This has been my second time coming to this place and I always love it. The drinks are very good and so is the food. Every time I come to this place it's quiet and calm, but I love the decor and the new addition of sticky notes with drawings and messages all over the windows.

Let me preface this by saying I love both strawberries and cheesecakes separately. I also love strawberry cheesecakes as a dessert. This is a good drink. I like strawberry drinks; I had a strawberry fruit tea with aloe vera or something like that from Share Tea Woodlands yesterday. The drink yesterday was good. Getting back on topic, this drink is okay. It needs LESS strawberry and a LOT more cheesecake. It tastes like a strawberry slush. The QQ of the tapioca is good though. The workers were nice. I didn't tip though because my money isn't up like that rn, so my bad guys. Had a blast here just waiting for my stuff but the chicken kind of came out a bit late. This one girl there was so beautiful. (I don't know if that was Yelp-appropriate but I just had to say it.) Have a good day.

Ting is extremely nice. She took care of our order. The ice cream here tastes like yogurt. Not sure if it's real ice cream or yogurt but it's really good. The presentation is really nice and every thing tastes really good. I have tried the Cookie Monster and my son god the spicy watermelon. We both liked them a lot. Two things though: The smell. My god it smells pretty bad in there lol. Not sure what it is but it's a very distinct not so good smell. The heat. It's pretty hot at this location. Not sure if the ac just doesn't work good or that it struggles when it's at full capacity. We are waiting on our drinks now and it's pretty hot. All and all if you are in the area I would give them a shot. Very nice locally owned franchise

Lets start by saying the popcorn chicken is godly lol it tastes kinda like fried pork skin but its so good! Service isnt the fastest but my food is always served pipping hot which is good ! Always a clean ambiance as well

After attending a UYE, some of us yelpies wanted to finish the event, with some dessert cravings. We found out that a new location had opened on the north part of town. I noticed that there was a check-in offer on yelp for a free topping. It is relatively smaller than the Bellaire location, and it could get cramped up, once the restaurant becomes busy. We ordered the Ube milkshake which came with marshmallow stick and a fruit roll up, the lychee crusher ( which was so refreshing) and the Mangonada, which had fresh mangoes stacked out on a straw. All of our drinks were delicious, and satisfied our dessert pangs. I was already planning on my 10k run to burn these carblicious calories that I had undertaken. While it may not be the healthiest option, these drinks definitely are worth trying out.

Last year I came it was wonderful (photos attached). Great drinks and elote. This time it seems like the cucumber limade is not fresh and no cucumber in it. Also asked for a box combo which was on the menu and was told it's not available cause it's not in the register anymore. Staff was also not wearing masks for the Covid pandemic. Just feels like this place isn't where it was a year ago. Don't know if I'll travel for this level of service again.

A new Zero Degrees on the north side of town. If you check in on Yelp, you can a free topping of your choice. This location a bit smaller than the one on Bellaire, but they have a nice outdoor seatings. A bit cramp inside when it gets crowded inside. Pretty much the same menu. I got an ube smoothie with lychee boba as my free topping. The ube smoothie came out looking like a magical unicorn. The taste is similar to taro. It came with a rainbow marshmallow stick and a fruit roll-up. Their mangonada had plenty of flavors from sour, sweet, and spicy. It also came with fresh mangoes fanning out on a straw. Another drink that surprised me was the lychee crusher. It was very refreshing. Staff was friendly, helping me with what I want. Nicely decorated inside and out. A great place to grab dessert. Not ideal to sit inside when it gets too crowded because it can be hard to hear the other person talk.

I don't ever leave reviews but this has been one of the most horrible experiences. Starting off with HORRIBLE customer service, it took 25 minutes for 1 drink. I ordered the carne asada fries & they didn't even have any! she tried to upsell something completely different rather than offering a refund first.

New place on the northside! Now I no longer have to drive down to Bellaire to fulfill my Ube obsession! I recommend: - Ube smoothie - sea salt green tea - popcorn chicken - hot cheeto fries - strawberry lychee slush Place is nice and clean. Spacious outdoor seating where my lil Tupac and I can both enjoy our snacks and drinks.

