They had two bays going at once and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. Heck! It wasn't bad at all! I went and bought Chick-fil-A before going and sat there scrolling on my phone! Easy peasy! She had bought a newer Subaru and didn't understand all the new gadgets. She was asking for someone to show her how to work just about everything. Your men were so patient and kind! They listened and then offered a free curtesy inspection. Your guys treated her like I would want my elderly mother treated. Told her about the free ice cream and coffee available in the A/C. She calmed down right away and showed remorse and said she was sorry for how upset she was. I watched them wash her windows, vacuum the inside or the car and check anything and everything they could. Last summer, while washing my truck, a metal pole fell on the top, leaving a dent that cannot be seen unless standing in the box. Rather than hiding or ignoring it, the team immediately reported it to me. I told them, "who cares; it's unseen and doesn't matter". They were so concerned about making it right by me. Impressive. Besides the efficiency and competence, careful attention to detail and doing everything right, I appreciate the redundancy this team practices to confirm the accuracy of their performance. My very favorite part of all is the diversity of the team here. Gender and race. LOVE it. The teamwork they display together speaks volumes for the management of this location. The note on the comment card needs to be read just to understand the positivity at this venue. You're greeted promptly and treated like family. They're very honest, operate with extreme integrity and provide a true value that is nearly impossible to find these days. I started this venture at Les Schwab in the area. Let's just say I'll never go to another Les Schwab again. Then I wound up at Costco. They were incredible, but they weren't able to do what needed to be done. They suggested I come over here. The staff here was incredibly kind and friendly. They took me in almost right away! The service delivered was impeccable. And the people here really know what they're doing. Add to that a tremendous selection both new and used products available. This business is absolutely outstanding. then, while , there are very comfortable all over the place in which to sit. There is a tremendous selection of magazines and other ways to occupy yourself while you wait. There is a large selection of beverages and fresh filtered water. The restrooms are clean, the garbage cans have space in them and there's even stuff to snack on!
