Zenith FLORIDA, not to be mistaken as NYC, is completely unreliable, rude, misleading, delivered damaged property, delayed my delivery 4 times necessitating in my spending thousands of dollars on a hotel. Their customer service is unresponsive, rude. They have a snake oil salesman who provided a quote and then doubled it 5 days before my move. After I complained multiple times over email since I wasn't getting a response over phone, their email suddenly deactivated. My delivery had a damaged tv and was missing large items such as a vacuum and weight set. Do not use them. read more

I moved at the end of December 2025 from Manhattan to the Bronx. I obtained quotes from several prominent moving companies. I also asked my neighbors for suggestions. This was my 3rd move within the boroughs, my first time moving from a co-op to a co-op (if you know, you know the COI and insurance requirements).+ During the tight window at the end of the year. The quotes I received from larger, more well known moving companies were in the range of $1,500-$2,500 to move my studio apartment with a small discount. I am eternally grateful for my neighbor who recommended Zenith movers, I spoke with their senior consultant, Dominic Kostic over the phone. Unlike some of the other companies he did not insist on an in person or zoom walk through. We spoke about my furniture and rugs over the phone, I sent him the dimensions and furniture details via email and an approx. number of boxes. From our first conversation, there was a professionalism, and also a laid-back nature. He said, "hey if you're a few boxes over do not worry". Also, Zenith provides free wardrobe boxes on the day of your move included in your price. This is REALLY helpful as some of the other companies were telling me to use bin rental companies or purchase my own wardrobe boxes. I already had boxes I did not need the added hassle and expense. To have these day of wardrobe boxes was incredible. My longer/more delicate dresses were packed and unpacked into my new closet with such care by Dominic's team- it was as if they were packing their own clothes! Pricing: The total price for my studio move from Manhattan to the Bronx was $495- this included a small discount, perhaps from my neighbor referring me, though I found all of the companies I spoke to did offer a small discount. This price was 1/3 -1/5 of the other companies! Timing and responsiveness: Once I agreed to the quote, before I even put my card on file, Dominic had the COI completed and sent to the building I was leaving and the building I was moving to within TEN MINUTES! Communication: Dominic checked in with me a few days before the move, the day before the move and throughout move day to see how things were going. His amazing team of movers- Hassan, Alex and Roberto- maybe I got the dream team or maybe this is just THE COMPANY you want for your move! My movers: Hassan was the boss- I cannot say more positive things about him. He texted me 15 minutes before he arrived to my old apartment as Dominic said he would and they parked exactly as instructed. Hassan was SO professional, efficient, responsible with my belongings. He led his team really well, while also having a light heartedness and some time to practice french with me :) Hassan and his team. also did a great job interacting with the staff at my very large co-op - from the security, to the super, the doormen and porters. We were supposed to have the service elevator reserved for the move but as these things happen there was ongoing construction work and they kept letting construction teams up in the service elevator. Hassan handled it with care. I was stressing as the co-op I was moving into had a 4:30 pm move in cut off time, after which I would incur a hefty fine. Even with some holiday traffic, Hassan and his team were miraculously done by 4pm. Alex and Roberto were also incredible. They like Hassan were really professional and considerate. They handled all of my items with such care. I had several nonagenarian (90+ year old) neighbors in my old co-op and septuagenarian (70-79) year old neighbors in my new co-op. Some were trying to get the elevator, others were poking their head in to say hello or goodbye, and Hassan, Alex and Roberto were very kind to them and careful they did not injure themselves with the furniture. How individuals treat older adults is tremendously important to me, and Zenith movers and their team really showed their character. I have some photos to show how carefully they wrapped each of my items, they also never complained once, just kept asking if there was anything else I wanted, that there was room in the truck and thanking me when I offered them water ( a bare minimum!) When I had moved from Harlem to Manhattan, the moving company I used, which was priced 3x higher, when they came and saw my leather couch immediately complained at how heavy it looked. They also damaged my work desk and chair. Those were total non-issues with Zenith movers. Everything was carefully wrapped. When we arrived at my new