We never have trouble making an appointment for a time that fits our needs. Additionally - I feel their Covid policies are excellent. There is an air purifier in the waiting room, temp checks upon entering (which IMO only give piece of mind but no actual confidence of lack of virus) and diligently wash pens. I have noticed on occasion that windows were open to increase the air flow, and the office is warm and toasty every time. I am usually terrible at keeping appointments - but with Aspire it is easy. We are always in and out, today I barely sat down before they called us in. In the event of snow cancellation I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to reschedule to accommodate. The only thing keeping it from a five star is the one time I went in and they told me my referral had expired (it hadn't for that visit but the first girl made it sound like it had) and they also wanted me to tell them what insurance is primary - which has always been an issue and when I call both companies I have gotten different answers. Some billing departments figure it out on their own. One insurance company told me to have our pediatrician bill both as primary and see which one works. I now know it's a DOB thing, but at the time someone asks me I'm always thinking your guess is as good as mine.

Dr. Frankel, Maria and the rest of her staff know their skin& leading medical science! The practice is super professional and compassionate. Since meeting Dr. Frankel I simply admire how she incorporates a holistic approach to modern skin medicine; which in today's busy lifestyles often is overlooked by patients (but not by an outstanding practitioner) . I've been to other practices and thought it was the standard to always feel dissatisfied with the level of care, ineffective treatments with medicines that had harmful side effects and not to mention tolerating the poor demeanor of those clinicians. I'm glad I kept searching and found Dr. Frankel! After seeing three different dermatologists for a rash on my face that kept recurring, I went to…read moresee Dr. Feder, who was the first one ever to give me a patch test on my arm, which determined that I am allergic to a bizarre sounding but commonly occurring chemical called cocamidapropyl betaine. Ewwwwgh. It is in nearly every shampoo, many toothpastes, and random other things. You have to read every label or look it up on the EWG website to determine if a product contains it. He had me try three different Rx ointments until one finally worked and my face is rash free. Dr. Feder is SO good, that he is 100 % booked and is not taking new patients AT THIS TIME. He takes so much time with his patients, answers all questions in English as opposed to Medicalese. He is also so calm and sweet, he puts his patients at ease immediately. With full disclosure, I must add that Dr. Feder is married to my cousin. I am in no way biased for that reason. I even visited three other dermatologists upon moving back to RI 8 years ago, because I didn't want to have my cousin's husband examining me :-). However, exasperated with a recurring rash (for which one lovely dermatologist suggested I try covering with a makeup primer!!). I bit the bullet and played the cousin card, because I knew he was THAT good. His nurses examine me in places I am too embarrassed to show a doctor who is married to my cousin! Usually, I've been to stand-alone Quest locations but this was inside Atmed Urgent Care. It was easy to locate and there are plenty of parking spots. I went into the building and found Suite 122, there are plenty of signs in the building. I wrote my name down on the sign-in sheet and took a seat in the waiting room. A few minutes later, my name was called and I spoke with a woman. I gave her the QPassport my new employer provided and she brought me to the back. The whole process was seamless.
