Lucky foot & bath is a very good massage place for the genre. I've had Lucy a number of times and she very very good.

So I've been coming here for years and have spend literally $1,000's of dollars and they have always had an on-going promo that entails the customer is entitled to a free 11th massage after paying for 10. I've gotten my free 11th massage 10's of times over the years but the last time I came in and wanted a free foot massage since I had done 10 @ going price, the owner told me no and yelled at me until I insisted that she accept it. I also have a card with 10 completed massages, adding up to $706 for body work and when I came to use it today the lady told me she will not accept it. She told me it ended in August, but I was never informed of that and there was nothing on the card that spoke of any expiration date. You would think that for a customer who spent literally $1,000's over the years that they would honor of and just tell you no more going forward, but they will not honor it and o have been robbed of a $70 massage I earned and was in effect promised. It's a deal and they can't just remove it after the customer pays. This is a theft of $70 and they lost me for ever and made an enemy who will not stop trashing them on social media and things like Yelp. All I ever did was come in; pay for my massage and tip at least 30% a s they go to war with me?? Stupid and unfair. read more

Went in there without an appointment and they told us to wait 30 mins. We said no problem very politely, and when I went back in after some time had passed, I got a very rude response saying "no. Busy." I typically never leave bad reviews because I understand how difficult it is to run a business but I would advise this establishment to A. Not misinform potential customers and B. I have gone to this establishment on many occasions. There are many massage places in the area and if service is not good, there is no reason to go back. Although I have had some very good massages here, lately the service has not been to the level where I will go back. I generally tip about 35% as I think the girls work hard and am happy to show my appreciation. However, there is a problem with some of the girls having the ability to tell time. I have paid for 10 minutes of time that I don't receive on at least two recent occasions. My last experience was the worst massage I have ever had. The girl was in and out of the room, was answering the phone during my time, and actually talked on the phone while she attempted to continue the massage with one hand. She left the room several times to deal with other clients, and finally moved a trainee into the room as a place holder while she was out. the trainee did nothing more than pet me like a dog. Several times I seriously considered just getting up and leaving, but thought things might improve....it didn't. At some point I was asked if I wanted more time, which under the circumstances was refused, then the one hour session ended in 50 minutes. This place is a disgusting all around. The sheets smelled like a nasty funk. The ladies were yelling at each other from room to room so it was anything but relaxing. My masseuse walked out numerous times and stayed gone for about a total of 5-20 minutes. The worst part is though I was overcharged and when I called to ask why the lady. I've been going to this place for two years exclusively, almost every single Sunday. They've always been kind but for the first time they 'commanded' a 20% cash tip very rudely and told me 'that this is America'. Here's a fun fact in America: a 20% tip is for a job well done and I tipped 18% based on the quality of the massage. My boyfriend and I came here for a Valentine Day massage. We made reservations far in advance. When we arrived the receptionist acted as if she never spoken with us. When we went in for the massage it was extremely loud and our masseuses were talking to each other while giving us massages. It was a bad experience. The foot massage was great. The back massage was okay. Clean facility and professional staff. The cushion for the face rest was a little flimsy and didn't provide adequate padding but it was manageable. I could hear people coming and going in the hallway and there was a little talking between my massage therapist and someone else. I walked into Lucky to get a foot massage and they told me to wait 10 -15 minutes, and they could accommodate me. I waited outside their door for 15 minutes, and when the current patrons were leaving two people walked in front of me. When I walked in to remind them I was still waiting outside, they now said the two people had an appointment, and told me they could no longer accommodate me. I heard these people when they were walking in, and they said they hoped they could be accommodated., They did not have an appointment. Frustrated and short sighted. read more

I dealt with it nicely a few times because I understand they might be bored or stressed, but I'm done. Otherwise, they are constantly yelling at each other. I've been here twice now. Both times made a reservation same-day and on the weekend. Really hard to understand their English over the phone, but they are friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed my massage both times and felt the price was reasonable. It's a little loud in the place (sometimes hard to relax) because there are only curtains separating the rooms. So today is me and my wife's anniversary. My wife made a reservation for us to get a couples massage. As soon as we walked in and opened the door they started laughing and conversing among themselves. They clearly had the reservation on a piece of folded up paper that the massage guy found. I already knew from walking in to this place there was going to be an issue. The energy was completely off. My wife had to tell the guy three times there was a reservation. He acted as if he couldn't find it. She had to explain to him that the reservation was for 4 o'clock. He said he's not taking anyone because he's already in the middle of massaging. Now at this time we're standing there little giggles and side talk we're happening. So he goes back to sit down and says you can come back at 6 o'clock. At this point my wife was done speaking and she was like let's go. So we left. Now as i said the energy was off. And yes I'm getting at the area where i say they were racist. I'm a black dude 340lb solid not sloppy and my wife is Puerto Rican. Yes they were racist. And it was evident with the energy and the careless way they were communicating.
