I didn't want a burger for driving/eating so I went with a kid's meal of chicken strips, thinking they'd be cut in little dinosaur shapes, but was I ever wrong. The *kid's meal* was actually 3 large strips of chicken in a really tasty breading, perfectly done. Nice and juicy but not greasy. Fries were excellent and lots of them. The folks that serve from the truck are wonderful. The owner Matt is an absolute king of cuisine and also of customer care and service. Congratulations to him and his wife on his baby who was born last night. This little one has now extended his children to four little boys. Matt showed up for just a few minutes to open the food truck today.
