We contracted Zenith to do our master bathroom. They did a great job. We first got 6 estimates. Some companies would not give us an estimate, some priced the bathroom over the phone, and some did measure and look at our bathroom. Eva had the best designed bathroom while all the others were very ordinary. We did get multiple estimates and they were all around the same price. I admit I did have sticker shock when hearing each of the company's prices. When Zenith started our master bathroom it did take more time than expected. I do not think it is anything Zenith did wrong, rather I think it came down to supply chain issues. We are very happy with our bathroom and give them 5 stars. I will use them again. read more

They took our deposit and they are claiming bankruptcy. They never called us, and now we have to take them to court to get our money back. They are not answering any of their phones. We only found out about them closing up shop from another person who doesn't even work there. read more

Contract clearly states "5-6 weeks." It's now late Dec '23 & demolition began Jun 27, 2023. Two weeks shy of SIX MONTHS! So many problems, so many LIES, no oversight by Zenith to subcontractor crews even tho Zenith sales designer clearly answer our Q that the crew would be employees not subs. After 4wks crew mostly disappeared to work on other jobs while most appliances still not installed. Here are highlights from the issues we had: 01- They "mistakenly" took personal property from the jobsite, confirmed they had it with photo, yet never returned it. 02- They trespassed into private, off-limits rooms in the home.  03- Gray/white countertops had bright blue dots and a green line blemishes. Supply house said they would never sell those defects, contractor must have gotten them from dent-n-scratch secondary market. Promised to replace the affected counters but never did.   04- Some cabinets installed wrong positions, one small cab not installed at all. Resulting in bad countertop measurements by stove, island, and sink was off-center. We had to discover these problems since Zenith was not providing oversight.  05- Proj Mgr did not know how to use tape measure (not kidding) and did not know where to look inside wall to verify presence of a "framing header." 06- Naked wire splices in walls, no junction boxes (pic), to feed lights and dishwasher. Serious code violation and fire hazard. (pic) 07- Used ground wire as a Neutral (to carry current), serious code violation and fire & shock hazard. (pic) 08- Uncapped HOT wire left lying loose in ceiling. It electro-shocked me when trying to take pics of nearby nakes splices. (pic) 09- No electrician onsite until the above was observed and we demanded they bring a credentialed electrician to clean it all up.   10- Did not install handles/locks (that were present) onto the new french doors for 1.5wks. Had to use a chair to prop against the doors to hold them shut. I finally installed locks myself.   11-  Had to hire someone else to install over-range microwave and dishwasher.  12- Found only ONE SCREW was holding the over-range cabinets to the wall studs (pic). 13- Covered and blocked new window water drainage holes. Did not know what they were.  14- They started using paint thinner on the brand new LVT floor (eats away the finish according to Mfr.) to remove spilled paint and paint spray droplets. 15- Paint overspray, spills, footprints, everywhere: new LVT floor, existing carpets, furniture, garage, driveway.  16- Dented & scratched our siding (pic). 17- Crew randomly guessed at what to do. They NEVER called me for clarification even tho I wrote my # on the instructions and showed them. Resulted in a lot of surprises and rework not even listed here. 18- Cutting done inside home & garage even tho we put in contract must be done outside. They also did not cover vents/returns as put in contract. DUST EVERYWHERE on first floor, HVAC possibly damaged. read more

In short, they took the money and abandoned the job...and disappeared! We upgraded the kitchen with them a couple of years ago and were happy with the project back then. This year, we hired them again to upgrade two bathrooms. Their proposal was not the cheapest, but yet we selected them based on the prior experience. Unfortunately, the experience this time was a disaster. They abandoned the job after collecting most of the payments. They stopped answering their phones or responding to emails and messages. Their showroom on route 40 is always closed. I heard that they have gone bankrupt! Not sure if this is true...They even marked their business as "permanently closed" on google map to avoid comments from customers. It is a shame. I would have understood and probably accepted if they had the courtesy and courage to talk to us and explain their financial situation...But they just disappeared! Very disappointing. In general, lesson learned: do not accept the payment schedule in the contracts if the final payment upon completion is less than 40%...Make sure you keep a significant payment to the end. read more

Love the work Zenith did! Sharon's design for our kitchen and bathroom were insightful. She improved on the ideas that I had given her. She was able to design a custom bar, which turned out beautifully. She understands the dynamics of how a kitchen works. The bathroom is a spa. Ferhat the foreman had an excellent team of workmen and David the project manager was very responsive and helpful. Lovely to work with. During the pandemic things were not perfect, there were some delays, but overall I am very happy with the finished product. read more

