Met one of the owners, Khoi, and another member of the team, Lenny. Very nice people. Great customer service. BYOB if you'd like with no huffs and puffs about it. I brought my glass bottled spring water (Mountain Valley), and Lenny asked if I'd like ice for it. What a warm welcome. Every business should allow it. Think about it...the customer is already in the door and ready to try what you have to offer...why not let them feel at home? They may be more inclined to try other foods and the drinks you have just for the sake of trying and wanting to support your business even more! Loved it here. Ordered the pork bahn mi and asked them to add tofu so I could try it. My friend is vegetarian and I can't vouch for what I haven't tried so they were quite accommodating. I was willing to pay any extra to sub, but they didn't charge me any more than the amount for just a regular pork bahn mi. Kudos to Khoi for the executive decision. It came out in about 5 minutes in a pretty large portion -- good value for money. It's really disheartening to get only 2 slices of vegan meat on the sandwich. How many times I've given my hard earned money to this place and this happens often. Outstanding experience! Stopped on the way to the airport and ate a bite of lunch (two of us enjoyed fried rice, and another ordered Pho.) We also ordered deli sandwiches to go, so that we would have dinner on our travels later ... SUCH a good move!!! The owner came out to visit with us, and was so thoughtful in prepping our carry out meals. One of our party was delighted to find gluten free options that were absolutely delicious. SO GOOD! I've been looking a place that serves banh mi in the area and this place did not disappoint. My boyfriend got the zen combination and I had the zen grilled pork. The pork had so much flavor and was very tender. The serving size were pretty decent too. I would compare it to the same size as a full Publix sub. Each one was $8.95. We also ordered a mango milk tea with honey boba and it was delicious the man behind the counter even offered to us how sweet we wanted it (more or less sugar). He was very friendly and made the encounter/experience very pleasant. The inside was also very clean and definitely gave deli vibes! I would recommend trying 10/10. read more

Cute little place on the side of the Target plaza. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and ordered at the counter like most delis. Our food was quick and so delicious. I had a turkey sandwich and veggie egg rolls and my husband had the orange chicken. It was probably the best orange chicken I've ever had with a really fresh orange taste and the chicken was good quality. They have a good range of stuff on the menu which is nice. The food was great. I was tired of eating my own cooking and decided to try something different. I had been to Zen deli before, but only tried traditional deli foods, like pastrami on rye. It was perfectly good, but, not exceptional. This time, I ordered from the Asian menu and was absolutely delighted. The pad thai was food for the gods. The mild version was just spicy enough to give it a bit of bite without setting my mouth on fire. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The ambiance is a bit sterile, but to me that is much better than tacky. I'd rather have clean and quiet than paper lanterns, beckoning cat statues, and streamers. read more

Definitely enjoyed my food! Very flavorful. I had the sriracha Turkey sandwich and lobster bisque. I ordered a petite size and it was plenty about the size of a subway six inch. The soup was very flavorful but short on lobster and extremely hot as in temperature. I took it home and ate it the next day. They have a simple area of about 10 tables to eat in. My friends enjoyed their sandwiches too. A good experience and will come back. My only suggestion is the music played in the restaurant.
