Charged me $80 for a regular wheel balance not a road force one. when the 4300 tuscarawas st W location only charges $25 I feel scammed.

LIAR! I made an appointment and confirmed it on line for 10AM on Tuesday- I got there at 10:03…read more They told me it would be finished in a few hours (published shop time is 1.5 hours per wheel hub with 2 being done= 3 hrs.). At around 3:30 I walked into the shop only to be told, "I was just about to call you. Our parts people brought the wrong part. We'll have it ready first thing in the morning (that would have been Wednesday MORNING). I took the bus to where I could bum a ride from a friend that evening. Wednesday morning came and went. Around 2PM I called and Brian said they were waiting on a pig tail (wiring part). I told him that I'd get going and catch the bus to the shop. "Oh, no. If we don't get the part then we'll have to keep your car another day." Brian said. Me: What am I supposed to do? It'll take me 1-1/2 to 2 hours to get there on the bus. Brian: Well we'll come pick you up." Me: But I live in Canton over by Taggarts. Brian: That's OK. I'll call you when it's done. My phone record says I called Brian back at 3:19. Me: Is my Venza done? Brian: Yeah, you can come pick it up. Me: But you said you'd come get me. Brian: We don't have a driver. Me: Well can you wait for me to get there- it'll take about 2 hours. Brian: We close at 5:00. (Website says 4:30). I hung up knowing I'd have to pay for a Uber- which I did. It cost $18 for the Uber. When I got to the shop Brian says: I apologize for being short with you on the phone. I'd just hung up from a really difficult customer. [And that's MY problem WHY?] I'm giving you an oil change next time you come in. [Like I'd go back to a LIAR that said he'd pick me up??] I asked what the "damages were" and paid $504. I got home and looked at the wiring and didn't see ANY new wiring. [I'd attach a photo if I could of the OLD wire.] TWO DAYS to do 3 hours of work? And one wrong part and an elusive "pigtail"? Really?? AVOID THIS LIAR AT ALL COSTS.

Amy is wonderful. She kept us informed about the progress and the final price. I feel their prices are fair and they do a great job. They even send you pictures of the problem parts. We are very satisfied with them.

My husband recently passed away and 5 days later I suffered a serious ankle fracture that required…read moresurgery and a 2-month recovery. I was finally cleared to drive 2 days ago. Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it. Thank you, Mike, for your kindness and help.
