This was my first time ever doing lippo and tuck. I had infections all the time under my skin and they hurt. So I decided to check around and see what could help. Dr. Zelko told me about tickle lippo (and yes it tickles). He talks you through the entire procedure......at least until I fell asleep and started snoring on him. He's got a great bedside manner, loves to talk and always asked how I was doing. I was very scared of having a procedure while I was awake, but it was with minimal pain because he would just put more numbing fluid in and I loved how he goes over everything with you. He took his time with me and I really appreciated that. I would recommend this place to everyone. So,it's been a little bit since I've had tickle Lipo performed by Dr zelko. When I had the procedure done, everyone was so extremely nice. I was told it would be fairly quick, I didn't need too much removed. After the procedure I called a couple of times before my post check up concerned with my results. When I went in Dr Zelko checked my belly and said it was uneven and I would have to pay additional money to have it corrected. At this point the staff as well as Dr zelko give me the cold shoulder. I'm a single mom who has saved up forever to have th this done. I felt bad spending so much on myself in the first place. I told him I have no money to have this deformity corrected. He basically said to let me know when I do. I get so upset anytime I try to dress nice, my belly is lopsided and has what I call a hard shelf above my belly button, I always end up wearing a tent. So very pleased with the results and shocked there was "0" pain. I had two procedures performed in 2018. Had tickle liposuction performed above and below the waist. Results were so positive that a few months later went back to reduce the inner thighs. Again, very pleased with the results. I actually feel like I exercise better with the reduction in these areas. Dr Zelko is very kind and takes his time to be very thorough and also assured my comfort during the entire procedure. After only 2 days I see noticeable changes despite the swelling, which is not bad. I had a spot that was hard to numb so it was a bit sensitive but that is just my body. The areas that were treated a few actually tickled and some felt funny but the whole thing was comfortable for me. I did not have bad discomfort afterward. Took a few Tylenol the day after for a bit of tenderness but nothing since. I found this place through Groupon and so happy I did. This was the one place I've been to where I asked questions about things I was concerned about in other areas other than just dysport and they happily made me an appointment with Dr. Zelko of Zelko Aesthetics to discuss them without pressure to sign on a dotted line. As the saying goes, he had me at hello. He took the time to explain in detail how he'd deal with the excess fat under my chin and what exactly to expect. I readily made an appointment for about three weeks later, based solely on my availability. Upon going in to have a "chin tickle" procedure done today, I was informed that they were actually running a special at 1/2 off for May and June in this exact procedure and only required 1/2 of what I was expecting to pay. I was elated. The procedure itself was less than 2 hours, I was made comfortable and questioned constantly about my comfort level. The doc and his wonderful nurse were so delightful and comforting, I think I actually started to nod off feeling very secure in their capable hands. I can't say enough about how wonderful this was. I encourage anyone looking to get that extra neck hanging off to jump on this deal. Even if you read this past June, the regular pricing was so very reasonable. Dr. Zelko may be an amazing doctor but I will never know. I just had a consultation and must say I am very disappointed. I came in for consult on the muffin top makeover they are advertising on their website for 50% off for a price of $1250. I was prepared to pay my deposit and book. Then when they see whats posted for a price, it is magically for flanks. THE OFFER CLEARLY STATES MUFFIN TOP. It was even on FB offering same price. I feel they are very deceiving and refused to honor what they are advertising on their website. I am very disappointed as I feel I was clearly lied to. I can obviously read and know the difference between flanks and muffin top. read more

Interesting, at my last appointment the offer to re do the Bodytite procedure was NEVER mentioned or offered to me, because if it was, I would have done that. My finances had changed at that point and I could not afford the abdomen procedure. I had already spent 6 K for disappointing, shady results that I made you and your staff very well aware of at each of my follow up appointments. Both you & your staff had said on many occasions that if I wasn't happy with my results, it would be corrected because you & your website states results are guaranteed. AGAIN, re doing of the original procedure of Bodytite was never mentioned or offered. I was told you were NOW using the J Plasma procedure, which you wanted to charge me another 1.5 K. You SHOULD NOT guarentee patients being happy with their results because THIS PATIENT IS NOT & you were made very well aware of this. I went in for tickle lipo on flanks and lower abs. What a positive experience! I've had lipo (traditional) in the area before at another location and was left with" lumps", alot of bruising, pain and overall unhappy with the final result. Judy and Denise (reception) made me feel welcome and were very patient with all of my questions. Dr Zelko was very nice and asked ME alot of questions and was very nice and made me feel at ease from the initial consultation. I have a hectic schedule and my procedure was scheduled with no issues. For the procedure , I felt at home from the moment I walked thru the door of the beautiful, yet homey feeling office. Maria ( nurse) was very helpful and nice. They put on the music I liked and we talked and joked thru out the whole process. I never was under full anesthsia-Dr Zelko used local and I felt zero pain. None. I was blown away by that! I was sent home in a garment and had very little bruising or pain. I used the pain med the first night as a preventative, but nothing after that. The results a month later are great !
