But with Zenith painting, and particularly Eric, it was a painless and flawless process. From the estimate, to initial walk through with their lead, through high communication daily on progress, to the last walk through, it was clear that Eric is a dedicated painting professional. He and his lead Luis asked all the right questions (even for things I didn't think of), made recommendations that were about improving the project, as opposed to his bottom line, and made sure we were always on the same page. He also triple checked our guidance, so there were never any surprises. During the job, the communication was stellar - timely and detailed. I always knew what was going on and what to expect. When we and the team uncovered things during the job (which is bound to happen) I had complete transparency, and an offer to help problem-solve the situation. We hired the Zenith team to coat our two car garage floor and our single car garage floor. I had five quotes and theirs was not only the lowest, but also the most complete in terms of the application process. The floors look great and the install team was in excellent communication throughout the process. I will note that if you have your product installed in the winter there are sometimes discounts available (slow season) but know that there are temperature limits at which the flooring can be applied. In our instance we had a cold snap the week of our initial install where the high temps were in the 20's which was too low for proper adhesion. So when scheduling know that it is a factor and you should try to be at or above 40 degrees when possible. Pricing: Two Car Garage: 19' x 25.5' Single Garage: 12' x 17.5' Total Cost w Premium Level Two Coating = ~$3200 or $4.60 sq foot (recall we bought and installed with a 'winter special') While we have only had the flooring for the weekend thus far (finished install on 1/7) we are very happy with the results and the warranty (lifetime) cannot be beaten. i have use these company to do my garage floor. on the invoice it states full warranty, which means nothing to them. After calling them, they wanted to charge me for a service call just to inspect the floor and gave 3-4 reason why the paint came up, without see it. please contact me before you use this company. Several weeks ago, we had the exterior of our house painted by Zenith Painting and Coating. The bid was reasonable, communication was good and our house looks much better. However, I do have a problem with the cleanup after the job was completed. There are at least 5 spots in our yard that have to be resodded because of spilled paint; paint was spilled in our rock border in several spots, one not even close to the house; and we had to repaint some of our patio furniture because of overspray; and they used one of our new Home Depot orange buckets (without asking) and it is no longer new. I debated whether or not to write this review because the work on the house is good. But every day I am out in the yard I find new issues so I decided I needed to share this with future customers. read more

In the battle for a clean garage in the winter I am finally winning (with the help of a power mop/vac). Finally love my garage as a usable space in the winter. They did a great job removing DYI coating from my driveway and redoing. And full epoxy treatment on garage. Over all job ran one day long due to weather but loving it now and cant say enough about this outfit. Not cheap but you get what you pay for in terms of product, knowledge and execution. Felt really bad the wife left with my wallet the day these guys finished because they deserved a tip - so for karma sake I thought a transparent and well deserved yelp was the least I could do. We used this company to apply an epoxy coat the front stoop of our house before putting it on the market to sell. The quote process was very detailed and both gentleman took ample time to discuss our options and to explain their process. We were not entirely sure we were going to move forward with the project - they did not pressure us or nag us in any way, but simply waited for us to make up our minds.