I've been to both this location and their original Houston location in Bellaire. Lines are always long at both locations and I'm never really impressed with the drinks. They're mostly all for show and don't taste anywhere as good as they look. I've had their sea salt Jasmine, Viet coffee, Thai tea, lychee drink, matcha milk tea, and mangonada and have not been impressed by any of them. The mangonada was especially disappointing with its icy texture and extremely sour mangoes. The only thing that I would say is actually good is their food. Their popcorn chicken box comes with cajun fries, vegetables, popcorn chicken, and a drink for 12.50 and their fries are skinny and super crunchy. The chicken is also meaty and not over-fried. There are many better tapioca/drink places around Houston and I only go to zero degrees when I'm forced by my friends.

Came at 12:30 pm during the grand opening and the line was out the door. An hour later I finally reached the register and ordered the lychee crush, strawberry horchata, peach blossom, jasmine milk tea, and matcha milk tea all for $12 (BOGO)!! Lychee crush - sweet and refreshing and filled with bits of strawberry - highly recommend! I got light ice but it was still almost halfway filled... will get no ice next time. Strawberry horchata - a new favorite; the cinnamon and strawberry surprisingly complement each other well. All in all, a fantastic addition to the boba repertoire up north. Will wait for the hype to die down before coming back but I definitely will.

Matcha milk tea. Don't forget to shake it before poking the straw in!

I am glad there is a Zero degrees closer to home on the North side of Houston, I just wish it was a tad bit bigger but you can't fix that. I have tried the Coffee Horchata, House Coffee, Matcha Milk tea, Thai Milk tea and Matchata. I have had sips of Sea Salt Green Tea, and peach blossom from my wife. I have learned that I am not a fan of the more fruity type drinks because it taste more artificial than authentic. I enjoyed the Matacha milk tea and house coffee. The drink with Horchata in it were good but after a while the amount of Horchata kind of water down the other flavor of either Matacha of Coffee. I think it should be a 50/50 ratio instead of a 30/70 ratio. Even if you shake it up it doesn't make much of a difference. I wouldn't order the boba next time. Once you have had tasty flavorful boba you always want that taste when you have it. I did order the salt and pepper popcorn chicken (good price for the amount) which was delicious if you eat it right away. I had a few bites there while waiting on the rest of the order but when I took it home it got soggy ( what hot food doesn't get soggy when it trapped in a container except soups). They will ask you what dipping sauce you want but not tell you that it cost extra unless you see the dipping sauce prices on the menu. If you are not observant of small print this is your heads up! I was confused about prices on the paper menu and the menu on the board because the one on the board was .25-.50 more. Who knows? I would have given 3.5 but gave it a 4 since you round up on .5 Enjoy!

These over priced icees are rediculous came & bought 3 drinks 2 cookies & cream both tasted like ice & milk & chocolate syrup. Ot just did not add up to the price. Won't be back so you may want to try 31 flavors or somewhere else Because this is not the place to be.

I love the idea of the split cup, I love the hot Cheetos elote. With that being said, the drinks were not good enough to warrant a trip back (mainly just too sweet for my taste, not that they're bad). I had the Thai and matcha milk teas, and they were both funky tasting and too sugary. They had also run out of tapioca, so I tried the crystal tapioca which was weird, but again not bad? But I think maybe they were made out of fruit or something so they may have contributed to the funky taste of the drinks.. Also, it's super hot inside the store and not very clean, so that was a huge turn off. read more

The girl who took my order was so rude and gave me attitude. I love the drinks but not satisfied with my service. I am a loyal customer in here about 2 years. I also affirm that I am also a waiter, so I always try to be kind to those in the service industry. I ordered the drink by a soft tone and clear voice. She used really loud voice to ask me back. Although my language is my second language, I am confident that my ability to speak is sufficient to make the other person understand. She always interrupted when I spoke. She glowered and made unpleasant actions after I spoke. After making my order, she just left on the table, she did not read the order number or the name of the order so I could realize my drink to pick it up. Although I was still waiting in the shop 6 feets away. I had to wait for a while, before I realized my order. I love the drink, and the service of the other staff in here. I've been to this place twice and I'm not that impressed. I had been really excited when I heard about it opening up, but when I went with a friend, the boba tea we ordered seemed kind of overpriced for the quality. We also ordered some spicy fries, and the quantity was good, but also looked different than advertised on their Instagram. I went there again recently, but it was really hot inside and had a weird smell, so I decided to go somewhere else. Edit; in response to the response (lol) I received on my review, what I was mostly dissatisfied with the price of the items. For example, a 24oz Thai Milk Tea starts at $4.50. Add on another 50 cents for boba. That's $5 for Thai milk tea, which is very high for any milk tea unless it's something truly exceptional. However, the Thai Milk Tea here doesn't taste any better than the Thai milk tea at other boba spots. read more

