She took great care to lay down a towel to protect my flooring during the pedicure, and cleaned up after herself.

Good set of nails for a fun weekend in Vegas! Mia did great with my nails. I only showed her a…read morepicture of reference once, and she already knows what to do it with. It last long and not too thick just what im looking for. Considering its my real long nails, other places will make your nails look too thick when ask for design. I will definitely come back to Mia.

I called ahead to confirm they had availability for a regular manicure and went in April 4th at 5:30pm. I was told to sit at the only free (not clean) station with a chair that had the rotating fan blowing directly into my face (the base of the fan was 2 feet away from my chair). I said I only wanted a regular manicure (not gel or acrylic) and it was like bam, she knew she would be getting a smaller tip because it's a cheaper service. Wow. She rushed through the entire polish job and waited until AFTER base, two coats, and top coat to bring me a fan.... a weak little dollar store toy fan because apparently no one uses regular polish anymore so all the polish and fans (basically anything that's not gel) is from 7 years ago or something. The biggest SCAMMY activity is that when I went to pay, she said the service was $25. I asked her if it was for the basic manicure with no tip yet. She said yes. I showed her the website with the price being $20 and she said that it was to "make up for the rising cost of rent". I once again pointed out that in real time, the salon owned website said $20. She said she couldn't do anything because the owner wasn't there. Honestly, I should file something with the bank because I want them to investigate with my time stamped screen shots of their website prices after they charged me an itemized price for a service that is not what they advertise. As for the QUALITY of their work? LOOK AT THE BUBBLES. Their nail technician looked at the bubbles in my nails and thought "yup, that looks right". The dents are on me because I was trying to get my card (since I brought $25 cash for the service and tip, but that was for their fake online $20 price) and the girl watched me struggle with my wallet after I explained to her why I only had cash and wasn't ready to use my wet nails to get my card out of my cardholder. Cool, enjoy the extra $5 you made on that transaction at the cost of behaving like charlatans and thieves.

I was the first customer and she greeted me with a smile. I liked her work. They have plenty of nice colors to choose from. It's been a week now and my gel mani are still strong. I also like the vibe in here. I definitely recommend this place.

I came in as a walk-in for a gel manicure because this salon looked promising. What I experienced…read moreinstead was painful and honestly upsetting. I was initially seated with one nail tech, I believe his name was Leo, who randomly decided someone else would take over. He didn't go help another client--he just stopped working on me and passed me off, which already felt unprofessional since he sat down few seats down from us just chatting. The second nail tech, Tina, was extremely rough from the start. I had to pull my hand back and say "ow" multiple times. She filed aggressively without checking length or shape and repeatedly filed my actual skin. Halfway through, my fingers were burning. She wasn't wearing gloves so as she was cleaning the polish up, she was using her nails that didn't look clean to dig up my skin and polish. 2nd, The color wasn't what I asked for, but I agreed to it anyway because she kept showing me options that weren't even close to what I requested. I was trying to be respectful and not cause a problem and just settled for this color. Furthermore, the polish application was a mess. She constantly repainted and removed polish on every nail using a buffer, nail file, and even a paper towel. I've never seen nail polish removed that way.. weird. The final result was bumpy, uneven, and sloppy, with polish all over my skin. By the end, both of my thumbs were swollen and slightly bleeding. Instead of stopping, she kept filing my skin and drilling around the sides, making the pain worse. I stayed patient thinking that she'll clean it up properly, but I realized this was truly her final work. At this point, I let her finish and asked for her manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, the nail tech became defensive and started yelling in her own language. I didn't cause a scene and I wasn't rude, but the change in tone was obvious and made me so uncomfortable that I started crying. The manager offered and gave store credit, but that doesn't change the fact that my skin flesh has been filed down multiple times and I left in pain. I walked out with injured fingers and nails that looked extremely sloppy. Please listen to the bad reviews. I'm not sure how this place has a 4-star rating. A nail appointment should never end in pain, and tears. I will never return and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
