Weak glass, bad customer service, false lifetime warranty advertisement. Got my windshield replaced on June 27, 2023. It has only been about 3 months and my window already has a crack on the corner. I called because Zico's website states a lifetime warranty on lasting quality on their products, however this is a lie and should be changed to be less misleading to future customers. The people on the phone said there is no warranty on their glass and only a warranty "for labor. They asked if I wanted the glass replaced again, so I asked if going through them again would benefit me, but there is zero discount for even being a returning customer, so sadly I'm out $417 and will be taking my business elsewhere. If more time had passed, I wouldn't think this issue would be due to their products however it's only been 3 months. I would expect a company promising lasting quality to make it a year at least and provide better customer service. They also never showed up for the initial appointment time I had. They were supposed to come from 930-1030am. At 9:46 I texted them to see if I'd receive a text when someone arrived. No answer. I texted again at 10:43 asking if anyone was coming at all. They replied 3 minutes later saying their van broke down and that they "tried" to text me and asked if they could reschedule. I had already moved around my own schedule and wasted over an hour of my time waiting for someone that never even tried to contact me. Once your van broke down, you should've contacted your clients. And now this? No warranty when your site clearly states so. Trash service. They're lucky I even gave them a tip. I recommend going elsewhere. read more

I had a giant crack in my windshield and was needing a replacement. I asked multiple companies for quotes and Zico Auto Glass had the best deal and was super responsive! For reference, I have a 2013 Volkswagen Golf. They were able to come to me, I didn't have to go into any shop, which was super convenient. The very next day they were out at my house and probably took no more than an hour to compete the replacement.
