Within minutes of submitting a project for carpet stretching I heard from them and they were able to schedule me within a couple of days. They were very friendly, courteous and respectful calling me prior to showing up, helping me move furniture and boxes and completing the work in record time. We have several animals in the house and one elderly cat in particular who had made a certain corner of the carpet her preferred bathroom spot. We had tried several methods for removing the smell, from vinegar to baking soda to enzyme cleaners. Nothing was able to truly remove the smell, as is was in the carpet pad below the carpet. We called S&S on the recommendation of a neighbor who had utilized their services for similar reasons. The service provided by Mr. Sherman was top-notch. Not only was he able to come out to service our carpet within 48 hours, but he actually removed the old, soiled carpet pad, cleaned the carpet from the underside-up, and did it all within a span of two hours. The carpet looks like new and the odor is gone! He did all of this for a price that we felt was well below what we were expecting to pay. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and will not be using anyone but S&S for our carpet cleaning needs from this point forward.

There is not a big presence on YELP for carpet cleaners so I turned to the realtor for assistance with who they use. My one request was that the company use a "truck mounted" unit. It is the ONLY way that carpets will get clean...and, not take days to dry. Answer: Professional Carpet Systems. Our Niece made an appointment, Joshua, Master Technician, showed up within the window of time set aside and got to it. The edges of the carpet needed attention as there was that usual dark line where it never gets clean...not a problem for Joshua! Two bedrooms and a living area cleaned in 40 minutes...PERFECTLY! Now be assured that Joshua is not Merlin, the magician...there were a couple of stains that did not come out all the way (near 2 light sockets). Joshua explained that it usually occurs from the plug in room fresheners with the oil in them. Noted!! My Niece could not be happier with the results and she loves how soft the carpets are...steam cleaning, the only way to go...truck mounted unit. We initially hired R&R for laundry services (for our home). We were happy with Sable's laundry…read moreservices and decided to use R&R for full cleaning services. We weren't home for our first cleaning, but we left notes detailing what did and did not need to be cleaned. We also labeled our doors and cabinets (and, notably, it wasn't Sable's first time at the the house). We when got home, I couldn't tell if the cleaners had come or not. At first glance, it didn't appear that they had. The floors hadn't been swept, dishes weren't put away, and the downstairs bathroom wasn't cleaned. I went upstairs and the only rooms that appeared to have been cleaned were the master bath and bedroom. Simply put: it barely looked like cleaners came at all --much less that the house had been professionally cleaned. I reached out to the owner, Terry, to provide him with feedback about the cleaning and to show him pictures of the unswept floors and uncleaned bathrooms (texts attached). His response was that since we weren't there, the cleaners didn't know what to do. (It seems obvious that they should have at least cleaned the bathrooms and swept the floors). I would have expected an apology or offer to come back and complete the job; instead, I was blamed for the cleaners not cleaning. I told Terry that I left notes (with my contact info) and that someone could have at least called me for further instructions if they were unsure. I also told him that if he didn't know what to do, he should have rescheduled rather than not complete the job. He did not respond. I told Terry we would love to have them back to go over everything with them, but of course we weren't going to pay full price for the unfinished job. (Texts attached) Again, not even the minimum of cleaning the toilets and sweeping the floors were done. Terry didn't respond to that message, either. Given that Terry (1) didn't take any responsibility for the unfinished cleaning - which, he admitted they didn't do because they "didn't know what to do" and (2) didn't provide ANY level of professional that I would expect from someone that I let into my home, I told Terry to remove us from his cleaning schedule. He responded "will do" and immediately invoiced us for full price cleaning services. In response, I told Terry that we would pay for the laundry and for cleaning the master bedroom (apparently they made the bed) but that I wasn't paying for full cleaning services because I didn't receive full cleaning services. Terry responded - "No way, I'll send it to my lawyer. They will put a lien on your home." (Text messages attached). I'm sure Terry didn't realize, but I am a lawyer and this threat got him (and will get him) no where. In summary: (1) Terry's cleaners didn't clean our house because they "didn't know what to do" (even though I left notes and they could have called for further instruction, but did not); (2) Poor customer service; (3) invoiced at full price for partial services (4) threatened to sue us. **Note: We chose this Company based on the high number of great reviews we saw on other sites (including Angie's list). We were disappointed and surprised that we did not have the same great experience.

Owner will take zelle or venmo, which is fine- however being a great distance away from a property we had cleaned - we needed to verify it was done appropriately/correctly- so the evening of the service we had an associate go check (it was an $800 cleaning)- so payment was sent via Zelle - however this was the communication by the owner:
