He even had the car cleaned up and ready with a big bow, which was a fun touch. He offered great advice on timelines, funding options, what to do if something like a manual is missing, and even encouraged an independent inspection. He also helped take photos of my new vehicle afterward. What really impressed me was that he also went above and beyond for my daughter, who was there for a separate transaction. To say that, I generally drive around 10-15 miles per day, sometimes 20 miles per day on the weekend. Some days I do not drive. However, within 3 years, I replaced the shitty engine GDi, braking pads, braking discs, etc. Last year I replaced the AC compressor and this year I also replaced the AC compressor and the stirring wheel turns out to be defective. When I bought this shitty car, I ended up paying $19,000 plus taxes. Since then I have spent around $10,000 on this car and according to Kelly's book, now this car is worth $6,600. What I want to say is do not believe the Carmax description on the car that they sell what you pay for. They simply rip you off on your money. Plus, Kia is the worst car you want to have. This is a very scammy company that can lure you into buying very used, shitty car at a very high price. Do not trust these people and this company. I brought my vehicle to the dealership in one piece and expected it to be properly serviced and safe to drive. About an hour later, I was told that the service was completed and that my vehicle was good to go. As soon as I left the dealership, I drove less than a block before part of my front hood suddenly came loose and flew off the vehicle. It hit my windshield and landed behind my car. I immediately turned around and went straight back to the dealership. The manager reviewed the security cameras and told me that the part appeared to have already been loose when I arrived at the dealership. This raises a very serious question: If the dealership knew or could see that this part was loose when I brought the vehicle in, why was I not informed before I was allowed to leave? I was told my vehicle was good to go, and I could have immediately gotten on the interstate. If this had happened while I was driving at highway speed, the loose part could have hit another vehicle, potentially causing significant damage, serious injury, or even a major accident. I trusted the dealership to service my vehicle and, most importantly, to make sure it was safe before returning it to me. I am extremely disappointed that a potentially dangerous issue was apparently visible when I arrived, yet I was not warned about it. All my cars were purchased from Toyota dealership on Odana rd Madison,wi , so i am very unhappy how it was handled. They just told me i have to buy a new peace on my own and they will install it for me for free. This was not just an inconvenience--it was a serious safety concern. I hope the dealership takes responsibility, investigates what happened, and makes sure something like this does not happen to another customer.

About 20 minutes of paperwork and you're out. I'm impressed. That's the most I've ever trusted a car dealer, and I appreciated their honesty. Pricing there is pretty firm - they price to sell and aim for volume sales. You can try to dicker - we didn't, mostly because the truck was already nicely priced. I struck out trying to get Jacob to throw in their Corvette as a "finder's fee". Ah well. :) Next time I'm in need of a vehicle, I'll certainly check them out. I'd recommend others do the same!
