Delighted customer here. Recently, my 13 year-old Kenmore water heater failed. I called Aaron's plumbing. Aaron himself came out and took care of it that afternoon... and he worked well after normal work hours to make sure the job was finished with high quality workmanship. He replaced our water heater (which was beyond repair), its expansion tank (which wasn't working at all), and the water pressure regulator outside the house (which also wasn't working at all). It's the 2nd time when we use Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter service and we are very pleased in both cases. This time, the water from the upstairs bathtub-jacuzzi leaked to the garage's wall downstairs. This happened when the kids were taking a bath. We suspected it's due to overflowing to the certain limit. (The water did not overflow the bath boundary). NOTE: The bathtub is not used on a regular basis, but only when our grandchildren are visiting and staying. We called Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter and scheduled a diagnostic appointment. We were afraid it would be a major repair. Aaron came on the next day, examined the bathtub and explained what might have happened. He looks very professional, calm and clearly explain the possible options and solutions. He examined the overflow cover on the bathtub. He cleaned and sealed it, asking us to wait for 24 hours before testing. He also explained us the possibility of another solution if this one did not work. The 2nd solution was much more complex and expensive and we were hoping that the 1st solution would work. We followed his suggestion and tested the leak in 2 days. It was the success. We are very happy with the outcome and definitely recommend this company to anyone. read more

It's been about 3 years since I descaled my Rinnai tankless heater. I normally do it myself but figured since it's been so long I'd rather have a professional handle it. I contacted Aaron's and scheduled an appointment. Felix came down and assessed the situation. Pricing was fair and about the same as what I paid many years ago through a different company. Felix walked me through the whole process. After about 45min the descaling was done and everything looked great. Luckily the water softener that I have helped prevent too much buildup. Came in, looked at things. Flushed and said, he needed to replace the toilet as it's too narrow. They knew that the toilet was clogged coming in, we had already unclogged it but kept getting blocked again and again. The reason from the company as to why they wouldn't clear it was because it was unsanitary but replacing the toilet with clogged drain pipe was fine. Only good thing is they don't charge any money for analysis. read more

I needed a Moen Flo installed at my house in August 2025, and since Aaron Plumbing had good reviews, I decided to give them a try. Big mistake. They were very unprofessional. The initial call to get an estimate went fine, and I scheduled an appointment for the following Friday morning. However, on the day of the appointment, they gave me a bunch of excuses and said they wouldn't be able to come until the afternoon instead. I ended up having to cancel my dentist appointment because of this. Then, on the day of the appointment, they told me that the plumber who did the estimate didn't realize I would need my galvanized pipes replaced with copper. They claimed they were "doing me a favor" by not raising the original price. But even I know that a Moen Flo doesn't work with galvanized pipes. So either the plumber was incompetent, or they were making up a story to make themselves look honorable, just like another negative review mentioned. read more

I found my go-to plumber!!! I needed my tub/shower faucet assembly replaced. I bought the fixture that I was pretty sure was going to work, but it was slightly different to what is in there. Scotty was a bit apprehensive, explaining that sometimes newer valves just don't connect right. Well, I wanted to replace the tub spout and the shower head regardless, so I said, lets do the easy stuff, then we'll look at the valve. My old valve literally broke apart and came out in pieces. A little scary, because I only have 1 shower and if we couldn't get the new valve to fit, I was going to be in trouble. Well, a little positive thinking and little elbow grease, he did it. I am so thrilled!!! From the time I scheduled they got to me within a few day (was not an emergency). CLEAN!!! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. AND, the bill very very reasonable. Cal Am had an issue with local water where Ii, causing them to turn off all water service. Later in the day supposedly the problem was fixed. All water lines to our property and home came back on with such force our supply lines and pump and pressure tanks all ruptured. Aaron responded immediately to rescue us. No water for four days, but Aaron got all the parts needed to get everything back on line. Jose and Jesus came out to re-position the gas line connection behind the gas range, after our new range was sticking out 4" from the countertop edge. They set the gas line lower in the wall so it would fit within the lower recessed portion of the new range. They did a great job communicating everything as they were working - of what could and couldn't be done, for safety reasons, when you're working with gas. They were thorough in checking the furnace in the attic and the water heater in the garage, after the gas had been turned back on for the house. They took the necessary safety precautions, as best I could tell. And they patched up the wall easily and kept the place clean after finishing. Pricing was reasonable given the risk of the job. I have two tub spouts that slowly leak tiny amount of water. Erik and Jermaine came on time and quickly identified the problem. In 45 minutes they came back with the right cartridges and a new but exact same model of spout (because one of them was so old and clotted by calcium). Installing all these took a lot longer than expected since the builders of the apartment apparently didn't do their measurement right and had added a lot of extra parts to make things work back then. Erik and Jermaine very patiently experimented different ways to put things back together (because using the exact same parts and following the exact same steps no longer work unfortunately). I really appreciate their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail! Also, the whole process from scheduling an appointment to payment is such a breeze. I've dealt with several preferred plumbers from home warranty. While those are a lot more affordable, the whole process could be so very painful. I'm very happy I went with Aaron'a Plumbing & Rooter and will work with them again. read more

I had Aaron's replace my water heater last Nov. and was very pleased with the entire experience. I just had them back to repair two leaks in pipes under my home that were detected by a home inspector. It turns out he missed a third leak that Aaron & Jesus located very near the 2nd leak! So much for the very experienced home inspector! Aaron and Jesus were on time, repaired the leaks and replaced the tub fixtures as required even though they weren't part of the original estimate. When Home Depot's kit included the wrong finish for the tub plate, Aaron went to ACE Hardware to get the right one. Jesus thoroughly cleaned the carpet & walls of my coat closet crawl space and swept the entry even though they'd protected it with paper. Impressive!
