I think I may have experienced an off-day for this place, considering the high ratings. I visited at the recommendation of a friend and was slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the food wasn't bad but it wasn't "recommendation-worthy" either. The pineapple sangria yummy but VERY sweet. The upside down nachos were probably the worst nachos I've ever tried...and I'm a huge fan of all things nacho. My husband ordered the luau pork burrito. It was impressive in size but not in flavor. The pork was dry. We also tried a chicken quesadilla and that was tasty but had way too many mushrooms in my opinion. All in all, I have no valid complaints. This place isn't anything special so unfortunately if I'm invited in the future I'd most likely skip it. read more

We have been meaning to try this place since we heard it was owned by the same folks that own and operate Craft Street Kitchen which we frequent allot and love. The atmosphere and vibe is certainly different, as are the drinks (more tropical styles) and the food (primarily taco's and poke bowls). Had the beef and chicken tacos, very good actually, but just soft tacos, nothing special. My wife had a poke bowl which was also good, but just a poke bowl. The drinks were good, but for me too sugary and foo foo, but great for the ladies. Will stick with Craft Street, but if tacos and tropical drinks are your thing, you'll like ZinZari read more

The food was great. Buffalo chicken eggrolls were the greatest. The house made ranch was my favorite. We also had the pork plantains with a cilantro crema and mango salsa. 10/10. I also had the margarita flight. Toast coconut, sour peach, and jalapeño cucumber. My favorite was the sour peach. I think it had peach nectar with sour patch kids at the bottom. Great. Loved it. Stopped by for dinner at 5:30 Super Bowl Sunday, they let us know they were closing at 6 but we never felt rushed, felt very welcome. The Buffalo chicken roll was great, spicy and flavorful. Been here over 10 times. Finally reviewing it. Their sunburned and short rib burritos are my favorite. Especially when Nick makes it! That's the only frustrating part. Sometimes you will get a burrito made beautifully and sometimes it is really missing a lot that makes it amazing. For example short rib, sometimes they put 1 piece of pineapple on it and no flavor.. that can ruin the whole thing. Or the rice is really dry. But when it is made perfectly, it's amazing! My recent visit, the service was exceptionally slow, I was surprised because usually not like that but it's a holiday so maybe they are short staffed. My burrito was dry and had no extra cheese or sauce. They accidentally cooked my friend's steak burrito medium and mine well done (suppose to be the other way around). I love their sweet tea. I'm told their dessert is pretty good however I wouldn't know because I dislike cream cheese in my dessert and they seem to make all of their desserts with it. I'm not a fan of their taco night, seems so little for the price. I feel the burrito is worth the price. Side note: the fish taco was gross to me. Just watery and flavorless. Queso is good. I would say out of all my visits, 60% was made delicious and worth it. It does deter me to go more often, I wish they were more consistent. read more

This place is always so busy so we tried it today to see what all the hype was... definitely happy we tried it. The food was fantastic and the service was amazing!! We were sat fairly quickly and it took a couple minutes for the waitress to get to us for a drink order. I'm guessing it is because they didn't have a ton of staff and just about every table inside and out was full. Not too long of a wait to feel neglected though. It was difficult to decide on a main entrée, however, the Kung Pao cauliflower app was outstanding. The surf and turf tacos with lettuce wrap was my choice and I was totally satisfied and pleased.
