THREE hours after arriving. It's not the miss, it's the response. No one seemed to care at any point. The GM or chef didn't show up with an apology. No entrees were comped. This also happened to us last Valentine's Day when they were swamped. I told them I would never be back and promptly cancelled our reservations for today, Valentine's Day 2026. We have friends visiting over the next months and have cancelled plans with them as well.

Had it been, we would have made a different decision. Charging guests under these circumstances reflects a serious lack of transparency. Even more concerning is the response: management has relied on fine-print policy rather than addressing the obvious breakdown in service. Bottom line: We paid for dinner twice--the restaurant was paid twice. That is simply not acceptable. We hope someone in leadership reviews this situation and reaches out to resolve it appropriately.
