There was no effort to assist us, check on us, or make us feel comfortable in the space. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone who walks through the door. Instead, I left feeling ignored and singled out. I don't take accusations like this lightly, but the experience genuinely felt discriminatory. I hope management takes this seriously and evaluates how customers are being treated. No one should feel unwelcome in a business because of how they look.
