Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. She has been the most incredible, hospitable, understanding, sweet, outgoing, helpful, and accommodating person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's gone above and beyond with answering all 300 of my crazy questions and communicating promptly, compassionately, and professionally. I had originally contacted them for a certain property I saw online and was interested in calling home. They contacted me swiftly and even told me about the other properties they available. I ultimately ended signing for a different one their houses than the one I had originally messaged them about and am so beyond thrilled! Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. From applying, sending documents, paying the security deposit, and rent, VPM has been amazing every step of the way. I brang it up because I was told by maintenance that might gut our walls. They got mad because our maintenance told us that. & Regency said our apartment was fine & had ppl walk through before we expressed our needs to accommodate us. We were getting sick because they didn't clean the vents that happened because of the fire. We couldn't use our swamp cooler because the vents were black from the smoke damage. It was rat & mice invested all around & in the apartment conplex. I heard the person that was trying to work outside the window say the next door neighbors apartment that was burned was very rat invested. Don't recommend renting from them. We got charged extra for a lot. Took the whole deposit. We made work orders & had insurance that couldve helped. We moved out and returned the keys before the prorate date & they still charged us extra after the deposit. I tried to clean a lot of the smoke residue on the floors & walls but it was making it worse. I put a work order for that as-well. They dont care about their renters. & We had to pay for our own mailbox key when we first moved in & asked us to return it. We didnt get reimbursed for that either. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from here unless u absolutely have too.

In the years we have been renting with JD we have appreciated the low rent. The area isn't in JD home rentals control. The maintenance requests were always completed. Even if it took them a while they got it done. Lastly, Analy has always answered my questions. She is patient and kind when dealing with stressful clients as well as stressful situations. Edith values time. She is understanding and was flexible when dealing with our personal time constraints when finalizing paperwork. My only suggestion is to help with more organization, the company definitely needs more labor the overload of apartments available as well as clients is tremendous.

David was very transparent with our lease agreement and flexible with getting all of our paperwork together. Their website is easy to pay rent and post any maintenance issues you have. They are on top of it!