apartment, the job was not done until they made sure every box, every rug, every piece of furniture was exactly where I wanted it. They hung my clothes from the wardrobe box up for me- all while new neighbors were poking their heads in to say hi! They worked SO EFFICIENTLY! Using Zenith Moving group has been THE WORST and MOST STRESSFUL part of the entire moving process. The sales guy Mike who gave me my initial quote and went through the contract with me did not explain anything about the process to me. When the movers arrived they had a long list of items they will not take. Now I am scrambling to find these items among my boxes and am forced to pay for a separate uhaul and transport these items myself. Voiding the entire purpose of getting movers!!!!! If I was made aware that these items are not allowed I would not have hired movers. Secondly, the initial quote was $1900. Once the movers arrived I learned ALL ITEMS must be boxed up. It makes sense, but once again Mike the sales guy never told me this. So we got charged a ridiculous amount for one large box to be packed. We also got charged for them to wrap our furniture in blankets. IF I KNEW I WOULD HAVE WRAPPED THEM MYSELF and avoided the fee. Our quote quickly turned into $2700. Next, AFTER our stuff was loaded the guy asked us if our property will be accessible to an 18 wheeler. Our property is not. Great, another additional fee. Now our new price is $3300. Almost double what we got quoted originally. Furthermore they never explained to us that the moving truck does not arrive on a set date but rather any day 10 business days after you said you wanted it delivered. If I knew that from the beginning I would have told the sales guy Mike that that does not fit my schedule since I will be out of town and not used movers. No one told me this until I called and asked where my stuff is. While dealing with this company I have felt misled and lied to. They grossly misrepresent the service they provide and go out of their way to create sneaky ways to add extra charges. It is a disgraceful way of doing business. Zenith folks made my move from Manhattan to Jersey so much easier. Their communication throughout has always been responsive and reasonable. Petar and his guys did a great job moving our furnitures. They had to wait at the destination for longer due to the freight elevator scheduling, I didn't hear any complaints. I've moved like 10 times so far, with their help this move was one of the most stress-free experience. Unlike some other larger moving companies, Zenith tries to make sure they deliver high standard services and only use movers they are proud of. Zenith Moving was the best. They moved us from NYC to the suburbs and I couldn't be happier. The team was professional, timely, precise, and all of my things were well cared for and treated well. Had a terrible experience with this moving company. When my couch arrived at my new place, it had a mysterious stain on it--even though I saw the movers shrink-wrap the cushions before loading. A week later, I received an unsolicited text from a couch cleaning company. Turns out, the movers had passed my number along without my consent. This was clearly intentional and incredibly shady. Recently had Zenith movers move me between apartments in NYC- a multi-day move. They are by far the best movers I've used in the past 20 years - and I've moved a lot (across the country and within cities). The team was so thoughtful about the big things and the little things throughout the move. They didn't let anything stop them from trying - and that meant they accomplished what we thought was impossible - a giant couch through a tiny twisting stairwell, a move where my baby could sleep in the apartment even before it was all done. I highly recommend Zenith Moving NYC. Back in early July, I moved from a house to a walk-up apartment on the 3rd floor (both located in Queens). I did not want to go through the hassle of researching, renting, driving, parking & returning a van/truck AND gathering enough manpower to do the move. I interviewed a couple moving companies and decided on Zenith Moving NYC. I was (and still am) extremely happy with my decision. The entire process from calling Zenith Moving NYC to get a quote to completing the move was very smooth. No stress at all. I worked with Kiko to schedule the move and to obtain the quote. Fantastic experience with Zenith Moving!!! I recently hired Zenith moving to do a small move. The Zenith team did a fantastic job. From the very beginning, the two persons I spoke with at Zenith - Dominic and Kiko - were great. They were responsive, very professional, and accommodating of my schedule. Their pricing was also competitive. The moving crew itself was fantastic. The 3 persons - Hassan, Elvis, and Federico - were also all terrific. They worked very efficiently and got everything done within the stated time. I was impressed with them and bought them some sandwiches after the move so that they could eat before they got to wherever they were going next. One item