This has been my second time coming to this place and I always love it. The drinks are very good and so is the food. Every time I come to this place it's quiet and calm, but I love the decor and the new addition of sticky notes with drawings and messages all over the windows.

Let me preface this by saying I love both strawberries and cheesecakes separately. I also love strawberry cheesecakes as a dessert. This is a good drink. I like strawberry drinks; I had a strawberry fruit tea with aloe vera or something like that from Share Tea Woodlands yesterday. The drink yesterday was good. Getting back on topic, this drink is okay. It needs LESS strawberry and a LOT more cheesecake. It tastes like a strawberry slush. The QQ of the tapioca is good though. The workers were nice. I didn't tip though because my money isn't up like that rn, so my bad guys. Had a blast here just waiting for my stuff but the chicken kind of came out a bit late. This one girl there was so beautiful. (I don't know if that was Yelp-appropriate but I just had to say it.) Have a good day.

Ting is extremely nice. She took care of our order. The ice cream here tastes like yogurt. Not sure if it's real ice cream or yogurt but it's really good. The presentation is really nice and every thing tastes really good. I have tried the Cookie Monster and my son god the spicy watermelon. We both liked them a lot. Two things though: The smell. My god it smells pretty bad in there lol. Not sure what it is but it's a very distinct not so good smell. The heat. It's pretty hot at this location. Not sure if the ac just doesn't work good or that it struggles when it's at full capacity. We are waiting on our drinks now and it's pretty hot. All and all if you are in the area I would give them a shot. Very nice locally owned franchise

Lets start by saying the popcorn chicken is godly lol it tastes kinda like fried pork skin but its so good! Service isnt the fastest but my food is always served pipping hot which is good ! Always a clean ambiance as well

After attending a UYE, some of us yelpies wanted to finish the event, with some dessert cravings. We found out that a new location had opened on the north part of town. I noticed that there was a check-in offer on yelp for a free topping. It is relatively smaller than the Bellaire location, and it could get cramped up, once the restaurant becomes busy. We ordered the Ube milkshake which came with marshmallow stick and a fruit roll up, the lychee crusher ( which was so refreshing) and the Mangonada, which had fresh mangoes stacked out on a straw. All of our drinks were delicious, and satisfied our dessert pangs. I was already planning on my 10k run to burn these carblicious calories that I had undertaken. While it may not be the healthiest option, these drinks definitely are worth trying out.

Last year I came it was wonderful (photos attached). Great drinks and elote. This time it seems like the cucumber limade is not fresh and no cucumber in it. Also asked for a box combo which was on the menu and was told it's not available cause it's not in the register anymore. Staff was also not wearing masks for the Covid pandemic. Just feels like this place isn't where it was a year ago. Don't know if I'll travel for this level of service again.

A new Zero Degrees on the north side of town. If you check in on Yelp, you can a free topping of your choice. This location a bit smaller than the one on Bellaire, but they have a nice outdoor seatings. A bit cramp inside when it gets crowded inside. Pretty much the same menu. I got an ube smoothie with lychee boba as my free topping. The ube smoothie came out looking like a magical unicorn. The taste is similar to taro. It came with a rainbow marshmallow stick and a fruit roll-up. Their mangonada had plenty of flavors from sour, sweet, and spicy. It also came with fresh mangoes fanning out on a straw. Another drink that surprised me was the lychee crusher. It was very refreshing. Staff was friendly, helping me with what I want. Nicely decorated inside and out. A great place to grab dessert. Not ideal to sit inside when it gets too crowded because it can be hard to hear the other person talk.

I don't ever leave reviews but this has been one of the most horrible experiences. Starting off with HORRIBLE customer service, it took 25 minutes for 1 drink. I ordered the carne asada fries & they didn't even have any! she tried to upsell something completely different rather than offering a refund first.

New place on the northside! Now I no longer have to drive down to Bellaire to fulfill my Ube obsession! I recommend: - Ube smoothie - sea salt green tea - popcorn chicken - hot cheeto fries - strawberry lychee slush Place is nice and clean. Spacious outdoor seating where my lil Tupac and I can both enjoy our snacks and drinks.

