I purchased a new dishwasher from the Home Depot and was told I needed to install an air gap. Zeke came out on New Year's Eve to install a new rubber pipe to accommodate the appliance. When the rubber pipe developed a kink which caused water to run out of the air gap and onto the floor, he immediately came back out and molded the pipe so it would be kink free. I had a leak in the handle for a water supply line for my refrigerator that (so far) only leaked whenever I tried to shut the water off. When I needed to replace the refrigerator I decided to have the leak dealt with at the same time. A supply line sitting behind the refrigerator seemed a little too risky for a DIY job; I had visions of waking up one morning to find a huge puddle of water in my kitchen. So...after consulting the YELP reviews I decided to give Zeke's a call. I called too late in the day so I left a message, and he called me right back early the next morning. We had a plugged drain line that was causing a backup to our utility sink and washer. Of course this happened on a Friday night. Zeke's came out today to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Him and his nephew, I think, were super friendly and pleasant. We had a problem with the strainer basket. I had found rusty water puddles and a bolt under the sink Sunday night. The builder hadn't properly installed our disposal so it's been leaking a while without showing it. Amazing experience all around. Downstairs toilet overflowed yesterday on refill and found the cap blown off of my sewer drain access port and the area filled with yuk. Pretty much knew it was the sewer drain as the problem. After spending almost two hours buying supplies and running a 25' auger in my sewer drain pipe, the toilet overflowed again that night. Zeke and Zack to the rescue! Called at 8:30am and Zeke was in 30 minutes. He and Zack used their super rooter and found the clog 100' away. Thirty minutes later we were back in business!
