The security folks were doing their best to de-escalate, another customer almost intervened; it was quite the scene @ 9am. All ended well, with everyone unscathed. 2nd: When a team member came out to process my Curbside order, I asked about the Goodie Bag promotion, but was told it was only good "in-store" as they took my payment. BUMMED out, I contemplated going inside, but didn't want to hassle it. Another person came out with my order, reminded me that the promotion was "in-store"... I must've looked disappointed as I took the bag, 'cause she said "don't worry, I gave you one." It's a Festivus Miracle!! That made my day... thanked the security folks and went on to my next 3 errands. da Stuff and Goodie bag: Trying a few new things to qualify for the Goodie Bag, and Maaaaan, am I glad I did! In the promotional bag was a bounty of product... 3 pre-rolls, 2 packs of happy gummies, 1 gram hybrid nug and another canister of sleep gummies... "and a Partridge in a Pear Tree." Right-On! Huge shout out to the Security folks, clearly professionals who know how to deal with situations, class act! Another huge thanks to both team members (Lashera was one) for making sure I received the Goodie Bag... THAT is a business that values it's customers!! This would've been a little different review for sure! I'll be back next Sunday to see what the next Goodie Bag holds... Merry Christmas!!

The heavy hitters carts that go for $82 here go for $45 elsewhere. I went back a few times bc i want to support good retail experiences but when they remorselessly sold me the world's crappiest overpriced $30 battery that failed the next day and wouldn't take a return, i gave up.

This was my first time purchasing from a delivery-only dispensary; generally I prefer to go to a physical location. But I was browsing Weedmaps and found Mary And Joe. They are authorized brand carriers and their selection looked amazing, with a larger selection of edibles than I usually find at my regular brick'n'mortar. Placing my order was super easy and I was impressed with all the order updates that were sent to my phone. I placed my order at 4:30 pm. There were 8 orders ahead of me (they told me this when I placed my order). My delivery showed up at around 8:30. I'm not sure if that's a long time or not, but seemed reasonable to me. Keep in mind, we are under Covid-19 rules, and the website warned that processing may take longer than usual. I got phone notifications as they got closer to my home, just like with Amazon. The driver was professional, and payment was easily made through Venmo. (Note: don't forget to pay them! I'm so used to ordering and paying for stuff online that I totally forgot. But we ironed it out-- the delivery guy called me after I'd already gone into my house and I was able to go back out and pay. Doh! Rookie move on my part!) BTW, they don't take credit cards. Packaging of my order was superb. My four items came in a plain white resealable bag, specially designed to preserve freshness. Product itself is as advertised on the website. I only got edibles, but so far, they are working as expected. I got the plum Hi-Cubes to help with pain from a pinched nerve. Angie (the owner) definitely sets the tone for the space. The floor plan is very open, light & organized. I use CBD for lots of things but most products that I've used had very little THC. Angie is super knowledgeable and friendly. She shares her experience and is great as suggestions. She's not just pushing to make a sale, she cares about the customers and finding the right product for them. Although I forgot to take a picture, I purchased the Daily Dose, the night time gummies & the anytime prerolls. I will definitely be making another visit once the shelter in place is lifted. Oh yeah, she also sales plants and host yoga classes. Truly an Oakland gem .
