Quoted by AI unbeknownst to me, I thought I was communicating with a person. When they came out to do the service I was presented with a completely different amount to clean the areas I wanted done. I had to remove several areas to even stay somewhat close to my budget but I had to get this done because I was hosting a large party that weekend. It took the guy over 4 hours and when he left my tile was no better than before he was there. I complained and it took over 2 weeks to hear back from someone who rescheduled for a new technician to come out and redo my tile. He let me know that the first guy was afraid to use the proper pressure on my grout and he didn't even ask me about testing an area, just basically mopped my floor and left. I paid for two extra them clean with their added their cleaning solution. No difference in appearance, my carpet is still dirty. Date was confirmed. I got the rooms ready the night before and then waited for arrival the next day. My appointment window came and went so I texted them. They said they could see where my appointment was made but the franchise did not confirm. Asked if I wanted to rebook and I did. As a single female I say beware of this company. Do not use them. The rep's "invoice" was $70 higher walking in the door, literally inside the front door. Acted like he was reworking numbers to get it where it was. I had estimate in front of me. Even though you think you pay ahead of time, they're only taking your credit card number for the booking so when they come into your house, you've not actually paid anything, so then they try to upsell you and increase the total because you did not pay anything already. I looked up their company on various websites to learn how their commission works and how the pay structure is. This company here in Arizona is not customer satisfaction based at all. This was my second time I was using Zerorez in Arizona and I was told they would call a half hour before they arrived. That didn't happen and they were going to be late (not within the 3-hour time slot) and I had another appointment scheduled in mid-afternoon that I couldn't miss. Last year they damaged my home and it took 3 months for the repair to even get scheduled. This company is not what they claim and again, doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I wished we had looked on Yelp before we hired zerorez. The technician came out on Monday and did our rug. We were expecting a WOW factor and that didn't happen. Yes the rug looked better but nothing compared to what we thought it would after hiring a so-called professional company to clean it. They were also hired to clean two of our chairs. After several minutes the technician said he couldn't clean it because what he was doing was making it look worse. He said he called his boss and they would contact us to figure something out. Our two bedroom carpets were cleaned Feb. 9th. They came out fine. The next morning, I went out my front door to see a large stained area with a salt-like residue on it. This is where the hose came into the house. It may have had a leak, though the tech denied that. I washed it down, but the stain was prominent. I called Zerorez and a different tech was sent out to power wash it. There was no effect. He said someone could put a solution on it to absorb what made the stain. No one came out for 4 business days, and when I called every day, the operator was very apologetic and said he would tell the manager. My original tech then came out and put the solution down, telling me to wash it away in 8 hours. He later texted me back and said someone would be out to do that instead. No one showed up. Then I texted the original person again who said he had been told by his manager that someone would wash it. I asked if I should just do it. He said yes, but after I did, with even scrubbing it, it left a white residue. I called, and the operator, Samantha, took my message and gave me the manager's name of Suzanna Sierra. She never called me back either. I guess Zerorez doesn't take responsibility for anything, thinking that two things that were tried on my walkway would be enough, but the problem wasn't resolved. Even the previous work I had them conduct at another location required them to come back out to make it right. This time asked for a senior tech due to the nature of the work that needed to be done. The young man that came out was very polite but clearly inexperienced. Upon his departure, I discovered several wall gouges and a nick in the front door from the equipment. I had just spent over $1000 having the interior touched up and repainted in areas, including the front door. Horrible, horrendous where do I start? They soaked and I mean SOAKED my carpets. They were absolutely disgusting after they left. I had to use my own carpet extractor to soak up all of their nasty water they left behind. Their employee lied to me over the phone. They told me a certain price and when the technician got here it changed the employee used bathroom when he was here! (#2) Just such a terrible experience money wasted down the drain. I don't know how this company can have anything positive please do not trust them. There are tons of other companies that use far better techniques, to clean your carpeting! I called Zerorez to come & clean my homes carpet. I'm a first time client & saw they had a special for $115 for three rooms. I added on a staircase/ landing and two additional rooms for $310 total. I figured that's a great price! They were easy to schedule with on time & professional. Now my carpets are pretty old about 12 years old maybe 13 even. So pretty worn on higher traffic areas in some parts of the home. But I will say I'm pretty disappointed as my carpets actually look worse now than before the cleaning! Not to mention places that didn't have any visible stains now have stains ? Not sure if the cleaning pulled the dirt up from fibers and now is just sitting in top of carpets looking way worse. As well as the carpets are now crusty upon walking on them which we've never had. I was really excited to give zerorez a try & always heard positive reviews. But I feel they fell short on delivery. I just called for a quote. My 2400 sq ft home only has a 8 x 10 square foot rug and carpet in the living room and master bedroom. I was told the rug would not qualify for being a room and is priced separately at $1.25 per square foot thus $100.00. I was told the pricing per room is based on 200 square feet with or without furniture. Living room only has a pool table in it but is 14' x 18' = 252 thus would be oversized room. Master bedroom is 14' x 16' = 224 with a king bed and two large nightstands and elliptical so the amount to clean would only be the 3 paths around bed at 136 sqare feet. So I cannot use the $129 for a 3 room plus a hallway I see on the website? Because if I have to go per room plus carpet, I will be more. Not sure if the tech would qualify my 2 rooms at normal or oversized. Too many variables to schedule an appointment to find out the price. read more

I'm really quite bothered by this. I called to get a quote for having my sectional cleaned. They asked me some questions and I gave them all the measurements they asked for. They told me it would be $195 to get it cleaned. I even clarified that it was the total amount. They showed up today and told me it's going to be about double that. They start telling me that quote was only for "half The couch". WHY would they only quote me for half the sectional? I explained that I was frustrated because I answered every question they asked me correctly and was given an exact number to plan for. It feels like I was mislead just to get them out here (maybe because I'm a girl And they assumed they might be able to take advantage of me, I'm not sure at all it just feels icky). I have had ZeroRez clean my carpets 4 times. The first time I was highly impresses with the technology (as verbally describes) and the results were fabulous. The second time the results were good. The third time the outcome was unsatisfactory, as the carpets were dark, mottled and stained (as if the water used was dirty/muddy). They came out and redid the carpets to my satisfaction. The forth time the results were disastrous. Darkness everywhere, muddy streaks, puddles of dirty water. I complained, they came out again and outcome was even worse. All this necessitated me contacting another carpet cleaning company to try to mitigate the disasterous, darkened, muddy streaks that ZeroRez left. The new company did a fabulous job removing the darkened residue and muddy blotchy throughout. However, they also showed me the volumes of soap and suds that they pulled out of the carpet with their water extraction method. WHAT SOAP? WHAT SUDS? I WAS TOLD ZEROREZ USED NO SOAP AND WOULD EAVE NO RESIDUE!!!! I am absolutly astonished that a company that implies zero residue in its name, was using and leaving behind soapy residue in my carpet (causing the darkened discoloration). I used this company about four years ago to clean our tile at a rental. They did a terrific job. Not certain what's happened, but I had them clean the tile behind our range and they took a lot of the grout out. They sent the tech back here to take photos four weeks ago mind you!
