshing. I don't typically look forward to dental appointments, but Kathy and Dr. Z make me anticipate my next visit. :) read more

Dr Gary is a skilled and compassionate dentist. Laurie is the best hygienist I have ever had. Being one of those folks who has more fillings than natural teeth, I have a bit of aversion to dental care. These two have gotten me to floss and brush and come in for regular care. The new office is a bit on the blah side. Meant to be "spa like" it needs some personality as Dr. Gary had in the old office. I love the clean and modern vibe but this is soooo beige. Pictures and a pop of color would go a long way. The views out the windows help. However we don't come here for the decor, we come here for the fantastic, evidence based approach to dental care. There are nice things about this practice, however I took off the first star because if you don't have insurance, their prices for cleaning and a checkup are about 50% higher than for comparable dentists. I removed the second star because Zeidler's tops-only X-rays didn't reveal a cracked molar, which will eventually require an implant. Zeidler for other reasons only wanted to replace only the cap, which would have been a waste of money. read more

Dr. Brenden Zeidler did some work on my lower back molars that had developed some cracks. When he restored them, he completely ruined my bite. I was in constant pain for a year and when I went for cleanings, he thought that my grinding at night was the root cause of TMJ. I had all but given up being ever to eat normally again when my SIL recommended her dentist. He had me in his chair for all of 5 minutes before he realized that when I bit down, there was only one point of contact. It was like having a stillito heel in my mouth. This dentist worked for a year patiently grinding spots on my teeth and my night guard until he perfected my bite. I am now pain free and so happy that I left the Zeidler group. read more

Former chicken now a happy dental patient! Due to some dental trauma as a kid (skateboard incident - need I say more?) I was really fearful of going to the dentist. It got to the point where I didn't go for quite a few years. My husband, who's family has always gone to the Zeidler group, talked to them about his scaredy-cat wife. They suggested Clayton Zeidler might be a good fit for me and my fears, and they were right. Clayton is gentle and patient, and always checks in with me during procedures to make sure I'm comfortable. His suggestions are always reasonable and I trust his judgement. My two kids see Clayton as well, so we are all Zeidler patients. I'm now very comfortable going to the dentist and don't put off appointments anymore. (He just filled a cavity for me yesterday!) I have been a patient of Dr. Brendon Zeidler for a few years now, both for routine 'maintenance' and for some complex crown replacements. Lately I had couple of fillings done, one in a difficult to access place - I had not needed a filling in about 10 years! He did great work that so far lasted impeccably. Also, both the doctor and the staff there are going almost out of their way to accommodate my schedule. My wife and daughter are going to the same doctor and could not be more pleased, as well.
