I cannot say enough great things about this shop. But I will try my best to express it. I got into an accident in the end of January of this year. I was scrambling to pick a place to have it repaired. I found that this shop was a preferred place of repair. Called to schedule rental coverage and to bring my car. However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs. I know zero about cars, I know nothing about Worcester, and I selected Auto Park strictly on the basis of Yelp reviews. I can see exactly why they were unanimously 5-star. The owner, Andrew, inspected a car I am thinking of purchasing sight-unseen--something I felt apprehensive about until I got his report. He clearly did a thorough check and gave me the confidence I needed to feel great about the deal. Discovering a seasoned, honest mechanic is a real find for those like myself who must rely completely on their word. I had a dent on my Volvo back bumper, I went to several places even to carsmetics over by Gold Star they said they'd do the job for $300. After that I went to Auto Park spoke to Andrew, it was a bit more than the other place, but I felt comfortable and besides it family business. My Volvo looks amazing... A little after that, someone decided to kick the side of my car so back to Andrew I went because it's the quality that I'm sold on and a very friendly environment. that is everything to me... Andrew and his crew are the real deal. They don't take advantage of your pocket and Andrew is a straight up kinda guy. I had an issue with my car going into "engine limp mode" lol and we took it to Andrew. He said it had to do with the throttle. He said it had some corrosion on it which he cleaned. He said before he replaced an expensive part let's see how it is with just cleaning the corrosion. All at no cost! The car is running great now. I was walking in there ready to pay for at least the labor but it was free of charge. Hes not out to rip you off. These guys are awesome! I was recently in an accident that did significant damage to my vehicle. You are always skeptical that your car will never be the same again once it gets repaired, especially when you have front end damage. I gave it a good amount of time before I posted this review just to see how my car was running and responded after Andrew and his team worked their magic. I think it runs better and looks better now, than when I bought it. Andrew was straight forward and honest with all the repairs and body work needed to get me back on track. Finally, a mechanic I can trust! As a woman with very little mechanical knowledge, I've had some bad experiences with auto mechanics that like to take advantage of people who don't know any better. I finally turned to Yelp for guidance and tried this place after reading so many positive reviews. I first called when my car's exhaust pipe detatched from the underside of the car and was dragging on the ground. I figured I was going to be talked into replacing the whole exhaust system to the tune of at least $1k, since that was what the last place I'd taken the car to had tried to do. So I was shocked when Andrew told me that I should take my car to a different shop that specialized in mufflers and exhaust repair, saying that they could do it cheaper than he could and that they always did excellent work, and couldn't in good conscience do the work when he knew they could do it faster and cheaper. I took his advice, and amazingly, the muffler shop repaired ONLY the pieces that were broken, didn't try to upsell me, and charged me less than $200. After that, I knew I'd be taking my car to Auto Park the next time I needed to do repairs. A couple months later, ominous engine sounds and vibrations and a broken starter forced me to take it in. Andrew was able to quickly diagnose the cause of the noise and vibrations, but he wanted to do a full diagnostic before replacing anything, because he suspected the car might have reached the point where it would cost more to fix it than the car was worth. Sure enough, he found soon-to-be-terminal issues with the catalytic converter and the rest of the exhaust system and the transmission, in addition to issues with the wheel bearings and brake motors, plus the busted starter, and the need for a new timing belt in the not-too-distant future. Most places would have tried to tell me that all these issues were critical and quoted me a price to fix everything. But Andrew very apologetically told me that he thought my best bet would be to clean the car up and trade it in to a dealership while I could still get something for it, because even if he fixed the critical issues now, I'd just end up pouring more and more money into this car for months before it finally died. The car was over 10 years old with nearly 150,000 miles on it, and I knew that this day couldn't be too far off, so it was so refreshing to have someone tell me upfront that it was time to retire this car and stop putting money into it, instead of trying to slowly bleed me dry in repeated repairs until I figured it out for myself. The only work Andrew ended up doing on the car was to screw the front bumper back on (it was being held on with duct tape) to make it look nice for the dealership, and he refused to take any money for it. I took his advice and traded the car in, which allowed me to get a good deal on a lease on a new car. My only regret is that now that I've finally found a trustworthy mechanic, I've got a new car that's not likely to need any repairs for a while. Fortunately my husband needs some work done on his car, so hopefully we'll finally have a chance to give this guy some business! read more

Broke down in the Worcester area and originally had the car taken to Good Year. We were told the car would be diagnosed the next day for $100+ charge. Came across Auto Park and the great recommendations so we called and we were told to bring the car over they would look at it for us free of charge immediately upon arrival. The crew was professional, friendly, and by far the most helpful group of guys we've dealt with. They diagnosed the car had it fixed in a timely manner and were nothing short of the best. Andrew and his team are knowledgeable and friendly and proved to be incredibly patient after I brought them parts that were delivered to me incorrect not once, but TWICE (by Auto Anything, don't shop there, seriously). Firstly, I must state that I really like Andrew - from Liverpool, England. I truly believe him to be sincere. I came in with an unpainted front bumper on a red Mazda. I was quoted $450 plus extra to blend. What I got back was a bumper that was not masked correctly - not much to mask but what little there was not done correctly. The paint job was clearly off in colour match, and there was no blending. Actually I doubt blending was possible as it was so far off. I paid $700 for the work. So I paid $250 more than I should have for a paint job that needs to be redone. I absolutely would never recommend anyone going to this auto-body shop - which is a shame because, as I said, I genuinely think that Andrew is a decent guy. read more

I spoke to Andrew about a Chevy trailblazer that my wife really liked on line, but was a 2 hour drive away to see. I wanted to make this purchase work, the truck price was in line w what we were willing to spend, and the miles were low. My only issue was what it would take to fix what looked like minor body work on the truck. Andrew was kind enough to review all the pics of the truck I sent him, to see what the body work would cost. He felt as I suspected, that the truck paint was going down hill, and that the work that was obvious to c was only the beginning of an expensive future rehab and paint job of the whole vehicle and that it wasn't worth it. He made no money off of that advice, but saved me a 2 hr. drive and hundreds in future body work and painting repairs. I wont b buying that trailblazer, but I will b taking all my future body work repairs to Andrew @ Auto Park.
