My massage therapist, Esmeralda, has magically healing hands and puts love and gratitude into her touch energy. She made me wonder why I'm not getting a massage more often. Almost hesitant to write a review because it's one of my all time favorite hidden gems of NYC. Nicole is one of the best deep tissue massage therapists ever! She is so in tune to the body and so quickly finds the trigger points. She is so amazing and skilled at working hard on them to release them. I have been going to this place for over 10 years used to love it until recently. I have always seen the masseuse Joe. Recently, Joe left and they will not tell me where he is now, his last name or his phone number. I understand that there is reason for privacy but I find this extremely rude. They care more about keeping me as a client than helping one of their former employees. These masseuses rely on their clientele to support their lifestyle and by not allowing me to contact Joe directly makes me think very differently of this business. If anyone knows where Joe is or how to contact him, it would be greatly appreciated. read more

The place itself is clean and orderly and the massages I have had have been really good. I have felt confident in recommending this place to others and always got positive feedback.
