After waiting for her assistance for the coupon mentioned all over their OWN MENU she says "oh that's not really a coupon, it's just for promotion." and walks away. Ordered the regular elote and the hot Cheeto cheese fries. The food was cooked well and it didn't taste bad but it didn't taste amazing. Same with their piña colada. Their watermelon slush was really good though! For food alone I would've rated them 3 stars but the employees were really nice and friendly so I'll give 4. read more

This is definitely a instagram worthy place! Came here with a friend to check out the second soft opening day of this place and the inside is very stylish , we came at a perfect time when the line wasn't too big and the people on register where really nice, they did get really backed up on drinks though because I waited a while for mine but it's mostly because this place is new and large party's of people are ordering everything on the menu. But I did receive my hot Cheetos corn pretty fast and they where good, a little on the dry side wish there was more in there but still good and my mangonada was what I was most excited about, and it did indeed deliver, it's definitely unique it's more of a slushy and the mango pieces on top where perfect. The cons would be it's kinda limited on seats so you have to get lucky for a table to open up if it's extremely busy and it is on the pricey side I believe in my 24oz mangonada and hot Cheetos corn was basically $15 but its definitely worth a try and I will for sure be coming back when I'm on this side of town again! read more

The drinks were delicious, but the reason they're getting 3 stars is because of their unsanitary conditions. There were 5 workers there and none of them was wearing a face mask and only 2 were wearing gloves. The girl at the register who was taking our order on a touch screen was not wearing any gloves as she touched the crusty screen to enter orders and handled all of the cups as she wrote our names and order on them. As I went to sign on the touch screen, I wanted to cringe as it was obviously not cleaned. I told the girl at the register that she might want to clean the screen everyone is touching as it felt crusty and all she said was, "Gotcha." I left feeling I had been contaminated. read more

I go often to Zero Degrees in California and let me just say it's WAY BETTER out there. They're very in-organized in the matter that they call out their orders. Most importantly the food is not as great. My go to whenever I go to a California location is the Spicy Watermelon and it was not so great here. It had no flavor, just cup watermelon pieces and blended ice, yikes. If you go here, keep in mind this is not fast food. Everything is made to order and it does take awhile. They are also busy most of the time. That being said, everything I have tried is delicious! I've tried almost everything. Here are my favorite items; jasmine milk tea, spicy watermelon slush, honey bbq popcorn chicken, garlic noodles, and plain fries. My son love the Ube. I can't get enough of the split cups, I think I've had every combination possible lol. I recently started coming at lunch time to take advantage of the $10 lunch deals which comes with a large tea and 2 menu items all for 10$! Yep let's rate a place by how long the line is. I give it 5 stars cause it has a really long line. Who cares about how great the drinks are (really great) or how good the food is (popcorn chicken was really crispy and tasted great, which was a surprise to me on a grand opening), it's all about LINE quality. The people in line weren't toxic, they were nice and even had conversations about the latest movies (Wakanda Forever!). All in all, Zero Degrees in Vegas is a solid 5 stars. Besides the sewage smell I enjoyed the mangonada with the mango twist! But if you're like mainstream and shit you might like it. The food here is excellent and the customer service is good too. I'll be interested to come back once they fix their kinks. There was a small line out the door so it took almost an hour for us to even place our order. Their system of making drinks and food seems inefficient. There was only one person taking orders and as drinks were quickly being fulfilled, the food orders trickled out of the back room slowly. I placed my order at 518...and by 548 they are still working on my elote...and I was finished with my drinks. Wasn't really looking to spend over an hour at a place for smoothie, horchata and a traditional corn plate (that takes about 10 minutes to make else where). It's 5:50 now...I'll update if and when my elote comes...it officially too 32 minutes to get this elote. read more

Had a tiger sugar it was good, but I ordered a #2 chicken wings with fries combo it was absolutley awful I couldn't finish it. I ordered the wings naked and sauce on the side and after 20 mins of waiting for my food they tell me he put the sauce on it so I said it was fine but when I tried to eat it was so dry as if it was cooked 3 days ago it was not crispy it was soggy and fries were just as bad.
