    I have used ZeroRez a few times with no issues. I get an email ad blast from them every couple weeks. Finally time to clean my carpet again so I booked online for the 3-room $99 special. Date was confirmed. I got the rooms ready the night before and then waited for arrival the next day. My appointment window came and went so I texted them. They said they could see where my appointment was made but the franchise did not confirm. Asked if I wanted to rebook and I did. Even though they saw my original booking @ $99, now they said that special was no longer available, the price is now way more. Hmmmm, is this a bait and switch? Wouldn't most companies honor the special since they could see I book it?

    Me and my PM only scheduled the carpet cleaning service for 3 rooms and we got a quote for $248. But the staff manipulated my tenants to let them clean the entire house. The bill I paid for $534, but I didn't agree to do the additional service. I don't mind to pay for the additional fee, but they should confirm with me first because I'm the person who is paying the bill!!!

    I wished we had looked on Yelp before we hired zerorez. The technician came out on Monday and did our rug. We were expecting a WOW factor and that didn't happen. Yes the rug looked better but nothing compared to what we thought it would after hiring a so-called professional company to clean it. They were also hired to clean two of our chairs. After several minutes the technician said he couldn't clean it because what he was doing was making it look worse. He said he called his boss and they would contact us to figure something out. That hasn't happened. Actually shocks us they haven't called yet. Some company! The picture your looking at, the dark line spot towards the top of the picture, not sure what that is but below it is what the technician did. Really bad!!! Unbelievable!

    BEFORE the area was cleaned: staining on the left along with staining from liquid running in front of door and down the right side.

    Our two bedroom carpets were cleaned Feb. 9th. They came out fine. The next morning, I went out my front door to see a large stained area with a salt-like residue on it. This is where the hose came into the house. It may have had a leak, though the tech denied that. I washed it down, but the stain was prominent. I called Zerorez and a different tech was sent out to power wash it. There was no effect. He said someone could put a solution on it to absorb what made the stain. No one came out for 4 business days, and when I called every day, the operator was very apologetic and said he would tell the manager. My original tech then came out and put the solution down, telling me to wash it away in 8 hours. He later texted me back and said someone would be out to do that instead. No one showed up. Then I texted the original person again who said he had been told by his manager that someone would wash it. I asked if I should just do it. He said yes, but after I did, with even scrubbing it, it left a white residue. I called, and the operator, Samantha, took my message and gave me the manager's name of Suzanna Sierra. She never called me back either. I guess Zerorez doesn't take responsibility for anything, thinking that two things that were tried on my walkway would be enough, but the problem wasn't resolved. They have left us hanging.

    Find another company. Trust me. Zerores tech was not very responsive and the actual company was even less helpful.

The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

He offered us the best price of the companies that responded to our initial request, which was for the carpeted stairs and two small landings, though he did have to raise the price slightly (like $20 or so) when he arrived because our description was not quite accurate. We only used their carpet cleaning service, but I was intrigued when I saw some of the other services they offer, like special floor treatments, listed on the company's van. Clearly, they do more than just clean carpets. He didn't mind when we added to our initial request and was able to quickly quote us a new, fair price once he saw the space. Admittedly, he did end up arriving somewhat after the window he had stated, due to other jobs he had to finish, but I'm sure some jobs take longer than you expect, and it wasn't a problem for us. He was fairly quick and efficient once he arrived, I thought. He started the actual cleaning process by spraying stain remover on the worst spots. He had protection for our stairs' corners from the hoses and tubes and used booties over his shoes once the carpet was wet (as one might expect). He even moved our large, heavy bed in our master bedroom by himself so he could clean the entire carpet in there (part of our updated request). I thought we were going to move it together, but when I asked about it after he had gotten started cleaning, he said he had already moved it! He was friendly and respectful. I think he took something like 90 minutes for the whole job, start to finish, which seemed reasonable to me considering the logistics and size of the job. I told him we may call him again for the one bedroom we left out, and I meant it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Momentum's carpet cleaning service, especially if you don't need them to come exactly in the window.

We communicated was good and we were flexible to be able to change times for them when they had last minute change in their schedule. They send a picture of the tech who will be arriving at your place. He was nice and we talked about the square footage to be cleaned in tile and the bedrooms to have the carpet cleaned. They did offer a military discount which I appreciated. Know your square footage it will help you determine the price, sanitation ingredients are more, walk in closet is more type of cleaning head for carpet can also be more although they did throw that in grout sealing can also be more if you want it done and there maybe a destination charge to have them show up. Which they do tell you upfront when you make the appointment. Wife says the grout being clean is not great but maybe it still needs to dry out. The carpets did come out greatI am surprised be all the 5 star reviews and the process and end result for tile and carpet cleaning.
