No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and he'd spoken to his boss but hadn't made any attempt to clean the shirt Your items aren't safe here and they won't tell you if they damage them.

First, they have crazy insane high prices…read more Second, you're supposed to get points for each purchase and that didn't happen after I made an in-store purchase and since the two girls giggling (while flirting with one of the male employees at the counter) had no idea what the I was talking about, beats the out of me. I have an online account and was going to add the receipt, but there's no place on the site to add one, nor is there a place that even shows points, but I've been told by several people that they give points for each purchase. If not, then I'm going to return the jeans I purchased and go buy them at my regular place (Boot Barn), that does give points each time I buy something. I just happen to be driving by Tener's since I was in the area of Reno in Okc. I doubt very seriously that I'll be back (besides returning the jeans for a refund), unless they can fix this issue. On a sidenote. Coupons that they send you are only good online apparently, not in store. My regular store (Boot Barn) allows you to use your coupons online or in store.

They also sell some new items like local honey and Amish preservers and salsas , etc on a big display. I bought a beer mug from Germany for $5.00 . I was stationed at Ramstein Air Force Base , West Germany in the late 80's and the local beer we drank was called Parkbrau. Well they still make it , but they shortened the name to Park Beer and they make 13 different kinds now. When I was there they only made 5. I've got some Parkbrau steins and a boot so this makes a good addition. A friend of mine goes to Germany every year and brings me back a Park Beer each time. I also saw a McDonald's coloring calendar that I had in 1978 as a kid. It was cool to see one and it was intact and not colored ! At the bottom of each month was a coupon for different items. Hard to believe no one used the coupons or colored in it. Large selection of albums also. I saw a Beatles album by sister had passed on to me when I was a kid , but unfortunately I don't have anymore. It was Beatles '65. I also saw many McDonald's glasses and such that we all used to collect and use back then. They have so many sections and everything is pretty well organized and displayed. Some antique stores are messy and you can't find anything with all the clutter. I will definitely be back and I recommend you checking this place out.

This is an update to my previous review. The next time I shopped at Best Thrift, I saw a note at…read morethe checkout counter announcing that they do mark everything up about 4%. I had not noticed this before. So yes, they do announce it. However, I visited again on a Monday, which is Senior Day. Customers aged 55+ get a 25% discount off their entire order (I am 55+). They also have a "frequent shopper" discount card good for 15% off. The cashier (who, by the way he interacted with the staff, appeared to be a manager) said I could use just one. I said no prob, use the one that will give me the best deal. Again, when I got home, I checked my receipt. He had given me the 15% discount instead of the 25% discount. I was disappointed. I was overcharged --less than $10, but still. I never reported it because there are signs that say, "All sales are final; no refunds." Besides, am I going to be the Karen who complains about being overcharged at a THRIFT STORE?!! Haha. On the other hand, their selection is pretty good, esp in the women's section. I've found new and nearly-new items my size, some with the tags still on. And I've found cute gently-used clothing for my grandkids. So yes, I will continue to shop here, especially on discount days.
