If you're planning on coming here please read this review!! This is by far the best and I mean it has to be the best smoothie/healthy juice bar place with the greatest customer service I ever had in a very long time!! The lady making the drinks and food is so sweet her name is Lana if I'm spelling it correctly, the Dubai waffle is amazing! Everything fresh and in house with no sugar and everything's sweeting with honey! Fresh fruits smooth and silky and sweet chocolate that will make you question your life lol...If you come here you will not only get the best customer service but you will get amazing quality sweets and fresh juice with lots of amazing options! RUN OVER HERE NOW!
If you haven't been to Juice Queen yet... you're seriously missing out. The Dubai strawberries are hands down the BEST we've had -- not just in the entire Phoenix area, but even compared to places we've tried out of state and out of the country. Nothing even comes close. And the Dubai chocolate bar? Massive, rich, and beyond delicious. Today we tried the Dubai chocolate cake and OMG... not only was it insanely good, but the slice was HUGE. You can tell immediately that everything is homemade in-house -- there's real care, quality, and attention in every single bite. The ambiance is such a vibe too -- clean, bright, and spacious with fun, colorful artwork. There's plenty of room if you want to come with a group and actually sit, relax, and enjoy your food instead of feeling cramped. And parking? So easy. It's in a plaza by Target with tons of spots, which makes it that much better. The owner is one of the sweetest, most genuine people you'll meet. You can feel how much she truly appreciates her customers and pours love into what she creates. This isn't just a quick stop for dessert -- it's an experience. The quality, the portions, the flavors... all next level. Definitely go try them out. You won't be disappointed -- you'll be hooked.
I decided to check this place out after seeing them on Instagram and wanted to check out their Dubai chocolate goodies. Upon entry, you can see the place is clearly filthy. The trash is overflowing with some items strewn on the floor as there's no space for more. We found several of the tables sticky including both outdoor tables. It just felt musty and sticky in there. We were not immediately greeted, and once it was my turn to order, I opted for the Dubai chocolate bar but I was told these need to pre ordered one day in advance. I ended up ordering one for pick up the following day. I really wish I had known this, and they should certainly make that announcement on their social media pages. I got the Dubai chocolate strawberries instead and the flavor was lacking. It truly was nothing special. I came back the next day to pick up my Dubai chocolate bar at my allocated 3pm pickup time. I was told it wasn't ready and would be a 10-15 minute wait and to pay for the item when it was ready. 35+ minutes I still have yet to get my bar. I went up to the counter to ask what was going on and was told they never printed out my receipt so they had "no idea I was even there"to pick it up. They gave me the chocolate bar, I paid my $22 post tax and left. The bar was also nothing special at all. It was a basic chocolate that tasted like a crunch bar with more texture. To make matters worse, there was a HAIR nestled in all the knafeh of my the bar. Disgusting! For being such a pricey treat I expected so much more. They need to clean up the place and make it more inviting and to better serve their customers. Needless to say, won't be back.
This is a great spot to satisfy anybody's sweet tooth! We originally came just to try out the Dubai Strawberries but we walked out with a smoothie as well. Service was great as the cashier was friendly. Our order took about 20 minutes but the worker apologized to us for the wait which we appreciated. We sat and waited on the sofa and it was pretty comfortable. They had music playing on the TV and there were other people dining in and some were just waiting for their orders. The strawberries were good as the strawberries itself were really sweet and the crunchy shredded kataifi was my favorite. As for the pistachio cream, I couldn't really taste it. The smoothie was yummy and refreshing! Will be back!

Very simple inside with a lot of seating it's also tucked back away in the corner of a shopping center . The staff seemed very busy yet friendly .
I had been seeing the Dubai Chocolate Bar all over social media, but wasn't willing to travel too far to try it. But then I heard from a local influencer that it was being sold at Juice Queens in Mesa, AZ! Another influencer recommended calling ahead to pre-order since word has spread of this place and they've been selling out so quickly. I called on a Thursday and their next availability was Sunday. I pre-ordered two bars, and they asked me to set a pickup time. They will only hold the bars for one hour, otherwise they have to sell it due to not enough space to store them. Totally reasonable in my opinion. The shop is located in a large plaza near a Target store. The sign says "Juice It Up" not Juice Queens. When you walk in, the counter is straight ahead, and to the left the seating area is quite spacious. I got there when they opened on Sunday at 10am, so there was no line. I gave them my name for the pre-order, and they took a few minutes to grab the bars from the fridge, remove them from the candy mold, and wrap them carefully in foil. Five stars for the service being friendly and meticulous! Each bar is $14.99 before tax. The bar is so pretty with two colors of edible shimmer. It is THICK but fairly easy to break. The quality of the milk chocolate is good. I prefer dark chocolate, but I like this combo of creamy milk chocolate and pistachio cream with the crunchiness of the kataifi (shredded phyllo dough). It is definitely worth the wait to pre-order from this juice shop! They also sell Dubai Chocolate Strawberries, so I may need to go back and try that too! For drinks, they offer a variety of juices, smoothies, coffee, and matcha. So many options to "juice it up"!