I've been to both this location and their original Houston location in Bellaire. Lines are always long at both locations and I'm never really impressed with the drinks. They're mostly all for show and don't taste anywhere as good as they look. I've had their sea salt Jasmine, Viet coffee, Thai tea, lychee drink, matcha milk tea, and mangonada and have not been impressed by any of them. The mangonada was especially disappointing with its icy texture and extremely sour mangoes. The only thing that I would say is actually good is their food. Their popcorn chicken box comes with cajun fries, vegetables, popcorn chicken, and a drink for 12.50 and their fries are skinny and super crunchy. The chicken is also meaty and not over-fried. There are many better tapioca/drink places around Houston and I only go to zero degrees when I'm forced by my friends.

Came at 12:30 pm during the grand opening and the line was out the door. An hour later I finally reached the register and ordered the lychee crush, strawberry horchata, peach blossom, jasmine milk tea, and matcha milk tea all for $12 (BOGO)!! Lychee crush - sweet and refreshing and filled with bits of strawberry - highly recommend! I got light ice but it was still almost halfway filled... will get no ice next time. Strawberry horchata - a new favorite; the cinnamon and strawberry surprisingly complement each other well. All in all, a fantastic addition to the boba repertoire up north. Will wait for the hype to die down before coming back but I definitely will.

Matcha milk tea. Don't forget to shake it before poking the straw in!

I am glad there is a Zero degrees closer to home on the North side of Houston, I just wish it was a tad bit bigger but you can't fix that. I have tried the Coffee Horchata, House Coffee, Matcha Milk tea, Thai Milk tea and Matchata. I have had sips of Sea Salt Green Tea, and peach blossom from my wife. I have learned that I am not a fan of the more fruity type drinks because it taste more artificial than authentic. I enjoyed the Matacha milk tea and house coffee. The drink with Horchata in it were good but after a while the amount of Horchata kind of water down the other flavor of either Matacha of Coffee. I think it should be a 50/50 ratio instead of a 30/70 ratio. Even if you shake it up it doesn't make much of a difference. I wouldn't order the boba next time. Once you have had tasty flavorful boba you always want that taste when you have it. I did order the salt and pepper popcorn chicken (good price for the amount) which was delicious if you eat it right away. I had a few bites there while waiting on the rest of the order but when I took it home it got soggy ( what hot food doesn't get soggy when it trapped in a container except soups). They will ask you what dipping sauce you want but not tell you that it cost extra unless you see the dipping sauce prices on the menu. If you are not observant of small print this is your heads up! I was confused about prices on the paper menu and the menu on the board because the one on the board was .25-.50 more. Who knows? I would have given 3.5 but gave it a 4 since you round up on .5 Enjoy!

These over priced icees are rediculous came & bought 3 drinks 2 cookies & cream both tasted like ice & milk & chocolate syrup. Ot just did not add up to the price. Won't be back so you may want to try 31 flavors or somewhere else Because this is not the place to be.

Zero Degrees is one of many places I like to go for when I have a sweet toothe. Their service is fast and they make sure you're taken cares of. I enjoy their Ube Shake, lychee slush and the Mangonada! They also have food and snacks. I've only tried their Cajun fries and they were delicious! I will come back to explore more of their menu soon! read more

Just had a Mangonada with a twist. Make sure you mix the drink before drinking it!!! I got impatient and drank right when i got the drink and it was spicy/not good. Right after i mixed the drink it was a good mixture of sweet/spicy/mango. The mango twist was super ripe and anazing as well. Honestly worth the $6 spent on a drink. The place by Willowbrook was so cramped. The tables were so close together so I was literally looking down at people's plates while I was standing in line. We got a cookies and cream smoothie. It was garnished with a toasted marshmallow. It tasted ok, but was it worth $6? Nope. The popcorn chicken was $13. Uh. No thanks. Been here, tried it, next. Updated after manager asked for constructive criticism: First of all, thank you for being gracious and asking for constructive criticism rather than being a defensive owner. The cookies and cream smoothie was good, but it was a tad too sweet for us. It was our first time there, so we didn't know to ask for "not too sweet". The popcorn chicken was good, but I just can't justify spending $13 on bits of fried chicken and the portion didn't justify the price. We went in the afternoon and the sun was beating down the side window directly into the store. Although we are thrilled for you that the store was packed, it made the place even hotter and more cramped. Maybe get some shades to block out the direct sunlight. Because your response was very receptive to our review, we have changed it from 3 stars to 4 stars. We will give it another try and ask for "not too sweet" drink and try something else on the menu. Came at 130pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't packed so it was perfect. I enjoyed that there's finally a Boba place on the north side that also serves food. I got the Elote, popcorn chicken and truffle fries. It was all pretty tasty and pretty filling for the 4 of us that went. They have a good size menu for the drinks and their signature drinks as you could see on the menu. I got the Matcha and the Thai tea duo cup. The match tasted good but was a bit on the sweeter side and the Thai tea was really sweet. I have a sweet tooth but this was boarder line too sweet. My recommendation is to cut back on the sweetness cause it make the drinks unlikable. Overall I plan on coming back to try other drinks. read more

