Wonderful experience at Zen Nails. I had the signature pedicure and manicure dip. This was my first visit there and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the safety measures they have put into place during the Covid 19 reopening. Plexiglass partitions are in place at mani and pedicure stations, your temperature is taken when you arrive and everything is kept sanitized. Alice was my technician and she did a terrific job. I have very mixed feelings on this nail salon. It's nicely laid out and very pretty. The classic manicure and pedicure felt great. My nails looked fab after, and this was the first gel manicure I've ever received that hasn't chipped. On the other hand, my friend that went with me noticed that one of her fingernails was already bubbling before we got back to our office. She had also received a gel manicure. And worse, her nail tech told her she was safe to put her shoes back on, and it turned out her toenails weren't all the way dry so they smudged. By the following week, my manicure was still going strong, but about half her nail polish had peeled away. We had different brands of gel nail polish, but this is still not an acceptable result. read more

This is the absolute best place I've ever come to get my nails done. They are very professional. I love how I can send a request for an appointment through Yelp and they get back with me very quickly via email to confirm the appointment. You can also call and make an appointment over the phone or just walk in. I do recommend making an appointment. What I've noticed that this place is very clean, neat and nicely decorated. It is peaceful and very relaxing. I also love the fact that my nail technician paid so much attention to the details of my nails and she answered all my silly questions without getting frustrated with me and made my nails look fantastic. My nails turned out really nice and the experience was very relaxing. It is very clean and they provide really nice touches like mimosas! I've been going to Zen Nails for over a year now. I always feel so welcomed the minute I walk through the door. The staff knows me and always asks about my life when I go in. Joe, the owner, is very friendly and always makes sure you're taken care of. I always get Sandy to do my nails. She is so sweet and very tentative to my nails to make sure they look perfect. Their basic pedicures are even really nice... they include a hot stone massage! They have an incentive card, if you get so many services, you get money off. Love that perk! Eric is fantastic!!!! I found this nail salon on yelp since I was in town for a baseball tournament, called and made an appointment to just get no chip. I bring my own polish since I travel so much it's hard for me to find the color I like which is pink this summer. If not done right in two coats it looks streaky. He couldn't get it right in two coats so he did three. After leaving it bothered me because it was to thick. I called the next day before leaving town and asked if they could redo it. Eric did an amazing job making them look beautiful. I realized yesterday I left my polish there. I quickly called to see if they had it. I was anxious to go here based on all the raving reviews and icing on the cake? Mimosas and pricing! I got a powder dip with tips, and tried an almond shape for the first time. Good atmosphere but was never greeted by the person doing my nails, just waved to come back & never told me her name. Mostly disappointed was never offered a drink or mimosa everyone talked about, but others around me were brought wine and such. She didn't pair my nails to make sure they matched up in size with each other, so now looking have different lengths on multiple nails as well as bare chips where she didn't go all the way to the side of the nails. At the end when she was using the dremel it cut my pinky, which swelled and bled, now has scanned. At checkout paid $60 no first timer 15% discount was given like others stated, and they knew it was my first time I was excited and let them know at check in and check out. The punch card is now $25 off after 10 visits not the $30 others also mentioned. Sad to say I don't think I'll be back for the price, subpar nails and lack of service I was given. read more

I saw their facebook promotion for their grand opening and was glad that it is so close to home. They were very responsive on Facebook and I was able to make an appointment through that, but I wish they could have posted their number for me to call them to make it more official. Anyways, I came at 9:30am on a Monday during their first 3 weeks of opening. I got the mani and pedi for 50% off. Obviously, the place was not busy, so I felt like I got the whole place to myself. The owner guy was very nice and friendly and the only one who spoke the most fluent English. He helped me choose between two colors. He was definitely very proud of his store and made sure that I knew they have netflix and I could pick any show I want. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks. Jerry did a decent job on both my pedi and mani. I asked for some accent on my mani and they did it for me for free. My only complaint was that their top coat is not very good, so I ruined a tiny part of my mani as soon as I got into the car. I had to go home and put on my own top coat.