I had seen a reel of this place and had to try it out for myself. The employees are very friendly and the place has an inviting feel. I ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries and my SO ordered a caramel macchiato. It did take a bit to get my order and there seemed to be a lot of confusion in the "kitchen" with orders. They also have smoothies and acai bowls which I want to try. The strawberries were very good. It was worth the wait and lived up to the hype. I'm still thinking about the strawberries and can't wait to go back.
WOW! I LOVE THIS PLACE Such delicious and refreshing choices! There are tons of assorted fruits to choose from that get blended to perfection & topped with their house-made signature nut-blend topping (optional) & then drizzled w/what I believe is an Agave syrup; it's all a real treat for your taste buds no matter which way you go! I've been here three times and each time I've tried three different drinks and have never been disappointed. Headed back for the fourth time now in two weeks! Lol ...So glad I found this spot on my daily route for work.
This place is amazing! I've taken my nieces and they approve. Staff is so friendly, restaurant is clean and very welcoming. We've also tried the Dubai Chocolate bars too.....So good and big enough to share. But you do have to call and reserve the chocolate bars so be sure to call ahead. Thank you Juice Queen!!!

Oh my! This place is wayyy better than I even imagined!! My daughter asked me to stop in to pick up a strawberry cup with dubai chocolate.. I ordered one of those as well as a mixed berry smoothie and the watermelon Heaven. Both of the smoothies are soo good! The watermelon heaven is so refreshing, made with fresh watermelon and mint. The Strawberry Dubai Chocolate seriously has to be one of the best things I've ever tasted, no lie!! It's THAT good!!!! Perfect amount of chocolate to strawberry and crunch ratio. Seriously a must try! It cost $12.99 which I thought was a little steep but after trying it well worth the price!!! 100%. The owner also was so sweet, and explained the menu me as well as suggested some top favorites, which were spot on! I will definitely be back. read more
My vice? Juice. Don take me down the juice aisle in the store. Some people have a problem with candy or cookies or chips. Me? It's juice. This place has like every flavor of fresh lemonade you could think of!! I love lemonade. read more

The service here was amazing. They have plenty of indoor seating or you can order to go. I got the Dubai chocolate strawberries and they were fantastic!! The perfect amount of pistachio cream. They also gave me a Dubai chocolate tiramisu and it was so good. I would definitely recommend!! read more

Oh my gosh SO GOOD! The staff is so nice !! We had told the sweet lady that we have never had Dubai chocolate and so then she made a sample unprompted (so good I changed my order and decided to get the strawberry cup) and told us the sauce came from Jordan. Super authentic and super good. She also gave us a larger size since we decided to split the smoothie to get the strawberry cup I will definitely be trying out other items. ALSO easy reward system, just enter your phone number and you're set! read more

Cute little place, Loud music, not bad just alittle loud. The ladies at the counter were pretty nice, charged me 12 for a cup of dubai strawberrys, pretty fair price compared to the other dubai chocolate sellers, The strawberries were warm, but they were very juicy and good so it made up for it. I got lots of sauce and flavoring in mine, which is good and lots of kanefeh. I thought jt was delish, eating inside was alittle difficult because there were alot of fruit flies or regular flies all around me. But food is good. read more

had already gone in to try their chocolate covered strawberries a few times (absolutely delicious) but today i went in to get an immunity shot and a sunrise lemonade. Both were amazing!! All natural too. everyone should try this place out! also, honorable mention to the employees. Every experience I have had here has been wonderful! Stopped in, was craving an Acai bowl and saw juice it up outside. Walled in, it's such a cute little place with the nicest people running it! We got an acai berry banana bowl and it was so good! My daughter ordered the manago coco cream smoothie and it was on point! We will definitely be back everything they make is with fresh fruit and veggies!! 100% recommend!! read more
