This is my second time here. Rustic feel interior, and they really live up to their name. Their service is great here, super friendly people. Since my first time, they have gotten a lot more inventory in. Which is nice, more to choose from and being that it's really close to home for me. Normally I love love love this place but my last 2 visits I was overcharged and they failed to provide my discounts. During both incidents upon realizing this, I returned immediately with my receipt and products(was still in the parking lot). The first time it happened, things were easily sorted out and apologies made and I left a happy customer still. But today when it happened again (they failed to apply the buy one get one for a penny) I was met with nothing but difficulty in trying to obtain my money back. First they tried to give me a store credit and when I resisted the bud tender disappeared behind closed doors. I assume to get a manager and returned a bit later with another co worker who then tried to get me to take more product. I again requested a cash refund and to speak with a manager, as this was taking far too long and I had another appointment to get to. I was told NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!! I mentioned that I didn't think it was legal to not have a manager onsite and both gentleman disappeared yet again and after what was becoming an agonizing wait another young man named Liam Knighten came out (this is when my experience went from bad to ridiculously HORRIBLE) and identified himself as the inventory manager. When I questioned why I was told there was no manager on duty he said he had simply been unavailable. I said there is a large difference between not being available and not being there and that you should ALWAYS be available to your customers and clients. This is where Liam Knighten became very snarky and down right rude to me. We both started to speak at the same time and I kept going with my question regarding speaking with a manager and he stopped me and said "Are you going to let me speak?!?!" I honestly stood there stunned and silent, at which point he leans in and asks me again, "Well are you?" I was very taken back by both his mannerisms and tone of voice. I remained silent and let him speak but at that point I was just done with it all!!! As I was finally leaving after getting my refund I stopped to speak with the check in receptionist and asked her to write down the names of the managers and those I dealt with today. She honestly was the only good point in my entire experience. This is when Liam Knighten enters the scene again and proceeds to tell me how lucky I am that I received a refund at all as company policy is store credit only. I could understand that if I had been the one to make the error, but that wasn't the case here. When I asked to see where this policy was in writing he once again became condescending and said "I'll start working on that for you right away Mam." Liam Knighten is probably the most unprofessional dispensary employee I have ever come across! A very bad representative of Zen Leaf and Verano Holdings. I will be reaching out to their corporate office, Verano Holdings tomorrow to share my undesirable experience with them. I will continue to return because of their quality products and hope their customer service improves! read more

I was a first time patient there and I mentioned it several times but didnt get a discount or anything for free, which is standard at most dispensaries, also I am over 65 and most places give you life experience, They forgot! So I don't think I will be going back there. I worked in a dispensary for 18 months here and we were very professional and made sure each patient got all their discounts.
