I didn't want a burger for driving/eating so I went with a kid's meal of chicken strips, thinking they'd be cut in little dinosaur shapes, but was I ever wrong. The *kid's meal* was actually 3 large strips of chicken in a really tasty breading, perfectly done. Nice and juicy but not greasy. Fries were excellent and lots of them. The folks that serve from the truck are wonderful. The owner Matt is an absolute king of cuisine and also of customer care and service. Congratulations to him and his wife on his baby who was born last night. This little one has now extended his children to four little boys. Matt showed up for just a few minutes to open the food truck today. I caught him just in time to remind him of how good his food is, and to wish him continued success with the food truck and his growing family. I love Sauced Food Truck and think everyone should go out of their way to give it a try!!!

Never had pico in a quesadilla and it is a game changer. Quesadilla also came with a side of pico and sour cream. The kids chicken burrito is filled with chicken, beans and rice. It's a good size for a kids burrito or for those light eaters. They also offer 2 types of hot sauce, medium and spicy, they ain't kidding when they say spicy! If you can't handle heat, don't get the salsa! Will be hitting up this place everytime we go to Poulsbo!