I have been wanting to check this place out since they opened but since there were none near me I haven't gotten an opportunity to yet. This was my first visit and They do have a yelp Check-in treat. I finally got the chance to check them out since there was one near my hair salon on the day of my appointment. The employees were very friendly. The place was clean inside and the decor was pretty cool. The counter girl suggested the strawberry mojito so that's what I went with. I thought it was a frozen drink but it ended up being a drink on the rocks. I personally think they put way too much ice in the cup. The drink I ordered on the other hand was really good but was gone in 60 seconds and 2 sips. A customer suggested I try their chicken because it is really good. I may check them out again since I liked my drink and just request little ice. read more

This place is a must visit. I had the mango whip with spicy watermelon. My son had the mangonata. We ordered the truffle fries but they were out so we opted for the sweet potato fries. Soo yum. A nice relaxed atmosphere with a young friendly staff. The decor was contemporary. I wanna try a shake or sundae next time. read more

Must try the mangonada and the spicy watermelon slushees! These are their most popular drinks and for good reason. Also, check-in here so you can get the free add-on and ADD ON THE MANGO! Yuuummm! It can get kinda packed here, but it's worth it and there's several places to sit...even patio seating. It was our first time going and we'll definitely be back! Super exciting for my 15 year old due to the hot Cheeto dust options! I got the popcorn chicken that was huge and their fries are awesome :) definitely glad we tried it as they are right down the street from us. - I would recommend staff cleaning table area more often, sweeping but they might have been busy. Presentation counts speaking of which, I saw a little girl get a purple unicorn drink so I will be taking my 10 year old as well read more

Amazing Asian-Hispanic fusion of Boba and fruiteria. This is such a natural marriage, I'm surprised I haven't seen it before. The cafe is new and modern. My son had a split cup so he could enjoy two flavors. My daughter had the ube shake. They were out of the rainbow marshmallow, but they were still able to decorate it nicely. My husband and I couldn't resist the "mangonada". Everything is almost too pretty to eat. read more

Yummy drinks but I also think it's pretty overpriced for some boba... the split cups are delicious but almost $6 for a drink like that is def something I wouldn't be willing to pay for on a daily basis. Overall a great place to grab a cold drink on a hot or humid day! read more

The popular Zero Degrees has been the hype all over Houston since they first opened up in Bellaire. I was in Houston visiting for a day and heard they had opened up a location up north by my moms house, so my friend picked me up and we headed straight there to see what the hype is all about. It's located behind a gas station and Target is right by them. Super small place, packed of course. Line was long but it went by quick. Friendly cashier, quick workers. We ordered 2 drinks in total, and there was a promo going on to get one free drink if you buy 1, or was it 2..hmm I don't remember but all I know is we got a extra free drink. So 3 drinks total for 2 people. I got the half cups, half matcha milk tea with bubbles and the other half was the lychee slush drink. My friend ordered the cookie monster and for the free drink we had Thai tea with bubbles. The finger foods we ordered were the popcorn chicken, and Chicharrónes. I loved the lychee slush, matcha tasted like matcha but tasted like it was a bit too over powdered. Cookie monster was good, a bit too sweet but that's how my friend likes it. Thai tea was good, not too strong and not too milky. Popcorn chicken was on point. Chicharrones was alright, nothing special, probably wouldn't order that next time, they barely put seasoning over it. Overall Zero degress is a cute spot, good drinks and snacks. I'll def be returning when I'm in Houston again! read more

I think one of the biggest bonuses here is the split cup option....for $5 you can literally get two drinks. So...can't decide between two...get them both! They also have small snacks such as fries, popcorn chicken, and a fusion mix take on the traditional Elote. It stays very busy...no matter the time of day/day of the week. Note: drinks served as is...meaning if you wanted a blended mix (slush) instead of over ice...it's not gonna happen. read more

