My back felt looser the second I stood up, and the relief held for a week or two rather than days. A few practical things to know: tell them exactly how much pressure you want before they start, you'll hear other people's sessions through the curtains, and bring cash. The spaces - reception and treatment room were both set up nicely, clean and comfortable.
