The yoga instructor told me I "was mean" because I said I didn't have a cell phone number. I had…read moreasked her to please put ten zeros in the field for the phone number if it was critical to put my phone number in, and that was it. She then gave me a very dirty look and said she felt put out because I showed up right before her class and just wanted to put this information in. However, this studio also has a sign in front that says they do not open until exactly ten minutes ahead of when class begins. I showed up 5 minutes before the class begun due to the sign they had in front. I guess this yoga instructor simply has a grievance with a polite "no." I decided to go to another yoga studio since I am very unoccastomed to people acting this put out by my simply politely declining to give out my marketing information. The classes are refreshing in body and mind.​ I take my 15-year-old granddaughter because she plays high school soccer and a mixed indoor boys and girls soccer team, and swims laps daily. The Pilates has totally energized her physical fitness. Since engaging in Pilates she's begin running laps daily to shorten her time running a mile !!!! It's all these amazing PILATES classes !!!

I've been a Yoga member at YS for years and I feel like it is my home away from home. This is already the premiere Yoga studio in LV and I'm certain it will become the premiere Pilates studio in town as well. Especially sine their Pilates instructor line up is as good as their Yoga instructor line up. I am looking forward to my next Pilates class. I highly suggest booking a Pilates session at the Yoga Sanctuary.

I was busy that night but the fact that she went out of her way to accommodate me even though it was my mistake is stellar customer service. I have been to the other location for Pilates numerous times and now that I know how committed the ownership is to taking care of clients, I'll definitely be back to both.

Adam is truly a gem. He has a deadpan, understated sense of humor that brings a lightness to class while still keeping everything focused and intentional. He tells us why things are done in a certain way, which deepens my understanding. His teaching style is calm, clear, and very accessible, and he's always watching to make sure students get into postures safely. His attention to alignment and safety is excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students' well-being. Even though Iyengar can be very precise, Adam makes it feel approachable and supportive. His classes are thoughtful, well-paced, and consistently high quality. Having practiced yoga for over 20 years, this class is good for beginners and longtime yogis.

Inside, Toni greeted me, checked me in, showed me around the studio, pointed out the infrared heating panels, handed me a locker lock, and made sure I knew where everything was. A few minutes later, Amelia walked over, introduced herself, asked my name, and made sure I felt comfortable practicing in the heat. The Guide: Amelia Bruff * 103 Vinyasa Flow We began seated cross-legged in Gyan Mudra, thumb and index finger gently touching, with four-count box breathing before expanding to a five-count rhythm. This class was a deliberately slow, deeply intentional practice where poses were often held for 40 seconds or longer. The longer we stayed, the more awareness was required. Amelia reminded us that we always have a choice: our attention. our breath. Alignment was a constant throughout class. Amelia moved through the room offering thoughtful adjustments, helping me refine several postures. One moment especially surprised me. In Center Splits, she guided our upper body into Puppy Pose, then invited us through a breath and body-awareness exercise before cueing us to lift our ankles from the floor. I was surprised how much the pose deepened Then came Pigeon, where Amelia delivered one of the juiciest hands-on assists and back massages I've ever received in a yoga class. Soft Kundalini music quietly filled the room. Everything kept pointing back to the same lesson. Slow down. Pay attention. Choose your breath. The Tribe There were yogis of every level. Amelia knew each of them by name. Even as a first-timer, I never felt like an outsider. Space & Place The infrared panels line the room, creating warmth that's comfortable. I was alarmed however, I was unaware that Julie had become concerned about the transaction and contacted me immediately. I explained the situation, and she generously arranged to cancel the excess charges. Her integrity in reaching out has earned my respect and gratitude. The lobby has a really awesome filtered water station, if you need to buy any yoga equipment, they sell everything there. Easy check-in process. They have all the equipment that you need. You just have to bring your yoga mat, towel and water. They have lockers and cubbies, the lockers use codes just like most of the studios have. The studio itself was really cozy with Priscilla was so awesome, she has such an amazing energy! It was such a great class, definitely tried out different poses and stretches that I've never done in yoga. Overall, a really awesome, relaxing restorative experience and would highly recommend!

With ClassPass, you need to book as soon as the window opens! I love this facility! I used to shower and get ready there after class and then straight to work! Lots of parking outside and always VERY safe! Whether it's 5am or 8pm, I feel confident walking to my car. The instructors are amazing! I love Khara, Victor, and Maddie! They always make me feel comfortable and welcome! One of my favorite studios in town!

I won some free classes for Tru Fusion a couple months ago from an event they were doing at Area15…read more(it was puppy yoga with Service dogs & it was an absolutely magical experience!) Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

The staff was awesome, I was very confused when I got there and they gave me a tour since it's a much bigger studio than the Henderson location. And there are definitely more doorways to get to the different studios, so I was definitely a little lost at first. Tons of lockers and storage areas. The locker rooms are really nice, super clean, and have amenities for getting ready just like the other locations. It looks like the location is supposed to have a café inside... I don't know if that's something that they're adding in later or was previously there, but there is this little area that looks like it's a eating area (I could be wrong.) there's a lot of places to hang out when waiting for class to start. I took a candlelight Yin with Timberly. And to this day, it's still one of my favorite Yin classes that I've ever taken. It was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was floating when I got out of that class. Super relaxing, she is such an amazing instructor and has one of the best energies I've ever had in an instructor ever. She also did a sound bath at the end of class and it was transcending. I absolutely recommend her candlelight Yin Class! You will leave feeling renewed. I really like that the studio is in a separate area where it has its own hallway that's closed off so you're not hearing any of the outside noise. I also really love that Tru Fusion Summerlin does their fitness on the lawn classes. I do those quite frequently and it is a really amazing experience! And they give you a really awesome variety of different types of classes to try out! The instructors are so amazing and I really love how they are focusing on building community and also giving back to the community!

The floor is filthy and management and part of the staff is rude and useless…read more I have to clean the floor myself before each class to set my mat down and the wipe (which I am simply using my own hand and a wet wipe, not a powered device) is black with filth EVERY TIME. I have brought the filthy wipes up to the front desk repeatedly, have talked to the manager, and am basically met with either attitude, like I'm the problem, or am given a list of excuses. This has gone on for months and months, and the floor remains disgusting. The cleaning staff does go into the room after each class, but they are obviously not given cleaning products to clean with, or what looks like black soot wouldn't be so easy to wipe up with a lysol wipe immediately after they clean. I've been a member since TruFusion opened their doors, and they used to be great, but since then it gets more expensive, and the quality goes down. We shouldn't have to beg to work out in a non filthy gym. Especially with what they charge for a membership. Our mats touch our faces, and the floor in the rock room is dirtier than if we put our mats in the parking lot. Called corporate multiple times, no response