My personal favorite spot to stop at for all things desserts & snacks! Today I stopped by for truffle fries & a watermelon slush and took it To Go and as soon as I reached into the fries with a fork I found this strand of hair. No one wants to see hair in their food Zero Degrees I couldn't bare to eat after seeing it and threw the fries out. Disappointed that I did all of that just to throw it out & not get to eat it! Over priced mediocrity. My first visit here was on a Friday at about 1 pm. There was a short line and it moved quickly. I ordered a mangonada twist, hot Cheetos elote and orange chicken cone. My drink was promptly made and was just ok. After waiting more than 20 mins I had to ask the counter about my food. The woman behind the counter took my ticket to the back so my food could be made. She offered no apology or explanation as to what happened. Another couple who ordered before me also had their order never completed but asked for a refund. The hot Cheetos elote was bland and missing mayonnaise and maybe some butter! The orange chicken was the only saving grace of my order, yummy! My friend who arrived before me ordered the box with parm fries and salt and pepper chicken. The fries are shoestring fries and weren't bad. I didn't taste the s&p chicken because she mentioned they were too salty. I was excited to try this place from they hype on instagram and all the pretty pics but the food is mediocre and the service is crappy. I'll stick to my usual raspa place for mangonadas and elote. read more

I gave it three stars because I like the vibe and the people were cool. Everything is aesthetically pleasing, but I couldn't give it five stars because I was really disappointed with the food that I ordered. Specifically the hot Cheetos elote and the chicharrones with hot Cheetos elote. 1. It was sweet yellow corn. WHERE DA WHITE CORN AT?!?! 2. They border the elote with the chicharrones. Pretty sure I got about 15 pieces. I did like the salt and pepper chicken with sweet chili sauce. I got the coffee horchata and it was delicious! I did not know I needed that in my life. My brother got the strawberry limeade and it was so refreshing! I will go back because I want to try the rest of the drinks and maybe other food they have. *home of the mangonadas* are you serious? Cool little spot. It's small but still cool. First time here...son and I couldn't resist getting the purple Ube Shake. It's pretty tasty. He says it tasted like a caramel milkshake. I think it has more like a vanilla taste...either way we both enjoyed it! read more

I've actually been looking forward to the opening of this location, and I was def not disappointed! The food isn't out of this world but it is a nice and clean place to have a few snacks and mingle with friends. The drinks are very unique and tasty, which I really appreciate! I'm happy this location is so close to my house. I ordered the pink lychee slush with coconut lychee topping , orange popcorn chicken, and Cajun fries. The slush was a little too sweet but amazing!!! Everything was fairly priced and tasted good, despite the horrible grand opening rush that I faced today. I will be coming back without a doubt read more

I'm a big fan of boba teas and the Thai Milk tea hit the right spot!! Zero Degrees has a lot to offer and I've fallen in love with this place! The Spicy Watermelon was amazing as well! We also tried the Lychee Crush, it was okay but will prefer the Thai Milk tea any day. I'm a big French fries lover so didn't leave without trying that too and they were just perfection! This is my new to go place for an afternoon snack to cool down in this heat! No wonder it's called Zero Degrees! read more

I loveeee their mangonada w/ mango twist! My mom and sister are both fans! Their tapioca is really good as well. I love that they have split cup where you can choose two diff flavors! The place is quite small inside but they had an outdoor patio which was nice and made it more spacious. I had the salt and pepper chicken as well as the parmesan fries which were ok but both tasted dry. I also had the jasmine milk tea which was a bit bland and the lychee crush which tasted good but my cousin said it didn't really had any noticeable trace of lychee flavor. The ube slush was ok but the sea salt green tea was good. I came on a separate occasion and the service was all over the place, I ordered 2 teas before 5 people and they got theirs before mines. While the drinks were aesthetically pleasing, the drinks/food are overpriced and doesn't seem worth it to come back read more

This place was all hype and for novelty for Instagram likes. The restaurant did look modern and the display of the food was five star from a fast food stand point. But the food was as hell subpar. I ordered the Garlic Butter Salt Crispy Chicken Wings and Man N' Cheetos. The highlight of the wings was the fact I was able to drench them in ranch and the Mac was made with too much water that was coated with Great Value version of Hot Cheetos. To top it off, their Watermelon Slush was just watermelon chunks in water. read more

