At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. All they need is recliner and you could have a nap while you waited. lol

This turned out to be an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. The shop charged $221.94 just for the battery service, which was particularly disappointing considering a local O'Reilly's had offered to do the installation for free if I purchased the battery from them. The service was also plagued by unnecessary delays and oversight. I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for two unexpected Uber rides because the shop kept my vehicle overnight, claiming the mechanic lacked the "proprietary tool" required to remove the battery. In reality, the job only requires a standard 10mm socket for the terminals and a 13mm socket with an extension for the hold-down bolt. To make matters worse, despite paying for a tire rotation, the shop completely missed that two of the rotated tires were left low on pressure. I chose to support a neighborhood business, but this experience was a lesson well learned.

I had my truck in, and it just needed a simple fuse replaced - it took them two days to figure this out. They made it sound like the initial person doing the inspection was not an actual mechanic. The lady behind the counter, when I went and picked my truck up stated, "well, once it got to a real mechanic, they were able to diagnose it." This time around they told me I would need to replace a certain part to get my 4x4 working again. I replaced the part, they told me it was working - it's still not working. I brought my truck back to them, they've had it for a full day, and still haven't looked at the problem. I also have a check engine light on that's related to my fuel fill inlet valve, or a Vapor Recovery System Issues - I think this is beyond their level of expertise to fix it. This is my second day missing work to have them work on my truck, and I have no hope that they'll be able to fix the issues - even though I've already paid for one to be fixed, and they told me it was fixed. I will not be bringing my truck back to this mechanic.