Walked in here with the entire family and every single worker was behind the counter , head down, on their phones. When one of them at the cashier raised his head up for air he just stared at me like I was bothering him. I said "hello" and he shrugged his shoulders. At this point we all LEFT. The customer service is terrible, definitely a disappointment and turn off. We will never know if the food or drinks are good. read more

This is proabbaly one of the biggest step ups around our community. I no longer have to drive to bellaire for a split cup or the crazed Ube shakes that everyone enjoys. To me the MUST try in this place are the chili watermelon chunks , strawberry horchata (for people who want something sweet) the Machata I would recommend for people who don't want a drink that is too sweet but would enjoy a milk tea (has greet tea) and of course their Coffee horchata is amazing sweet and creamy all the way you can definitely taste the cinnamon but it's not too overpowering. The place is a little small but they do have seating outside. Their food is amazing and affordable too . read more

I went to the Zero Degrees over in Bel Air, and it's WAYYY better than here. There's trash and mess everywhere on the tables. All the staff members were all talking in the back. You can tell they didn't feel like cleaning up the place. The teas that we got were also not as good, not even close to the place in Bel Air. won't be coming back here again. read more

I came here today with my sisters and we had a very good experience!! We got the hot cheetos elotes bowl, orange popcorn chicken, hot cheeto fries, mangonada, and the pink lychee drink. My favorite drink was the pink lychee and my sisters liked that one too over the mangonada. Every food item was good but the hot cheetos elotes was my favorite. Customer service was very good and everyone was friendly. Also, we came around 4:30-5:30 and it was crowded so that was good! The only thing was that the music was very loud so we sat outside with our food so we could talk to each other. Would definitely recommend you give this place a try! read more

Went to see what the hype is about. Its okay i mean. Its probably instagram pic worthy. The boba is freshly made and you can tell since its soft and sweet. Got the mathca milk tea and jasmine milk tea. I've had better mathca milk tea else where. I probably won't come back unless i want some of their specialty snacks , but not for the drinks. Honestly I've only tried a few things here- the cucumber limeade, matchata, sweet potato fries, and the popcorn chicken. The cucumber limeade is AH-MAZ-ZING. Like the cool taste of cucumber paired with the sweet and sour taste of the lime is like summer in your mouth. The matchata is just matcha on top of their house made horchata and it's interesting taste with the cinnamon and matcha together but if you're a die hard hard matcha lover I strongly suggest that drink. The fries were meh. Nothing special imo and the popcorn chicken was pretty darn good just paired with ketchup. Now as far as my experience and the customer service it's pretty good but I suggest coming in a weekday because the place has a line out the door on weekends. All in all is it's a good place to replace your typical trip to Starbucks. Just wish they had the same amount of locations! read more

I was curious about this place so I made an effort to try it out. The inside is a bit cramped for space but the line moves quickly. I ordered two drinks and it took about 10 minutes to receive them. It was packed so that's great in my book! I would recommend the Mangonada with the twist and the Strawberry Mojito! read more

Well, let start by saying that I enjoyed the different type of snack that Zero degrees has to offer I've tried all of them and the popcorn chicken was my favorite the Honey barbeque was my fave, drinks are very refreshing my fave was the pink lychee slushy, the strawberry horchata was a must try! However since they just opened people are becoming crazy to get their hands on their drinks and snack it was very crowded and the wait to get my drink was about 30 min. But it was worth it, give it a try. read more

This place is tasty and even though the prices are on the high side it's actually worth it. I got fries and wings with Korean sauce. The sauce was mild and not too spicy which was good. The fries were good, I could smell all the ingredients which means that they season them good. I also got a strawberry drink that was so refreshing and it was almost like a slushy which was also good. Great place overall! read more