Update- Kitchen remodel Windsor Mill MD I am completely happy and satisfied with the my new updated kitchen. Marvin ( contractor) and his team did a wonderful job. Luis ( project manager) spent quality time discussing all aspects of the renovation before turning it over to Eko. I'm 95% done- just waiting on a replacement cabinet and spice rack. I only picked Zenith because of Eva (the designer) assigned to my call. I was back and forth for months. She took my call each time and never pressured me. She was very patient and took the time to understand what I wanted. Her last tweak is the design I chose and I couldn't be happier. I was hesitant because the company has been around for around 7 years but they did a fantastic job. I have several friends interested in their service. The entire team (Eva, Luis, Marvin) was very responsive and on top of the entire project. I highly recommend. read more

This is a follow-up on a prior (negative) review. We had zenith kitchen and bath complete a kitchen remodel approximately 1.5 years ago. Although we gave the designer exact flooring to match (red oak flooring to match kitchen to red oak newly done in rest of the house) she ordered the wrong flooring. Upon seeing that the flooring didn't match we had to spends months trying to get them to come correct the issue. Because they still needed their last deposit they thankfully finally made good on it and flooring was taken care of. We paid for the rest of the remodel and hoped Zenith would be out of our lives. (We had numerous other issues along the way, including contractors changing, dishwasher was installed improperly - it broke immediately and had to be repaired, the wrong sink was installed... I could go on). But we were happy to finally be done. Unfortunately in November I discovered a flood in my basement! It turns out that when they fixed the flooring they broke the wheel of our refrigerator and in attempting to jam it back in place (not disclosing that they damaged our fridge) they pinched the water line to our new fridge. We tried to bypass Zenith by paying another contractor to come fix it, but due to the broken wheel the fridge is impossible to move. We managed to get Cetin (one of their current contractors - they change all the time) back out to assess the damage (along with a cabinet that is falling down from lack of proper support) and while he claimed he would address the issue, he dodged us for months before we finally made a complaint on the BBB website. Zenith then came out to repair the broken cabinet, but they continue to push back on our broken fridge. The owner of the company indicated that they would repair the fridge, but once again they are dodging our calls and it has now been almost a month. This is our second kitchen demo (we did one on a prior home in another state) and we have also updated all our bathrooms. We have never had such a negative experience. I will update this review IF they ever replace/repair our fridge, but for now - STAY AWAY AND BEWARE!!!! read more

Do not remodel with Zenith. They have been an absolute nightmare to work with. They ruined our upstairs bathroom. it has almost been two years and they refuse to finish it. We just had our kitchen totally remodeled (moved a couple of walls, etc.) We received several proposals. Dan from Zenith came up with the best layout at a very fair price. They started work on time (Camillo's crew) and worked diligently from before 0800 every day until 6 or later every evening until the work was completed. They worked 6 days a week. Countertops took a week or so to deliver and after they were installed, the backsplash and finishing touches were done promptly. Electric, plumbing and duct work were completed by licensed subcontractors. Preparation and cleanup were excellent with the inevitable dust kept to a minimum. Everyone was friendly and professional. About a month from start to finish...just waiting on a replacement for a damaged cabinet handle. read more

They remodeled my kitchen and there are issues I cannot get them to fix. Cabinets not shutting, cabinets cracking because too close to fridge, molding is cracked, Chipping already between backsplash and counter, cabinets (I didn't show all pictures that came with imperfections. Company says they will fix things but don't. You get what you pay for, my recommendation is to use a contractor. I paid 53K & would expect better service. read more

After spending months getting estimates and ideas my husband found Zenith in a coupon mailing. He read the reviews and had Deniz come give us an estimate. Zenith was very fair and came in on budget. Deniz made some excellent design ideas and was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had a shower remodeled and on the surface, it looks great. But the pipes froze every time the temps went down to the 20s so we could not use the shower until the temps rose. This is not just a temporary problem but might lead to much worse if the pipes burst. We are still waiting for the resolution of this issue. Waiting for two months with not even a game plan of a solution. Would recommend using a company with more experience than Zenith. read more

Just had kitchen refresh with Zenith -- worked with Sean and Tanya on the quote to get us what we wanted. Never felt like they were working to upsell, mapped things out the way we wanted and they provided recommendations for a few ideas that we hadn't even considered. Zenith was able to work with our timing (for appliance delivery) and their PM Norman communicated through the process. We had a flooring challenge (you never know what your subfloor looks like until you uncover it), and they worked to satisfy us to complete the job.
