The drink was really good. It's a little to far for me to go to often. It has a drive thru, which is a bonus for people with little ones or dogs in their cars. I can't tell you how much I love this place. Their coffee is delicious and so are their cookies. I also love their breakfast burritos and sandwiches. And I feel so much better about supporting a small business rather than the huge chains that have sucky overpriced coffee. The people at ziggis are also fast and friendly. read more

As a nursing mama, I choose limit my caffeine at the moment, however I still want to enjoy an iced coffee on a scorching day. I've discovered it's hard to find a decaf that doesn't taste like water. When I order a decaf here I still get that yummy coffee taste, just without the caffeine (more importantly a caffeine fuelled baby). I've found a lot of judgement for ordering decaf at other places but at Ziggi's I've always received warm friendly service. They've recently switched to straw free caps for their drinks which I think is great. Their prices are comparable to other drive thru coffee places - we all know we spend too much money on coffee (and yet we still do) so I appreciate the loyalty cards. They used to do B1G1 free on Mondays, but they appear to have stopped doing that. I hope they bring it back. Oh and for those rough days they also serve 32oz. read more

Wow!! I am impressed by the customer service and quality of the drinks we ordered on their grand opening day. I will definitely be back! Great menu with a wide variety of drinks and sweets are baked locally. They offer breakfast burritos but they taste like they are frozen and reheated with powdery, gritty eggs inside. Its okay. The coffee is actually pretty good. The workers here are very busy, I'm sure. Especially on the weekend morning rush when everyone that can't come by during the week are stopping by there now. But, the key is attention to detail. Please. Just pay attention to detail. Get customers' orders correct and you'll be doing a lot better. You'll be much faster and be able to serve more customers - rather than having to remake drinks, causing long back ups in your lines. The names & mixes of the drinks were cute, & they topped our coffee with edible gold flakes (super cute), but the flavor was off for our taste buds. The drinks we ordered were a little too sweet. Best coffee around. My boyfriend and I get coffee here close to to every morning to start our day. They have a ton of sugar free options that don't sacrifice flavor. Their breakfast burritos, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and pastries are to die for! The portions are perfect, the coffee is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The workers are always so sweet and upbeat! I used to go at least 2 days a week before school and it was the highlight of my day. No matter what drink you get it's guaranteed to be delicious, they also have red bull infusion drinks which are similar to the rebels at dutch bro's! Came in tonight at around 6:30-6:35 PM. Checked online to make sure the place was still open and saw 7PM listed. Also, saw the sign outside saying 7PM. Waited about 5-10 minutes and was confused because all the lights were on still and no one has come to the ordering station. then I saw someone cleaning and would not acknowledge me for anything. I knock on the window after around another 5-10, minutes and he comes by, without even looking at me and makes sure that the sliding door is locked and then goes back to whatever he was doing. I know this is "late" for a coffee shop, and I do work in food so I understand the frustration. With that being said, in my business we're open until 11 at night and we ALWAYS take orders, even up to 10 minutes after we close. And if we don't take orders, it's polite to tell the person and not make them wait outside for over 10 minutes just to get a door locked in their face during normal operating hours. On top of that, wouldn't Ignoring me for around 15 minutes take longer than just making me a coffee that takes at most 2 minutes? read more

This is my new favorite coffee place. I came here on a whim after discovering that the Starbucks on Cooper and Warner was closed for some reason. They are so nice and helpful here, not forcibly nice like at Starbucks. I got a caramel macchiato and a breakfast burrito, they're both delicious. The woman helping me gave me a sticker, too! First, I had a hard time trying to decide what to order. I usually try for low carb and sugar free, which gave me very limited selections. Ended up ordering a Turtle Mocha and a Fireside. They were just meh... smaller sizes, tons of ice, and higher prices. Before i left, I asked for a takeout menu, to make ordering easier in the future, and was told that they didn't have any. It's a block from my place and elated to have an alternative to the normal 'bucks store. The staff has turned out to be exceedingly polite and quick with their service. Personally not a big coffee drinker so having a selection of alternatives is huge. The peach or lemon smoothies are perfect for the summer. I hate to admit that now I'm going almost everyday. Went for the grand opening today. The line was wrapped around the entire building and totally insane, but all the staff were energetic, smiling, and friendly.
