Arizona sun and desert but some Texas iced tea.
    Michael W.

If you're a fan of iced tea, this spot is definitely worth checking out. They offer an incredible variety of flavors, and they actually encourage you to mix and experiment. They even showcase a "secret menu" that customers can try to recreate. On my first visit, I attempted a cotton candy-inspired blend--didn't quite nail the proportions, but it still tasted great. It's such a fun concept that started in Texas, and I really hope they expand with more locations nearby. The prices are very reasonable, and they run a daily happy hour from 2-4 PM with buy-one-get-one-free deals, which is an awesome bonus.

Yes please! Iced tea is a hugely popular beverage in Phoenix, I'm sure given how hot it is here year round. I was stoked to hear about this opening up in Glendale, and it did not disappoint. They have all kinds of tea and energy drink options, with lots of flavors to add including some that are sugar free which can be hard to find at other well-known spots. You can even go inside and sample each flavor. The staff were super friendly and helpful as I chose my drink concoction. They also have drive thru, which is what I did, but I want to go inside next time and sample all the options!

the matcha was good but more on the milky side. there sweet teas are so good and tasty!

My mom and I came in today to take advantage of the two for $12 tea gallons. It's a pretty tight squeeze in here to begin with, and there were quite a few people that walked in while we were walking around deciding what to get. After we checked out, we both turned around to walk out, and my mom tripped over the bottom of the stand that was holding merchandise. All of the patrons in the store rushed over to ask my mom if she was OK and asked if we needed help getting her up. The workers at the counter literally stood behind the counter and stared. They didn't try to help and they didn't say anything, I thought it was completely inappropriate and totally rude. Pretty sure when someone falls or is injured in an establishment someone should check on the patron. That's been my work experience at least but maybe they don't do that here These stands are tripping hazards for anybody, I've even tripped over it before just didn't fall. You should probably get that figured out. My mom is OK by the way, thanks.

I first encountered HTeaO when it opened by Westgate and loved it immediately, so I was super excited to see that there was a location closer to me! I like walking in to taste the different teas since you can sample them. I've been here a couple times, but it's easier to forget what some of the flavors taste like since there's so many. They have sugar and sugar free options too. You can mix the teas you like and they even have already created mixes to try too. Love it here! I haven't tried their coffee yet, but I definitely want to soon. FYI - if you sign up on the app, you get a free gallon of tea on your birthday!

I got their Matcha and it's very clumpy. They didn't mix it very well. I asked for extra foam and they charge me for it.

Staff is friendly, place is clean. No area to sit. The drinks were ok, they were all too sweet for me.

Clean, friendly and their teas are amazing! It's so nice having a different option around that isn't coffee.

Most options here are self serve, though they do offer some brewed options that they can whip up for you behind the counter.

I'll have to remind myself to take a picture next time. Their workers there are wonderful. I asked simple questions that they were able to answer like what the syrups they use are what the chocolate brands are, and it made me extremely happy to know that the brand of chocolate syrup and white chocolate syrup they use are very simple with not as many ingredients as I'm used to seeing on a bottle. I am a horrible at that but if you're anywhere near them, definitely try them out. You won't regret it and if you're in a little bit of a coffee snob, they're definitely good.

I was able to order quickly and my drink was ready in like a minute, service was fast and the baristas were nice! I got a cold brew with oat milk and vanilla. At first sip I thought it tasted weird but once I mixed it up more it was good! They definitely went a little heavy on the oat milk so maybe I'd ask for less. Not overly pricey. They have a little patio too.

Ben, the manager, was very friendly and helpful, and you can tell the team is putting real effort into making the shop a great place to visit. Parking wasn't too bad. Place was empty when I walked in witha good amount of tables and seating. Lots of Bible verses on the wall. I wondered if this was a newer boba shop. Lady at the counter was on the phone and didn't answer my question. I asked which of the milk teas she recommended and she said the golden milk tea aka classic. I ordered a large with easy ice, 50% sugar, and honey boba. Menu price is $7 and $1 for boba, but total came out to $9 for some reason. It even says tax is included in their prices, so not sure what the extra $1 was for. Drink was ready in a few minutes and I was on my way. First thing I noticed was the color: very light and white. Strange, as I expected it to be darker. Flavor wise: sweet and no tea flavor, disappointing. Tasted like a powder too. Boba balls were good; chewy and cooked nicely. That was a small redeeming factor. Overall not impressed with this spot and probably won't be back. Expensive and quality is not up to par.