to note is that I may have accidentally miscommunicated some information to Dominic. I had some furniture delivered, which was in boxes in the lobby. In my prior moves, the moving crew had disassembled/re-assembled furniture. But, in hindsight, I realized that the scope of that work was different. I may not have mentioned to Dominic that this was ground-up furniture assembly - NOT intentional on my part, it was an honest oversight. The Zenith team nonetheless did as much as they could do in the time frame allotted. Overall, when I assign stars on Yelp reviews, here are the metrics I used: 5 stars - I would recommend this company to my best friend 4 stars - recommend with some reservations 3 stars - they get the job done, but I'd recommend trying to find someone else 2 stars - only if you have absolutely no other options and need a job to get done 1 star - do not hire under any circumstance Zenith is a solid 5 stars. I've moved more times that I'd like to admit and it's never fun, but it is ALWAYS easy with Kiko and Zenith Moving. I left NYC two years ago and moved to Austin TX with my toddler. I thought that we would be there forever. Well, life happened, and a new job brought me back up north. I immediately contacted Kiko at Zenith and he came through for me like a prayer. (Sidenote: I also used Zenith for my move down to TX. Check my google review. 5 Stars as well.) An interstate move is beyond stressful, but every step of the way with Kiko was a breeze. His prices are extremely fair and most importantly, they are honest. In this day and age, it's heartwarming to meet those people who are decent human beings; Kiko is a true mensch. Kiko and his entire team at Zenith are simply phenomenal. I got a full service packing for an interstate move and am so happy that I did. My furniture was packed up with the utmost care - not a single dish broke! - and his guys were meticulous in both the load and the unload. My furniture was disassembled and reassembled, they took the time to ensure that everything was placed correctly at the destination, and they were FAST. My furniture arrived in record time, and they unloaded it in an eyeblink. If you are looking for a moving service, look no further. Unfortunately I left my contact info on their website but they didn't get back to me. They also missed packing up one drawer of stuff in my kitchen. Other than that everything went very smoothly. I was referred to Zenith Moving by a friend who used them multiple times. Since I had Kiko's phone number I texted him directly. Kiko was very friendly in all our correspondence. We set up a moving date and scheduled a time to video chat over WhatsApp so I could show him all my stuff. He took excellent notes because he then soon sent a proposal with all the details of what had to be moved. They packed up my small apartment (for an extra fee) in under two hours with four guys - and they packed it better than I would. Worth every penny! Only one of them, Roberto, spoke English but that was enough. They disassembled my bed, dining table, and a few other things... but then reassembled them on the other side. They unloaded my stuff in under an hour. So altogether it took ~4hrs including 1 hr of travel time to pack me up and move. All in all I'd highly recommend them to friends and family without a doubt. read more

I had contacted 5 moving companies before settling on Zenith Moving. Working with Kiko and the Zenith Moving team made moving much more bearable. Kiko will actually do a virtual video or on site walkthrough to go through the items that you're moving, to make sure you dont forget anything, and quotes a flat rate. Kiko and the team were super responsive to my requests, and accommodated a late change of moving date. On the actual moving day, they were super efficient and organized, which makes sense as they use their own trucks and their own crews (not subcontractors). The certificates of insurance were very easy to have issued and quick to turnaround. Would definitely use them again in the future. read more

Zenith Movers are just the best! They moved several large pieces of furniture and a lot of smaller things from New York City up to my house in CT, 2 1/2 hours away. They showed up just when they said they would and texted me along the way. Considering how stressful moving is, these guys were actually fun, as well as being kind and making everything seem easy. They couldn't fit a big desk in the stairwell in my very old house so they figured out how to bring it in through a second floor window! They seemed delighted by the challenge - and that is certainly a first for me! (I once had someone who gave up, when he saw how narrow the doors and stairs are.) Zenith Moving helped us move from a walk up on the UES to a condo in Harlem. The owner himself provided our estimate and the movers, 4 of them, made our move as stress free as possible. They unpacked our 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room in 2.5 hours and had our belongings placed and beds assembled in the new location in 1.5 