Pierce is from the area and knows so much of the history. He explained everything and paid close attention to details. It is a private tour and catered to your skill level and ability. I can't say enough about how great this experience was for my boyfriend and I. We had so much fun! E-bike rental process was very quick and easy. We picked ours up the night before. The battery went a little low the next afternoon so we popped in for a quick battery exchange. E-bikes are definitely the way to travel around the park. Had no idea what to expect at Zion, did little research beforehand, so didn't know e-bikes were a thing. We stumbled upon this shop, met the owner, Hunter, who is an impressive young entrepreneur, he gave us the pro-tip that we could completely bypass the shuttles and instead see the entire park by bike and OH MY WORD was this the secrets of all secrets. I hate even sharing that secret and would rather gatekeep, but it made all the difference and seeing the park by bike was even more impressive than the actual hikes and trails themselves. This now is our second time, we brought our kids and I know my 14 yo is about to have the time of his life experiencing the park by bike (those teenagers need a little more thrill than a shuttle). We met Annie yesterday and she went above and beyond to make sure we had good bikes that fit our family as well as was accommodating in getting us last min reservations. This is the spot.

Forrest struck the perfect balance -- fun, knowledgeable, and great with kids -- so everyone felt completely safe and comfortable while still having an amazing time. Our 9- and 11-year-olds crushed 50-foot rappels and were so proud of themselves. Highly recommend, and we'd book with Forrest and Zion Adventures again without hesitation. We also rented our Narrows gear through them, using the new Virgin location instead of Springdale. It was more convenient for us since we were staying in Hurricane, making it easy to pick up gear the night before. Easy process, and Maile made sure we had everything we needed plus all the info necessary to stay safe on the hike. One tip: if you're not staying in Springdale and are booking a canyoneering tour, book the Virgin location. It's right by Kolob Canyon Road where Lambs Knoll is, so it saves you the drive into Springdale.

The staff at the store were cheerful, helpful, and really went beyond in my opinion. Wally, our shuttle driver was great and I'd request him in the future. We ran into him on the trail and we all stopped and he took cute pictures of us. Thanks Wally. The bikes were so great that we both want to get one. Sigh, some day. They also have bike clothes. I buy most of mine online and that can be disappointing. I got a great jersey top there. It fits! Yay! They also recommended where to get great sandwiches (Deep Creek Coffee, a block away) and wow was that a perfect recommendation. As a hardtail owner and frequent rider, my biggest worry was sub-standard rental bikes. Nope, these folks have their own service area off the main room and my bike was in perfect condition. Banging down the slickrock obstacles and feeling the bike take care of me and own the line as the rocks challenged me along the way was a flying joy. A joy that only confidence in your machine gives. We wanted to do something memorable during our trip to Zion and decided to go with Red Desert after our research online. Booking was easy, we were able to get same day reservation on the July 4th weekend. Our guide, Eric was amazing. He was calm, patient and pushed us just the right amount outside our comfort level for us to come back with great memories from the trip. Our kids, ages 9 and 11 did great. For one of the sheer drops, he did a tandem for our younger one. This was a private tour, the equipment felt clean and we felt safe and informed throughout our adventure. Can't recommend enough!

Their team members really helped us have a good time, and their customer service was great. They are very nice, helpful and they explained everything we needed to know to ride the bike. The bikes were all working properly when we got them! We spent some time exploring Zion with the E-Bikes. Using E-Bikes helped us explore at Zion the area at a lot faster pace than if we had been using traditional bicycles. One big advantage is being able to see the beautiful Zion views without having to worry about where you will be able to park your car too! We would rent from Greater Zion E-Bikes again, and would definitely recommend them to everyone who comes to Zion and is interested in using E-Bike rentals!

Seeing crowds of tourists in identical boots carrying the same poles felt like classic herd behavior and an unnecessary upsell. I was wrong. The rocks in The Narrows are uneven, slippery, and constantly changing. The boots provided great traction, and the pole was invaluable for both balance and gauging water depth. Could you buy cheaper gear for about the same price? Probably. But it likely wouldn't be as good, and you'd have to carry it around. Sometimes there's a good reason to follow the herd. This was one of those times.

Only reason why I would only gave a 4 stars is because their cancellation policy. The night before our ride, the whole town and town next to us electricity was out for several hour. So we thought of just driving home if the electricity wasn't going turn on soon. We had asked if we can cancel because of this and they said no refund. Only a credit to use within 2 yrs. Even if it is due to weather. Electricity did come back on 3 hrs later. So I'm glad everything turns out good. Beside that I would go back and rent from them again.

But then realized it should have been for all day. A quick call before they closed made it easy to change the length of the rental. We were met by Brian and Hannah at the store on Sunday morning. They give the best customer service with their knowledge, friendliness, and patience. They made sure we were on the right bikes for our height and comfort level. Each bike was taken around the store to make sure everything was in working order before we hopped on them. Rental includes the bike lock, helmet and carryon pack. The store location makes it so easy to get to Zion National Park. It's so much more convenient than waiting for the shuttle. The ebikes allowed us to stop wherever and whenever we wanted. There were so many photo opportunities that at times it was just a start and stop. As the day got hotter, the breeze from riding the ebike was refreshing. Even riding all day through the entire park with plenty of stops, the bikes still had plenty of charge left.
