Disappointing Service and Mediocre Food Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at this cafe that left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for this establishment. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, displaying a lack of professionalism that was hard to ignore. The food was lackluster and the bagels tasted day old. I'm angry at myself for not checking out this place sooner. I just had an everything bagel (so good and they include salt on the everything toppings which is my favorite), with horseradish and bacon cream cheese. Coffee was good (bourbon pecan flavored) and hot. It's tucked away in a little strip of stores I've never been to before and the parking lot is weird, but I will definitely be back. read more