hours. We recently used Zenith to move our 3-bedroom apartment into storage. I will admit, they were slightly more expensive than a few other options, but multiple friends they were great, so I went for it, and it was 100% worth it. Kiko was extremely responsive and helpful in getting the move scheduled, COI sent over, answering all my questions, etc. The day of the move, the crew of 5, led by Hassan, showed up on time and worked quietly and efficiently at packing and getting everything out in under 7 hours. They were extremely careful, helpful, and packed everything very securely and well-protected. Use them!! So I moved twice in the last 6 months so am in a position to write this review. The first move was the expected usual nightmare - company never did a pre walk thru or FaceTime to confirm load - literally doubled price on the day of move and sent just 2 men for a 2 bedroom /2 bath move..it took 12 hours though the move was a 4 mile drive and beds and wall units were poorly reassembled... approaching my next move I was weary and did a bit more extensive search Zenith Moving was highly recommended by a friend who had just moved so I went with them... from the first call I had a sense that this may be a different experience.. Kiko was immediately responsive and within 3 days he did a FaceTime walk thru and provided a secure (I asked multiple times if it was a "final" and assured me) and very reasonable quote... still feeling too good to be true I awaited moving day.. Day prior they confirmed and asked for any personal details that may be helpful for their crew to know like special artwork that may need TLC. Day of 4 men (I was informed they have steady, employed crews not independent contractors) showed up on time -9:30 am with a friendly greet and got to work. We paid to have them pack us up (since it was extremely reasonably priced) and I went to the gym! The move was only a few blocks away and I had secured the freight elevator for 5:30 figuring they would need lots of time... the apartment had two levels so there was a staircase for them to Navigate. By 1:30 I got a text they'd be done @ 2:30 and I quickly renegotiated an earlier freight use with my new bldg. They came, unloaded and were done by 7... Amazing.. Two days later all boxes are emptied and was blown away by how every single thing was wrapped.. beyond reassembling perfectly they asked if we wanted any furniture repositioned before they left.. I feel bad at how long it took me to post a review online because I had the most incredible experience moving states with zenith moving. from the very first call to inquire about pricing, every subsequent converaayion afterwards and the incredible professionalism and efficiency of the moving guy who wrapped everything and safely delivered it to the destination in such a short time. I contacted a few other places and I knew immediately from the customer service that this is the company and the people I would trust my belongings with. they will do everything to make sure you are happy. The BEST! We have hired Kiko and team to move twice and have recommended them to everyone we know. Kiko is so easy to work with, and he makes the hellish process of moving easier. Both teams who have done the physical moving have been absolutely lovely. They were very careful with our items, and they were just nice to be around. What made my heart pitter patter was when they ensured all of our bins were facing the same direction, so we could read the labels that we had only put on one side. We have gone through quite a few moves and relocations all along our lives and careers... We have never encountered such a reliable moving company! We have nothing but rave reviews about Zenith Moving. At the outset, we were provided with an all-inclusive and guaranteed price, so that they were no hassles neither surprise down the road. They were respectful, communicated their needs to perfection, and were strictly professional. This was a complex endeavor, as they had to pick up and deliver furniture in four different locations across NYC and Long Island, on the same day. Nevertheless, they took their time in each location so that not affecting quality, packing each individual piece of furniture with care, and finally placing our furniture exactly the way we wanted it to be placed. We just used Zenith moving to move us from Manhattan to Westchester, and had an amazing experience (which is a nearly impossible thing to say about any moving company in NYC). Kiko the owner was extremely responsive and connected with us before and during the process, and the men that moved us were professional, careful with all of our belonging, and very polite. They worked from 8:30-9:30pm, which was a very long day, and were gracious the entire time. They did not rush and finished the entire move with nothing broken and everything put in its appropriate place. They were also competitively priced with all of the other companies that we reached out to, but had by far the best costumer service- which is why we decided to go with them.