I would recommend: classic elotes, signature drinks, matchata, and the peach blossom. It is a hit or a miss with this place depending on what you order. My boyfriend and I came here and we ordered two classic elotes, the house coffee, matchata (in the milk cup), and in a split cup we ordered the jasmine tea and the peach blossom. The elotes were about 3 stars, House coffee was a 3 (the actual coffee part was amazing), matchata was 5 stars, the jasmine tea was about 3 stars, and the peach blossom was by far the best with roughly 5 stars. read more

Since zero degrees has just recently opened up and it's the newest and hottest thing on this side of town. It's very packed. The line goes out the door but it moves fairly quickly. I would say 5-10 minutes, but who's counting. After ordering, the wait for drinks/food moves very quickly too. The staff are prepared for this kind of foot traffic so they're very fast. The drinks were creatively made, appealing to the eyes and the food, every menu item we ordered was good! Got the trio cones, one of each flavor of chicken and the fries with the cheese and hot Cheetos. Whatever it was called. Will be back! read more

Went to go see what this place is about. Ordered the mangonada and fire Cheeto elote and being Hispanic it was about average taste for me. It wasn't nasty but would I come here for it? No. The mangos on the mangonada tasted bitter. And the fire elote tasted like they are from a can and the Cheetos weren't even spicy. And both for $12? I don't see myself coming here again read more

Very delicious. Had the mangonada and it was amazing. The fajita fries have more of an Asian/Chinese seasoning/flavor to them which I did not expect at all but they were still ok. My husband got a lychee strawberry freeze and it had like a flower taste to it that was very mesmerizing to my taste buds. Definitely different but most certainly delicious read more

It's ok, I'm not impressed. I got the watermelon smoothies, the fruit pieces were the white part of the watermelon, so it was terrible and hard to eat. And the menu didn't tell you you can't do split with smoothies, so I spent 10 minutes deciding which two I wanted then another 5 to pick just one after they said so. Also, the cashier, she had no idea what was on the menu board above the counter. I said I had the yelp check in and asked how she wanted to see it to apply the discount, she was confused for 5 minutes saying there was none and asking me what I was talking about. Eventually she asked the guy behind, I guess that's the manager??, and he told her how to apply it, by that time I was annoyed and just paid and leave instead of showing her the coupon. read more

Love love love this place! I probably come here like 2-4 times a week! I love the matchata horchata it's amazing and a MUST TRY! I do like their split cup thing but I love the matchata so I don't always have a split decision. After coming here for so long I can tell you the fried chicken bites are the bomb, their corn is delicious, the carne asada nachos are delicious just a bit different in flavor because its got this sweet pickled onions I found a bit different from what I'm used to but it was great. The macaroni and cheese was also pretty tasty definitely different in flavor of course. Lastly one that I have finally got the chance to try was the prawn garlic noodles and I gotta say it was amazing! I was so hungry and the flavors were so on point. I had a strawberry horchata that day and with my noodles it was the best combination. They aren't greedy at all, you get what you pay for and I love it! They just built a new zero degrees in spring so if your in Willowbrook, Bellaire or Spring come hit one up and try their yummy snacks! read more

I was first to arrive today and I was really excited about trying this place out. When I walked in a lady with pink hair was standing behind the counter and welcomed me in I mentioned that it was my first time she offered no help just smiled and looked at me. I also was interested in buying a travel bottle and was looking for particular ones but they were out. I asked if I could buy the display she told me no. I asked did she know when they restock she didn't know that either. The drink was really good but customer service could definitely be better. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu and hopefully get a travel bottle next time. read more

Found this place on accident and glad I did. I tried the strawberry horchata and was surprised at how good the combination of these two tasted. I also tried the cucumber lemonade and it was a bit minty for my taste but it's still worth trying. The 2 in 1 cup combo is also a great idea...one I have never seen actually. As a avid traveler I also liked the "travel cups" which are decorated with top travel destinations. read more

Tapioca is inconsistent-sometimes overcooked or old (gooey/mushy), at other times not enough in the drinks and they charge for it. Milk teas are inconsistent too-sometimes too sweet, at other times, too much milk dilutes the flavor. Many times when I visited, a large group of high school students play cards there in the afternoon and it is so loud (extremely loud shouting like some rowdy gambling ring) that you cannot hear yourself speak or the orders being called. Last complaint not fault of the establishment, but they should put a microphone/speaker in there for the order call or speak louder to call out the order.. read more
