This review has been long overdue. I have been going to Zia Threading since it's opened (over 10 years now). I have tried many of their services: full face threading, under arm wax, both of the facials they offer, the face mask, eye brow tint, head massage, and nose threading. I go every week to get something threaded. The pricing is affordable, they keep the place clean, and the staff is professional, and friendly. They get to know their customers and you always get greeted when you walk in. They do an amazing job. After getting threaded or waxed you will walk out confident. If you choose a facial, face mask, or head massage you will be super relaxed. I can't imagine going anywhere else! I love this place! read more

Poor service. Staff not professional. Called to make appointment. No one was there , however the lady would not take my appointment. She insist I come as walk in. I told her I prefer not to wait if someone shows up before me.When I show up three other people already in front of me. So she made me wait half an hour even though I called ahead and wanted to make an appointment,. Thiss lady today was very rough with her hands, gaveme swelling on my eyebrows. This has never happened before. Also every time I come there is a different person. So it's difficult to stick to one individual. This is my second time coming to get my eyebrows done here, the 1st time I was satisfied with how they looked, one of the Indian ladies did them for me and clean them just like I asked because I dont like thin eyebrows, Today I should have known better and have waited for the other ladies and didn't, the young Asian lady ended up doing my eyebrows, left them chop on my left and then thin them out I pointed this out and she's like i only took a little ,no that's not what I asked for and you can see the white line where she took more then a few hairs, and I'm just so unhappy.she didn't even clean the top of my eyebrows I would let the other two ladies do my eyebrows but not the Asian lady again! You can see how horrible of a job the Asian lady did, missing 1/2 of my eyebrow ,totally uneven and you can see she took more hairs based on the white line where my eyebrows where. read more

Been coming here for years and was satisfied with the service/brows, but the last few times have been awful. They used to take their time with my eyebrows, but lately I've been feeling rushed. I already have light eyebrows to begin with, but they keep making it thinner and thinner when I tell them not to. The lady could tell I was not satisfied with my eyebrows but there was nothing she could do since she threaded almost all of it off. Then she had the audacity to ask me to leave a tip. Lady wax my eyebrows so thin and I didn't want them like that I just said to clean them up she waxed almost my whole eyebrow and she missed a couple of hairs on my eyebrows wouldn't go there again read more

I've been a regular customer here since they opened! I typically go in for a full face and neck. My favorite person was Jocelyn - she did an awesome job. And when I came back after the second re-opening during Covid I was told she wasn't returning. So I tried Monee-she said she's an aesthetician. Her hair removal was OK but she was pretty rough.Today I went in to get my regular services and there's three women there waiting to snatch the next client! So the lady that helped me today diid an absolutely crappy job. She was telling me the hairs were short. They will be if you break them instead of pulling them out! I grow the hair out so they are very easy remove. I went home & ended up having to use tweezers to pull out what she missed and she missed hairs that were very visible... unexcusable! You've lost a long time customer! Bring Jocelyn back! read more

Been here 4 times, today being my fourth visit. All I go is for a clean up as my eyebrows have a naturally good shape. I left with my eyebrows ruined! I've grown my eyebrows out over the last few years all for one rookie to completely mess them with up. My right eyebrow was pretty much butchered resulting in me having to thin out my left eyebrow because thats how noticeably uneven they were. She completely messed up the shape as well. The owner was there and noticed it herself. She was the one who had to even out my left eyebrow. I immediately had a bad feeling when they sent me to the woman they did. She didn't even know what string to grab for the threading. She made the process more painful than it already is. She was super slow when threading so I literally felt every hair being pulled. I also have a small red scratch on my brow bone from her digging the string into my skin so much. She said because my skin was "tight" that's why she was hurting me so much when threading. When I saw how uneven they were, at that point there was nothing that could be done. The owner did try to compensate by not charging me and giving me a free sample of their eyebrow growth serum. Next time I'd advise if someone is still in training they be overlooked. Because now I'm rocking my overplucked thin 2010 high school eyebrows. read more
