All staff are women which was really nice. The only thing I didnt adore was that to get to the restroom you had to pass by the lobby, and given when getting tattooed you arent always fully clothed It was a little awkward.

And of course her work, I am so fortunate to have gotten my first tattoo with her. She offers breaks (thankfully I didn't need one lol) and talks you through the design and placement. She is very patient - makes sure it is exactly where/how you want the tattoo. She also gives good aftercare information.