Visited for the first time yesterday with my sister and daughters and the customer service was great from the greeting. I ordered the Mangonada and my twins ordered the cookies and cream sundae that comes with a toasted marshmallow. I don't catch the name of my sister slush but it was strawberry and she loved it! My daughters loved their sundaes and my mango slush was so fresh and tasty. I added the Mango twist on top it comes with Tajin and that was great as well. I definitely recommend to family and friends and will be back to this location soon to try something new! read more

Fun pretty drinks! We tried their ube drink, pretty good, light taste, not too sweet and very pretty although I don't care for the candy and wished the marshmallow was toasted a bit longer...but that's my personal preference! We also ordered a watermelon drink that had tajin and topped with mango, I heard it was delicious. Another person in our party ordered the split cup, forget what was ordered, but she very much enjoyed it and added boba! read more

I came on the 2nd grand opening day. I tried the chilotes. Which is chicharones on top of corn. It was OK. I wouldn't get it again. The corn wasn't hot, it was luke warm. It definitely needs more mayo and hot sauce put into it. I also tried the coffee horchata which was really great. I want to come back to try the hot cheeto elote. read more

Established in 2013.

With their shared passion for entrepreneurship, the founders Ken Le, Trinity Le, and San Huynh launched Zero Degrees Italian Ice & Custard in the fall of 2013, in a sleepy corner of Westminster. Starting out, the family owned business felt the pressure to stand out among the variety of food and drink spots in Orange County. Inspired by the diversity in their own backyard, the owners incorporated local cultures into their menu items. My son is a huge mango lover, and that's the one he got and he did not like it at all, although I did not think it was bad. It wasn't sweet and didn't taste like mango. But I digress. One of my daughters got the matcha and we literally all tried it and had to throw it away because no one in our family liked it. I got the spirulina one and I liked the color, but it's not something I would particularly go out and get. Overall, I feel like I'm being very relaxed with my review because it ended up being a nice little family outing. But the final straw for us was the bathrooms. The bathroom was not clean and I had to clean the toilet before allowing my child to use it. We saw a man and woman bringing in supplies while we were there, but it got late and we had to go. I'm not sure if they would have even honored making the free drinks at that point anyways, but at this point everyone in our family tried them and did not like it. Free drinks are not why I am disappointed, but more so that that the bathroom was not clean and it smelled weird in there and no one liked their smoothie in our family. I hope they can make it nicer and not close down because it looks like it's a nice establishment in Vintage Park, but they just have to work on cleanliness and having actually good drinks.

The founders, Norma and Walter Nimocks, decided to bring juices to the masses after experimenting with various combinations and recipes. Norma, as I discovered, is originally from Ecuador, but the Nimocks's travels throughout Central and South America also apparently inspired them as they went about creating shots and juices. Although I haven't tried any of the Just Made wellness shots, I definitely get the juices often. I would say my favorite thus far is Ginger Greens (Immunity) which includes: kale, spinach, pineapple and ginger. It tastes great and has a dark green label. Also included are coconut water, pear juice and lime juice. The flavors are well balanced. My second favorite juice is the Beets & Turmeric which includes: beets, orange juice, coconut water, pear juice and carrot. One would initially expect the beets to overpower everything else in the mix, but again, this is a well balanced blend. Another flavor I tried recently is the Pineapple Ginger, which is delicious. Overall, I highly recommend these juices because it's a great tasting, affordable healthy option (priced just over $3 for the 11.8 oz bottles).

I also tried one of the mini croissants which is probably what will keep me coming back. Flaky and full of high quality cheese and spices, I wish I had gotten two! I'll definitely come back at an earlier time since a lot of the pastries were sold out.

Tapioca is inconsistent-sometimes overcooked or old (gooey/mushy), at other times not enough in the drinks and they charge for it. Milk teas are inconsistent too-sometimes too sweet, at other times, too much milk dilutes the flavor. Many times when I visited, a large group of high school students play cards there in the afternoon and it is so loud (extremely loud shouting like some rowdy gambling ring) that you cannot hear yourself speak or the orders being called. Last complaint not fault of the establishment, but they should put a microphone/speaker in there for the order call or speak louder to call out the order.. read more

I'll give this place 5 stars because the Ube drink was fantastic (it's pretty much a taro drink for those wondering) but this one was full flavored and creamy which I enjoyed. We ordered the hot Cheeto elotes and the spicy popcorn chicken. My strawberry limeade was the bomb, fries good my chicken bites were salt and pepper medium and my husband had honey BBQ they were sooo good.
